Abstract
A D-shaped concrete interlocking block rapid pouring device comprises a frame, wherein a hopper matched with a mold hole of the D-shaped concrete interlocking block is installed on the frame, a material storage cylinder is installed at the lower end of the hopper, an upper valve and a lower valve are respectively arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the material storage cylinder, the upper valve is driven to be opened through a first linkage operating mechanism, and the lower valve is driven to be opened through a second linkage operating mechanism. The D-shaped concrete interlocking block rapid pouring device provided by the invention can improve the efficiency and the quality.

Technical Field

Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the device for rapidly pouring the D-shaped concrete interlocking block comprises a frame 1, wherein the frame 1 is formed by welding two 2-meter angle steels and two 1-meter angle steels and is used for fixing a hopper 2. The lower end of the frame 1 is provided with four angle steel supporting legs. And a support frame (not shown in the figure) is arranged on the angle steel supporting leg, and is made of four 1200mm long angle steels, so that the whole pouring equipment is further fixed.
Eight hoppers 2 are installed on the frame 1, and each hopper 2 corresponds to a mold hole of the D-shaped concrete interlocking block one by one. The upper part of the hopper 2 is open and is formed by welding two 400mm by 2000mm steel plates and two 400mm by 1000mm steel plates. The 8 hoppers 2 are formed by splicing four trapezoidal steel plates into a pyramid-shaped hopper unit, the size of the upper part is 500mm by 500mm, and the outlet at the lower end is welded with the circular storage barrel 3 in a correction mode.

Each upper valve 4 is 215mm in diameter, and the upper valves 4 are driven to open by the first interlocking operating mechanism 6. The first linkage operating mechanism 6 comprises four first cross rods 6-1, each first cross rod 6-1 penetrates through the left hopper and the right hopper, and two ends of each first cross rod 6-1 are fixedly connected with the upper valves 4 in the left storage barrel and the right storage barrel 3. The middle of each first cross rod 6-1 is fixedly welded with a first connecting rod 6-2, and the first connecting rod 6-2 is hinged with a first operating rod 6-3. The joystick handle is connected with the first joystick 6-3. The handle of the operating lever is pulled, so that the first connecting rod 6-2 drives the first cross rod 6-1 to rotate around the central axis of the first cross rod 6-1, the horizontal upper valve 4 rotates for a certain angle, the upper valve 4 on the upper portion of the storage barrel 3 is opened, and concrete materials enter the storage barrel from the hopper.
The lower valve 5 comprises a left half door 5-1 and a right half door 5-2, wherein the left half door 5-1 and the right half door 5-2 are formed by welding 3 steel plates (with the thickness of 4 mm) to form 1U-shaped valve, and the 2U-shaped valves form a lower valve.
The left half door 5-1 and the right half door 5-2 are hinged to the fixed beam 5-3 through movable bolts, and the fixed beam 5-3 (8 storage barrels are clamped by 4 pieces of internally buckled angle steel which is welded and fixed after being cut according to the arc shape of the storage barrels) is positioned on the left and right sides of the storage barrel 3 and is fixedly connected with the storage barrel 3. The top end of the left half door 5-1 extending out of the fixed beam 5-3 is hinged with a top rod 5-4, and the other end of the top rod 5-4 is hinged with the lower end of the right half door 5-2.
The left half door 5-1 and the right half door 5-2 are driven to open through a second linkage operation mechanism 7. The second linkage operating mechanism 7 comprises a plurality of second cross rods 7-1, two ends of each second cross rod 7-1 are hinged with the left half door 5-1 of the group of hoppers 2, the plurality of second cross rods 7-1 are fixedly connected with a second operating rod 7-2, and an operating rod handle is connected with the second operating rod 7-2.
Pulling the operating rod handle leftwards, the operating rod handle drives the second cross rod 7-1 to move, so that the left half door 5-1 rotates around the center of the movable bolt, the upper end of the left half door 5-1 pushes the ejector rod 5-4 rightwards, the right half door 5-2 rotates around the center of the movable bolt, the left half door 5-1 and the right half door 5-2 are both opened outwards, so that the lower valve 5 is opened, and concrete materials fall from the storage cylinder and enter the hole in the D-type concrete interlocking block pouring steel template.
Lifting lugs 1-1 are welded on the periphery of the frame 1, four hoof-shaped shackles penetrate into the lifting lugs, and four isometric steel wire ropes penetrate into the shackles and are connected with the lifting lugs.
The working principle and the process are as follows: after the closing of an upper valve 4 and a lower valve 5 of the device is confirmed, a proper amount of concrete is injected into a hopper 2, the device is hoisted to the position above a D-shaped concrete interlocking block pouring steel formwork by a gantry crane, a discharge port of pouring equipment is aligned with a feeding port of a steel formwork cover mould, an operating rod of the upper valve 4 is operated to open the upper valve, after the concrete enters a storage barrel 3, the upper valve is closed, an operating rod of the lower valve 5 is operated to open the lower valve 5, the concrete in the storage barrel 3 is injected into the D-shaped concrete interlocking block formwork, the lower valve 5 is closed, and the next module is moved to be operated circularly.
