本发明公开了一种冰箱密封条生产设备的出料装置,包括矩形的导料管,导料管的后侧设有H型的料槽,料槽和导料管之间设有间隙;所述导料管的下端面成型有铰接支耳,铰接支耳上插接有连轴,连轴的另一端插接在料槽前端面的中部,料槽后端面的中部插接固定有电机的转轴,电机固定在L型的后支撑架上,导料管的上端面上固定有L型的前支撑架;所述料槽上端的左侧壁上和下端的右侧壁上均固定有L型的安装板,安装板的前端面上固定有切割刀片,切割刀片的内侧边上成型有圆弧形的刀刃,切割刀片的刀刃插设在料槽和导料管之间的间隙内。

一种冰箱密封条生产设备的出料装置
技术领域
本发明涉及冰箱的技术领域,更具体地说涉及一种冰箱密封条生产设备的出料装置。
背景技术
冰箱门封条是用在冰箱门体和箱体之间用来密封的一种冰箱配件。它一般由两部分组成,一部分是软质聚氯乙烯(SPVC)外套,另一部分是磁性胶条;目前的软质聚氯乙烯材质的密封条一般通过挤压成型设备生产,生产后的密封条需要进行继续切割呈一段段标准长度的条体,最后条体通过包装箱包装;目前密封条的切割通过手动切割或者自动切割,但切断的密封条常常需要通过人力放入包装箱内,较为麻烦。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供了一种冰箱密封条生产设备的出料装置,其能实现自动切割,并能将切断的密封条自动输送包装箱内。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种冰箱密封条生产设备的出料装置,包括矩形的导料管,导料管的后侧设有H型的料槽,料槽和导料管之间设有间隙;所述导料管的下端面成型有铰接支耳,铰接支耳上插接有连轴,连轴的另一端插接在料槽前端面的中部,料槽后端面的中部插接固定有电机的转轴,电机固定在L型的后支撑架上,导料管的上端面上固定有L型的前支撑架;所述料槽上端的左侧壁上和下端的右侧壁上均固定有L型的安装板,安装板的前端面上固定有切割刀片,切割刀片的内侧边上成型有圆弧形的刀刃,切割刀片的刀刃插设在料槽和导料管之间的间隙内。
优选的,所述导料管的左、右内侧壁分别和料槽的左、右内侧在同一平面内,料槽内侧的上底面和导料管的内侧下底面在同一平面内。
优选的,所述导料管的内侧底面至连轴的距离等于料槽内侧的下底面至连轴的距离。
优选的,所述电机采用伺服电机,电机转轴的中心轴线和连轴的中心轴线在同一直线上;后支撑架的上端面和前支撑架的上端面上分别成型有第一连接孔和第二连接孔。
优选的,所述料槽靠近导料管一端的上、下端面上固定有挡板。
优选的,所述切割刀片的厚度小于料槽和导料管之间的间距,切割刀片与安装板的固定方式为,安装板上成型有水平的腰型孔,切割刀片上插接有螺栓,螺栓穿过安装板的腰型孔螺接有螺母;所述的安装板和切割刀片之间插设有隔套,隔套插套在螺栓上。
优选的,所述切割刀片上刀刃上、下端的之间竖向距离大于导料管内侧上、下底面之间的间距,切割刀片上刀刃的下端至连轴的距离小于导料管内侧下底面至连轴的距离。
优选的,所述料槽内设有限位机构,料槽的侧壁上成型有导向槽,限位机构由限位块、螺柱和螺帽组成,限位块插接在料槽内,螺柱插设在料槽的导向槽内,螺柱的内端固定在限位块上,螺柱的外端伸出料槽螺接在螺帽内。
本发明的有益效果在于:其提出了带切割结构的密封条下料装置,能实现自动切割,并能将切断的密封条自动输送包装箱内。

实施例:见图1至3所示,一种冰箱密封条生产设备的出料装置,包括矩形的导料管1,导料管1的后侧设有H型的料槽2,料槽2和导料管1之间设有间隙a;所述导料管1的下端面成型有铰接支耳11,铰接支耳11上插接有连轴40,连轴40的另一端插接在料槽2前端面的中部,料槽2后端面的中部插接固定有电机8的转轴,电机8固定在L型的后支撑架6上,导料管1的上端面上固定有L型的前支撑架7;所述料槽2上端的左侧壁上和下端的右侧壁上均固定有L型的安装板5,安装板5的前端面上固定有切割刀片4,切割刀片4的内侧边上成型有圆弧形的刀刃,切割刀片4的刀刃插设在料槽2和导料管1之间的间隙a内。
优选的,所述导料管1的左、右内侧壁分别和料槽2的左、右内侧在同一平面内,料槽2内侧的上底面和导料管1的内侧下底面在同一平面内。
优选的,所述导料管1的内侧底面至连轴40的距离等于料槽2内侧的下底面至连轴40的距离。
优选的,所述电机8采用伺服电机,电机8转轴的中心轴线和连轴40的中心轴线在同一直线上;后支撑架6的上端面和前支撑架7的上端面上分别成型有第一连接孔61和第二连接孔71。
优选的,所述料槽2靠近导料管1一端的上、下端面上固定有挡板3。
优选的,所述切割刀片4的厚度小于料槽2和导料管1之间的间距,切割刀片4与安装板5的固定方式为,安装板5上成型有水平的腰型孔51,切割刀片4上插接有螺栓10,螺栓10穿过安装板5的腰型孔51螺接有螺母20;所述的安装板5和切割刀片4之间插设有隔套30,隔套30插套在螺栓10上。
优选的,所述切割刀片4上刀刃上、下端的之间竖向距离大于导料管1内侧上、下底面之间的间距,切割刀片4上刀刃的下端至连轴40的距离小于导料管1内侧下底面至连轴40的距离。
优选的,所述料槽2内设有限位机构9,料槽2的侧壁上成型有导向槽21,限位机构9由限位块91、螺柱92和螺帽93组成,限位块91插接在料槽2内,螺柱92插设在料槽2的导向槽21内,螺柱92的内端固定在限位块91上,螺柱92的外端伸出料槽2螺接在螺帽93内。
工作原理:本发明为冰箱密封条生产设备的出料装置,也可以成为下料装置,下料装置既能切割挤出成型的密封条,同时可以将切割后的密封条输出至包装箱,从而不要人工将密封条转移到包装箱内,节省人力;具体工作方式如下:
挤出的密封条进入导料管1内,然后在进入料槽2内,当料槽2的密封条达到需要的长度时,驱动电机8,电机8能驱使料槽2翻转,料槽2翻转,切割刀片4也随之转动,切割刀片4可以切割导料管1和料槽2之间的密封条,切断后的密封条可以随料槽2翻转从料槽2中脱离,通过导流板或者直接落入包装箱内,而电机8可以驱动料槽2翻转180度,实现料槽2可以重新承载后续的密封条。

1.一种冰箱密封条生产设备的出料装置,包括矩形的导料管(1),其特征在于:导料管(1)的后侧设有H型的料槽(2),料槽(2)和导料管(1)之间设有间隙(a);所述导料管(1)的下端面成型有铰接支耳(11),铰接支耳(11)上插接有连轴(40),连轴(40)的另一端插接在料槽(2)前端面的中部,料槽(2)后端面的中部插接固定有电机(8)的转轴,电机(8)固定在L型的后支撑架(6)上,导料管(1)的上端面上固定有L型的前支撑架(7);所述料槽(2)上端的左侧壁上和下端的右侧壁上均固定有L型的安装板(5),安装板(5)的前端面上固定有切割刀片(4),切割刀片(4)的内侧边上成型有圆弧形的刀刃,切割刀片(4)的刀刃插设在料槽(2)和导料管(1)之间的间隙(a)内;
所述导料管(1)的左、右内侧壁分别和料槽(2)的左、右内侧在同一平面内,料槽(2)内侧的上底面和导料管(1)的内侧下底面在同一平面内;
所述导料管(1)的内侧底面至连轴(40)的距离等于料槽(2)内侧的下底面至连轴(40)的距离;
所述电机(8)采用伺服电机,电机(8)转轴的中心轴线和连轴(40)的中心轴线在同一直线上;后支撑架(6)的上端面和前支撑架(7)的上端面上分别成型有第一连接孔(61)和第二连接孔(71)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种冰箱密封条生产设备的出料装置,其特征在于:所述料槽(2)靠近导料管(1)一端的上、下端面上固定有挡板(3)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种冰箱密封条生产设备的出料装置,其特征在于:所述切割刀片(4)的厚度小于料槽(2)和导料管(1)之间的间距,切割刀片(4)与安装板(5)的固定方式为,安装板(5)上成型有水平的腰型孔(51),切割刀片(4)上插接有螺栓(10),螺栓(10)穿过安装板(5)的腰型孔(51)螺接有螺母(20);所述的安装板(5)和切割刀片(4)之间插设有隔套(30),隔套(30)插套在螺栓(10)上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种冰箱密封条生产设备的出料装置,其特征在于:所述切割刀片(4)上刀刃上、下端的之间竖向距离大于导料管(1)内侧上、下底面之间的间距,切割刀片(4)上刀刃的下端至连轴(40)的距离小于导料管(1)内侧下底面至连轴(40)的距离。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种冰箱密封条生产设备的出料装置,其特征在于:所述料槽(2)内设有限位机构(9),料槽(2)的侧壁上成型有导向槽(21),限位机构(9)由限位块(91)、螺柱(92)和螺帽(93)组成,限位块(91)插接在料槽(2)内,螺柱(92)插设在料槽(2)的导向槽(21)内,螺柱(92)的内端固定在限位块(91)上,螺柱(92)的外端伸出料槽(2)螺接在螺帽(93)内。
