背景技术
随着人们生活和工作压力的加大以及各种不规律的生活习惯，人们会产生各种症状，失眠就是其中常见的一种。失眠的症状表现是入睡困难、睡眠质量下降和睡眠时间减少，记忆力、注意力下降等。
目前人们多服用安眠药来治疗失眠，虽然具有一定的效果，但是副作用大，而且治疗效果不佳。
发明内容
本发明实施例的目的在于提供一种具有安神定志作用的中药组合物，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。

一种具有安神定志作用的中药组合物，包括以下重量份的原料：熟地13-16.6份、丹皮12.5-17份、山药11-18.4份、茯苓8.6-11.7份、泽泻8.2-11.5份、山茱萸9-11份、五味子8-12.4份、黄芪18.2-22.3份、柏子仁14-16.7份、远志8.8-12.1份、郁金13-17份和甘草1.8-4.4份。
