A welding and fixing mechanism for mechanical parts of construction equipment comprises a fixing lug (1), a fixing base (2), a control switch (3), a lifting rod (4), a connecting frame (5), a horizontal rotating seat (6), a welding and fixing frame (7) and a vertical rotating seat (8), and is characterized in that the fixing lug (1) is uniformly fixed on two sides of the fixing base (2), the lifting rod (4) is fixed at the upper end of the fixing base (2), the control switch (3) is fixed on the upper end surface of the fixing base (2), the control switch (3) is positioned on one side of the lifting rod (4), the connecting frame (5) is fixed at the upper end of the lifting rod (4), the connecting frame (5) is fixedly connected with the tail end of the horizontal rotating seat (6), the front end of the horizontal rotating seat (6) is rotatably connected with the vertical rotating seat (8), the welding and fixing frame (7) is rotatably connected with the vertical rotating seat (8), the welding fixing frame (7), the vertical rotating seat (8) and the horizontal rotating seat (6) are electrically connected with the control switch (3);
the upper end face of the fixed lug (1) is provided with a through hole, and the fixed base (2) is a bottomless hollow rectangular shell.

The welding and fixing mechanism for the mechanical parts of the construction equipment according to claim 1, wherein the control switch (3) comprises a toggle switch body (31), a first toggle rod (32), a second toggle rod (33) and a sliding switch (34), the toggle switch body (31) is fixed on the fixed base (2), the first toggle rod (32) is arranged on one side of the toggle switch body (31), the second toggle rod (33) is arranged on the other side of the toggle switch body (31), the first toggle rod (32) is toggled left and right, the second toggle rod (33) is toggled up and down, the first toggle rod (32) is electrically connected with the horizontal rotating base (6), the second toggle rod (33) is electrically connected with the vertical rotating base (8), the sliding switches (34) are provided with four, and the four sliding switches (34) are arranged in parallel with the toggle switch body (31), four slide switch (34) are located first poker rod (32) downside and are located second poker rod (33) one side, four slide switch (34) and welding mount (7) electric connection.

The welding fixing mechanism for the mechanical parts of the construction equipment as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lifting rod (4) comprises a telescopic rod (41), an extrusion shaft (42), a rotating disc (43) and a telescopic sleeve (44), the upper end of the telescopic rod (41) is fixedly connected with the connecting frame (5), the lower end of the telescopic rod (41) is sleeved in the telescopic sleeve (44), one end of the extrusion shaft (42) is fixedly connected with the rotating disc (43), the other end of the extrusion shaft (42) penetrates through the side wall of the telescopic sleeve (44) to be in close contact with the outer side wall of the telescopic rod (41), and the extrusion shaft (42) is in threaded fit with the side wall of the telescopic sleeve (44).

The welding and fixing mechanism for mechanical parts of construction equipment according to claim 1, wherein the connecting frame (5) is composed of a connecting block (51) and a connecting fork (52), the connecting fork (52) is fixed on the front end face of the connecting block (51), the lower end face of the connecting block (51) is fixedly connected with the telescopic rod (41), and the connecting fork (52) is fixedly connected with the horizontal rotating base (6).

The welding and fixing mechanism for the mechanical parts of the construction equipment is characterized in that the horizontal rotating base (6) comprises a rotating base rotating shaft (61), a rotating base (62), a horizontal rotating motor fixing groove (63) and a horizontal rotating motor (64), the rotating base (62) is in a U shape which is transversely and vertically placed, the rotating base rotating shaft (61) is rotatably fixed on the upper side of the lower end of the rotating base (62), the horizontal rotating motor fixing groove (63) is formed in the upper end face of the rotating base (62), the output shaft of the horizontal rotating motor (64) is downwards fixed in the horizontal rotating motor fixing groove (63), the output shaft of the horizontal rotating motor (64) penetrates through the lower side face of the upper end of the rotating base (62), and the horizontal rotating motor (64) is electrically connected with the first poking rod (32);
the horizontal rotating motor (64) is a single-head servo motor.

The welding and fixing mechanism for the mechanical parts of the construction equipment according to claim 1, wherein the welding and fixing frame (7) comprises a left side rotary table (71), a right side rotary table (72), a lower fixing frame (73), an adjusting nut (74), a fixing shaft (75), an upper fixing frame (76), a welding and fixing telescopic rod (77), a rubber clamping pad (78) and a sliding groove (79), the left side rotary table (71) and the right side rotary table (72) are both circular, the structures of the left side rotary table (71) and the right side rotary table (72) are completely the same, the left side rotary table (71) and the right side rotary table (72) are symmetrically arranged, the upper sides and the lower sides of the left side rotary table (71) and the right side rotary table (72) are both symmetrically provided with the sliding groove (79), the lower fixing frame (73) and the upper fixing frame (76) are fixed between the left side rotary table (71) and the right side rotary table (72), the structure of the upper fixing frame (76) is completely the same as that of the lower fixing frame (73), the upper fixing frame (76) and the lower fixing frame (73) are respectively provided with two fixing frames, the left end and the right end of each fixing frame are respectively provided with a fixing shaft (75), the fixing shafts (75) are respectively arranged in sliding grooves (79) of a left rotating disc (71) and a right rotating disc (72), the fixing shafts (75) are in sliding connection with the sliding grooves (79), adjusting nuts (74) are sleeved on the fixing shafts (75), the adjusting nuts (74) are in threaded fit connection with the fixing shafts (75), welding fixing telescopic rods (77) are respectively fixed on the four fixing frames, the number of the rubber clamping pads (78) is four, and the four rubber clamping pads (78) are respectively and fixedly connected with the four fixing frames through the welding fixing telescopic rods (77);
the fixed telescopic rod (77) is electrically connected with the sliding switch (34).
