An automatic production device for accurate and efficient welding of a metal foundation column is characterized by comprising a rack (1), a column feeding assembly (2), a column base feeding assembly (3), a bottom plate feeding assembly (4), a welding manipulator (5), a rotating assembly (6) and a blanking assembly (7), wherein the rack (1) is horizontally arranged, the column feeding assembly (2), the column base feeding assembly (3), the bottom plate feeding assembly (4), the blanking assembly (7) and the welding manipulator (5) are all arranged on four sides of the rack (1), a working platform (8) is horizontally arranged at the top of the rack (1), the rotating assembly (6) is arranged on the rack (1), the output end of the rotating assembly (6) is in transmission connection with the working platform (8), the column feeding assembly (2) and the column base feeding assembly (3) are respectively arranged on two sides of the rack (1), the bottom plate feeding assembly (4) and the blanking assembly (7) are respectively arranged on two sides of the rack (1), the welding manipulator (5) and the feeding component are positioned on the same side of the rack (1).

The automatic production equipment for the accurate and efficient welding of the metal foundation columns according to claim 1, characterized in that the column feeding assembly (2) comprises a column feeding conveyor belt (9), a column material taking manipulator (10) and a first material blocking mechanism (11), the column feeding conveyor belt (9) is horizontally arranged, the tail end of the column feeding conveyor belt (9) points to the working platform (8), the first material blocking mechanism (11) is horizontally arranged on one side of the top of the tail end of the column feeding conveyor belt (9), and the column material taking manipulator (10) is arranged on the side of the column feeding conveyor belt (9).

The automatic production equipment for the accurate and efficient welding of the metal-based column is characterized in that the output end of the column body material-taking mechanical arm (10) is provided with a cylindrical clamping jaw (12), the cylindrical clamping jaw (12) comprises two arc-shaped clamping heads (13) which are symmetrically arranged, the two arc-shaped clamping heads (13) can horizontally move towards each other or oppositely, and the radian of the inner arc wall of each arc-shaped clamping head (13) is consistent with that of the outer wall of the column body.
