It can be understood that the supporting arm linking rod 572 may be driven by a motor and a belt, specifically, a driving gear is disposed on an output end of the motor, a driven gear is disposed on the supporting arm linking rod 572, and two opposite ends of the belt are respectively sleeved on the driving gear and the driven gear.
It will be appreciated that since the workpiece 70 is required to be bent at both ends, the above-described bending and corbel configuration is provided in two sets, one on each of the first side 511 and the second side 512 of the bending frame 51.

The pulling bracket 61 is disposed on the second side 512 of the bending frame 51. The pulling driving piece 62 is arranged on the pulling bracket 61. The material pulling arm 63 and the material pulling baffle plate 64 are both arranged at the driving end of the material pulling driving member 62, the material pulling driving member 62 can drive the material pulling arm 63 and the material pulling baffle plate 64 to move close to or far away from the bending base 54 along the transverse direction, and the material pulling driving member 62 can drive the material pulling arm 63 and the material pulling baffle plate 64 to move close to or far away from the workpiece 70 along the longitudinal direction. The pulling arm 63 can extend and retract relative to the pulling driving member 62, and the pulling arm 63 can be rotatably opposite to or dislocated with the pulling baffle plate 64. When the material pulling arm 63 is opposite to the material pulling baffle plate 64, the workpiece 70 can be clamped by the material pulling arm 63 retracting along the transverse direction and matching with the material pulling baffle plate 64; when the pulling arm 63 and the pulling baffle plate 64 are dislocated, the pulling driving member 62 can drive the pulling baffle plate 64 to push the workpiece 70 back to the bending base 54 to bend the other end of the workpiece 70.
Referring to fig. 7, in one embodiment, the pulling driving member 62 includes a first pulling cylinder 621 and a second pulling cylinder 622. The driving end of the first material pulling cylinder 621 extends along the transverse direction, the second material pulling cylinder 622 is linked with the driving end of the first material pulling cylinder 621, the driving end of the second material pulling cylinder 622 extends along the longitudinal direction, the material pulling arm 63 and the material pulling baffle plate 64 are linked with the driving end of the second material pulling cylinder 622, and the material pulling arm 63 can rotate and stretch relative to the second material pulling cylinder 622.
Referring to fig. 7, on the basis of the above embodiment, the material pulling mechanism further includes a third material pulling cylinder 623 and a material pulling connecting rod 624. The driving end of the third material pulling cylinder 623 extends along the transverse direction, and the third material pulling cylinder 623 is linked with the driving end of the second material pulling cylinder 622. One end of the pulling connecting rod 624 is linked with the driving end of the third pulling cylinder 623, the other end of the pulling connecting rod 624 is fixedly connected with the pulling arm 63, and the third pulling cylinder 623 can drive the pulling connecting rod 624 to rotate and drive the pulling connecting rod 624 to move close to or far away from the bending base 54. When the pulling connecting rod 624 moves close to the bending base 54, the pulling arm 63 is driven to rotate reversely by 90 degrees, so that the pulling arm 63 and the pulling baffle 64 are staggered; when the pulling connecting rod 624 moves away from the bending base 54, the pulling arm 63 is driven to rotate forward by 90 degrees, so that the pulling arm 63 is opposite to the pulling baffle 64 and is matched with and clamps the workpiece 70.
The automatic stamping and bending equipment can send the workpiece 70 to the bending device 50 through the first conveying device 20 for bending, and the bent workpiece 70 can be pulled out through the material pulling device 60. When the workpiece 70 is bent, the arc-shaped supporting arm 56 can stably slide in the arc-shaped slideway 55 along an arc-shaped track, and the arc-shaped supporting arm 56 can support the workpiece 70 after sliding close to the bending tool bit 53, and the bending can generate a downward driving force, so that the upward supporting force of the arc-shaped supporting arm 56 can form a stable auxiliary force for the workpiece 70, and the other end of the workpiece 70 is prevented from tilting when being bent, and the bending position is prevented from being deviated due to no stable support. Normally, one end of the workpiece 70 is bent twice, after one end of the workpiece 70 is bent, the material pulling arm 63 and the material pulling baffle plate 64 can be matched to clamp and pull out a part of the workpiece 70 from the bending device 50, so that the other end of the workpiece 70 is positioned at the bending base 54, the first bending is performed, after the first bending is completed, the third material pulling cylinder 623 drives the material pulling connecting rod 624 to move close to the bending base 54 and drives the material pulling arm 63 to rotate in the reverse direction by 90 degrees, the material pulling arm 63 and the material pulling baffle plate 64 are staggered, the first material pulling cylinder 621 drives the material pulling baffle plate 64 to push the workpiece 70 into the bending device 50 and bend the workpiece 70 for the second time, after all bending operations on the workpiece 70 are completed, the third material pulling cylinder 623 drives the material pulling connecting rod 624 to move away from the bending base 54 and drives the material pulling arm 63 to rotate in the forward direction by 90 degrees, so that the material pulling arm 63 is matched with the material pulling baffle plate 64 again to pull out the whole workpiece 70 from the bending device 50, the bending operation of the workpiece 70 in multiple procedures is more convenient, and after the workpiece 70 is bent, the pulling device 60 can directly pull the workpiece 70 out to the finished product collecting area.
