Background
Offshore platforms, a truss structure elevated above the sea surface and having a horizontal deck for production operations or other activities. The offshore platform can be used for drilling and shipbuilding, is formed by assembling different modules, and chemical devices, equipment and pipelines on the modules need cleaning operations such as chemical washing, oil washing, degreasing and the like. During the assembling and debugging process of the ship, the pipeline of the ship also needs cleaning operations such as chemical washing, oil washing, degreasing and the like. The requirement of special cleaning equipment which is suitable for the offshore platform and has multiple purposes is very large.
The main disadvantages are that: at present, three devices are needed in the offshore platform cleaning operation to carry out chemical cleaning, oil flushing and degreasing construction respectively, and the offshore platform cleaning operation needs more devices and operating personnel and is higher in cost.
The existing equipment has no detection and recording function, and cannot know the parameters of temperature, pressure, flow rate, liquid level, pH value, Reynolds number and the like of cleaning. The cleaning effect cannot be ensured.

In this embodiment, each pipeline all adopts the stainless steel pipeline, and the water tank passes through stainless steel pipeline and gas holder, pump, valve, thermometer, level gauge, heat exchanger, PH meter, sample connection, flowmeter, manometer connection.

During cleaning, data monitoring and recording modules display data such as real-time pressure, flow, liquid level, temperature and PH value.

As shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment is an improvement on the first embodiment, and the improvement is that: the liquid return pipeline also comprises a second liquid return branch pipe, and the first liquid return branch pipe and the second liquid return branch pipe are arranged side by side and are communicated with the liquid return main pipe; and an oil filter is arranged on the second liquid return branch pipe.
