Abstract
The invention discloses a thickener composition, a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the thickener composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: deionized water: 40-65% of aliphatic amine polyether: 20-40% of sorbitan caprylate: 3-10%, disodium lauriminodiacetate: 3-10%. The fatty amine polyether and the disodium lauryl iminodiacetate have the characteristic of cation, are easy to form an anion-cation co-micelle structure with an acyl amino acid surfactant (anion type). Meanwhile, a polyether chain segment on the aliphatic amine polyether and two carboxyl groups on the disodium lauryl iminodiacetate have strong intermolecular hydrogen bond tendency, so that a three-dimensional structure is formed, and in addition, the sorbitan caprylate is added, the polyhydroxy structure has strong capability of combining with water to form a hydrogen bond, and a multi-dimensional structure taking water molecules as a carrier is formed in the whole system, so that the viscosity is increased.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a thickener composition, in particular to a thickener composition for thickening an amino acid surfactant, and belongs to the technical field of cosmetic application.
Background
Amino acid surfactant is a mild and degradable anionic surfactant, has good washing, sterilizing, foaming, hard water resisting and low irritation performances, and has received more and more attention. However, the inability of amino acid surfactant to be thickened by simple methods during application to obtain a product with a suitable viscosity has been one of the biggest problems in the widespread use of amino acid surfactants.
CN 201310128258.5 discloses an amino acid type surfactant self-thickening composition, which contains cocamidopropyl betaine and sodium lauroyl sarcosinate as thickeners, but the applicable formula range is small in the practical application process, and the self-thickening effect of cocamidopropyl betaine and other amino acids is not ideal, so that the wide application cannot be achieved. CN 201510190450.6 forms lauroyl glutamic acid triethanol ammonium salt and cocoyl glutamic acid triethanol ammonium salt by reacting lauroyl glutamic acid and cocoyl glutamic acid with triethanolamine, the two salts with different molecular weights have certain thickening effect and can be adjusted to be transparent in a range from liquid to solid at will, and the method is only suitable for acyl glutamic acid and is not suitable for thickening other acyl amino acid.
In the application of personal cleaning products, the stability of the self-thickening system is not high by the amino acid type/amphoteric surfactant complex thickening and the way of forming the self-thickening system is greatly influenced by relevant factors such as pH, sodium chloride, temperature and the like, and the self-thickening system can only take effect on individual amino acid type surfactant; similarly, the mode of thickening acylglutamate by triethanolamine salts cannot be widely applied to other amino acid type surface activities, and the rheological property is poor. Therefore, it is very important to research a thickener which can be widely applied to amino acid type surface activity and is low in price.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides a thickening agent for thickening an amino acid surfactant, in particular to a thickening agent which can be widely applied to amino acid type surfactant and is low in cost. The thickening agent is characterized in that a co-micelle three-dimensional structure is formed through the direct synergistic effect of different surfactants, so that the thickening of the amino acid surfactant is realized, and the thickening agent is specifically prepared by taking fatty amine polyether as a main component and compounding sorbitan caprylate and disodium lauriminodiacetate.
In order to solve the technical problems, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a thickener composition comprising the following components:
deionized water: 40 to 65 percent
Fatty amine polyether: 20 to 40 percent
Sorbitan octanoate: 3 to 10 percent
Disodium lauriminodiacetate: 3 to 10 percent
Further, the fatty amine polyether is laurylamine polyether, cocoamine polyether, tallow amine polyether, or stearyl amine polyether; the polyether can be polyoxyethylene ether, polyoxypropylene ether, and polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether.
Further, the number of EO polymers in the polyether is preferably 3 to 12, and the number of PO polymers is preferably 1 to 5.
The preparation method of the thickener composition comprises the following steps: adding a certain amount of deionized water into a reaction vessel, heating to 55-60 ℃, sequentially adding fatty amine polyether, sorbitan caprylate and disodium laurimidodiacetate, continuously heating to 80-90 ℃, stirring and mixing until the system presents uniform transparent slurry, and cooling to obtain a finished product.
The thickener composition is used for the acyl thickening amino acid surfactant, and the thickened acyl thickening amino acid surfactant is widely applied to a transparent silicone-oil-free shampoo system.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following outstanding advantages and positive effects:
according to the research of the structural characteristics and thickening action mechanism of the surfactant, a proper raw material is preferably selected, the fatty amine polyether and the lauryl iminodiacetic acid disodium have the cationic characteristics, the acylamino acid is an anionic surfactant, and the anionic surfactant are easy to form an anionic-cationic co-micelle structure. In this way, a nitrogen atom on the disodium lauryl iminodiacetate presents cation and anion attraction combination of acylamino acid, meanwhile, a polyether chain segment on the fatty amine polyether and two carboxyl groups on the disodium lauryl iminodiacetate have strong intermolecular hydrogen bonding tendency, a three-dimensional structure is formed, and in addition, the sorbitan caprylate is added, the polyhydroxy structure has strong capability of combining with water to form hydrogen bonding, and a multi-dimensional three-dimensional structure taking water molecules as a carrier is formed in the whole system, so that the viscosity is increased.
