The working process is as follows: before the tool bit is used, an external power supply is used for supplying power, when the tool bit needs to be switched, a worker controls the electric telescopic rod 204 through the controller 5 to drive the moving plate 206 to move upwards along the limiting shaft 207, then the moving plate 206 drives the clamping seat 208 to move upwards until the clamping seat 208 is separated from the clamping block 209, then the worker rotates the adjusting ring 202 by hand, the adjusting ring 202 rotates around the center of a fixed rail 210, the tool bit 201 and the clamping block 209 are driven to move correspondingly through the adjusting ring 202, the required tool bit 201 and the clamping block 209 are moved to the position under the clamping seat 208, then the worker controls the electric telescopic rod 204 through the controller 5 to drive the moving plate 206 to move downwards along the limiting shaft 207, then the moving plate 206 drives the clamping seat 208 to move downwards until the clamping seat 208 and the clamping block 209 are clamped together, and the clamping block 209 is limited and fixed through the clamping seat, when the second motor 203 rotates, the second motor 203 drives the clamping seat 208 to rotate through the fixing frame 205, the limiting shaft 207 and the moving plate 206, then the clamping seat 208 drives the tool bit 201 to rotate on the inner side of the adjusting ring 202 through the clamping block 209 by the bearing 211, thereby realizing the processing of the surface of the metal plate by the rotation of the tool bit 201, the chips generated in the processing process fall on the inner side of the flow guiding hopper 305 through the blanking hole on the inner side of the carrying plate 8 along with the external cooling water, fall on the upper surface of the filter screen 304 through the flow guiding hopper 305, the cooling water and the chips are separated through the filter screen 304, the cooling water falls on the inner side of the circulating box 4, the chips fall on the upper surface of the filter screen 304, meanwhile, the controller 5 controls the third motor 309 to drive the gear 310 to rotate, then the gear 310 drives the toothed ring 307 to rotate with the vertical central line of the flow guiding hopper 305, then the toothed ring 307 drives the, meanwhile, the rotating ring 302 can drive the cleaning brush 306 to rotate by the vertical central line of the filter screen 304, the chips on the surface of the filter screen 304 can fall to the inner side of the screw conveyor 311 through the blanking hole on the inner side of the filter screen 304 by the rotation of the cleaning brush 306, the chips are conveyed to the inner side of the collecting box 313 by the screw conveyor 311 for centralized collection, when the first slide rail 7 and the second slide rail 10 need to be lubricated, a worker drives the rotating disc 108 to rotate through the first motor 109, so that the rotating disc 108 drives the piston head 104 to reciprocate on the inner side of the sealing cylinder 106 through the push rod 107, the lubricating oil on the inner side of the oil storage tank 101 can be sucked into the inner side of the sealing cylinder 106 through the first one-way valve 103 in the process that the piston head 104 moves to the left, the lubricating oil on the inner side of the sealing cylinder 106 can be input into the inner side of the oil adding shell 110 through the second one, lubricating oil is added to the upper surfaces of the first slide rail 7 and the second slide rail 10 through the oil adding shell 110, and meanwhile, lubricating oil can be added to different positions of the second slide rail 10 and the first slide rail 7 through the movement of the X module 11 and the Y module 6 on the second slide rail 10 and the first slide rail 7.
