Background
Currently, curved screens have been gradually applied to smart phones. For a large-screen mobile phone, the curved screen is more convenient to operate and has better visual effect. The inventor finds that because the material of the pressing block 2 is soft rubber, a certain deformation amount is generated after the pressing block is pressed, and in order to prevent the arc-shaped edge of the protective glass from being damaged after the pressing block 2 is deformed, the four side surfaces 21 of the pressing block 2 are inwardly contracted and sunken to form an inward concave arc surface so as to reduce the outward convex deformation of the pressing block 2. However, the pressure of the pressing block 2 on the four corners of the protective glass is reduced, and the reduction of the bonding pressure between the display panel and the protective glass at the four corners causes bubbles to be easily generated at the four corners, thereby reducing the good rate of the curved screen. Therefore, the attaching tool further comprises supporting parts for supporting the four corners of the top surface of the pressing block 2, and the supporting parts can support the four corners of the top surface of the pressing block 2 when the pressing block is pressed, so that the pressure of the four corners of the pressing block 2 on the protective glass is improved, bubbles are difficult to generate at the four corners of the display panel and the protective glass, and the yield of the curved-surface screen is improved.
Further, referring to fig. 2, in the present embodiment, four edges of the top surface of the laminating block 2 are respectively configured to be matched with edges of a curved screen, and the curved screen is a quadrilateral arc curved screen. Because the supporting block 30 is located in the missing part 23, and the missing part 23 is located below the corner part of the top surface of the pressing block 20, when the base 10 applies pressure to the pressing block 20, the acting distance of the soft rubber is reduced, the acting distance of the hard material is increased, and the acting force of the corner part of the top surface of the pressing block 20 is improved, so that the pressure of the corner part of the pressing block 20 on the corner part of the display panel and the protective glass is improved, the good fit between the display panel and the protective glass is achieved, and bubbles are avoided.
Further, the shape of the supporting block 30 may be any one of a rectangular parallelepiped, a cube, a frustum, a circular truncated cone and a cylinder, which can be selected by those skilled in the art according to actual situations. The supporting block 30 may be integrally formed with the pressing block 20, and at this time, the fixing groove 11 of the base 10 is shaped to correspond to the bottom of the pressing block 20.
Further, referring to fig. 3, the supporting block 30 may also be integrally formed with the base 10, and at this time, the supporting block 30 and the base 10 are integrally formed by using the same metal material, thereby simplifying the processing steps.
In order to increase the pressure on the four corners of the top surface of the pressing block 20, the height of the supporting block 30 ranges from one third to two thirds of the height of the pressing block 20, so that the base 10 can apply sufficient pressure on the four corners of the top surface of the pressing block 20, and ensure that the display panel and the protective glass are not easy to generate bubbles at the corners.
Further, referring to fig. 4, the top edge of the supporting block 30 is located outside the sidewall of the pressing block 20, so that the missing part of the pressing block 20 is located above the top surface of the supporting block 30. With the structure, when the protective glass is bonded with the display panel, the pressure of the base 10 on the four corners of the top surface of the pressing block 20 can be increased, so that the bonding pressure of the corners of the curved screen is increased, and bubbles are difficult to generate.
