技术领域
本发明涉及陈列展示照明技术领域,特别是一种货架照明系统、装有该照明系统的层板以及货架。
背景技术
货架的使用范围很广,如在商场,物流仓储,工厂仓库等等,都需要货架来放置正在售卖或没有马上使用的物品。这些货架在使用过程中,照明是必须的,特别是在商场中使用的货架,其对照明的要求特别高,如节约空间,安全,组装方便,美观等等,货架一般包括背板(可以取消)、立柱和层板,层板包括用于安装到立柱上的托臂。
现有技术中,用于给设置在货架照射面的LED灯具供电的电源一般设置在货架的背光面,因而LED灯具需要通过穿设导线或者将导线从货架照射面绕线以到达货架的背光面而与电源连接。一方面,现有技术中的此种供电设置方式导致牵设导线不便、布线较多且杂乱而不利于检修及美观而影响商品照射效果。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明提供了一种货架照明系统,以解决上述技术问题。
一种货架照明系统,包括照明模块和取电模块,所述照明模块设置在层板的下表面靠近层板外沿处,所述取电模块包括:
取电头,固定在托臂的内侧靠近货架立柱的一端,与货架立柱上的供电导轨插接配合实现电连接;
条形导电件,位于所述托臂的内侧,一端与所述取电头电电连接;
插接头,固定在所述托臂的内侧靠近层板外沿的一端,与所述条形导电件的另一端电连接并为所述照明模块供电。
优选的,所述条形导电件包括:条形壳体和设置在所述条形壳体内的导线。
优选的,所述条形壳体上设有用于固定的卡扣孔。
优选的,所述取电头包括:
第一安装座,与所述条形壳体的一端固定连接;
第一安装腔,设置在所述第一安装座上且与所述条形壳体连通;
第一导电电路板,设置在所述第一安装腔中,与所述导线电连接;
弹性触件,伸缩设置在所述第一安装座上,一端伸入所述第一安装腔与所述第一导电电路板,另一端伸出所述第一安装腔。
优选的,所述弹性触件的伸缩方向垂直所述托臂内侧所在的平面。
优选的,所述安装座上设有容纳弹性触件的安装孔,所述弹性触件包括:设置在安装孔中的弹柱和设置在所述导电电路板和弹柱之间的导电弹簧。
优选的,所述插接头包括:
第二安装座,与所述条形壳体的另一端固定连接,带有向外凸起的插头;
第二安装腔,设置在所述第二安装座上且与所述条形壳体连通;
第二导电电路板,设置在所述第二安装腔中,与所述导线电连接;
条形触片,固定在所述插头上,一端伸入所述第二安装腔与第二导电电路板电连接,另一端向外弯折形成弹性触点。

优选的,所述立柱一侧的表面设有沿着长度方向排布的多个托臂固定孔,托臂的根部设有与托臂固定孔配合的插块,插块与托臂固定孔配合时取电头与供电导轨插接配合实现电连接。
本发明的技术效果:
本发明的货架照明系统、装有该照明系统的层板以及货架,将货架照明系统的取电模块集成到货架的托臂上,从而可以在完成层板安装的同时,实现取电模块的安装,同时照明模块可以快速完成安装,简化了整个灯具安装过程,提高安装效率,且没有外露的导线,整体更美观。

以下基于附图对本发明的具体实施例进行进一步详细说明。应当理解的是,此处对本发明实施例的说明并不用于限定本发明的保护范围。
实施例1
如图1~9所示,本实施例的货架包括设有供电轨道401的立柱400和层板300。
货架一般包括立柱和安装在立柱400上的层板300(图中没有画板体,而是框架),这是货架最重要和基本的两个部件,有时还会有背板、面板等其他结构,这不是本申请的发明重点,此处不赘述。
层板300用于放置物品,很多时候需要通过灯具对层板300上的物品进行照亮,提高展示效果。为了更方便灯具的安装,本实施例中,层板300包括板体、托臂302以及货架照明系统。
本实施例将货架照明系统集成在层板中,安装层板的过程中,就完成了灯具及其供电系统的安装,非常方便。
本实施例中,货架照明系统包括照明模块100和取电模块200,所述照明模块100设置在层板300的下表面靠近层板外沿301处,在该位置安装灯具,一方面可以达到良好的照明效果,另一方面,可以有较好的防眩光效果,因为此处的层板一般会向下弯折形成挡边,挡边可以用于安装标签等。
本实施例中,取电模块200包括取电头201、条形导电件202和插接头203。取电头201固定在托臂302的内侧靠近货架立柱400的一端,与货架立柱400上的供电导轨401插接配合实现电连接;条形导电件202位于所述托臂302的内侧,一端与所述取电头电201电连接;插接头203固定在所述托臂302的内侧靠近层板外沿301的一端,与所述条形导电件202的另一端电连接并为所述照明模块100供电。
供电导轨401可以是固定在立柱400的外侧,也可以是装中空的立柱400内。
上述结构的取电模块200集成在托臂302上,托臂302固定到立柱400上后,直接安装照明模块100到层板300的下表面靠近层板外沿301处,就可以实现通电,方便快捷,不仅简化了灯具安装的步骤,而且货架外观也更整洁。
条形导电件202可以直接采用柔性的导线,为了方便安装以及保护导线,本实施例中,条形导电件202包括条形壳体2021和设置在所述条形壳体2021内的导线2022。条形壳体2021不仅可以起到固定的作用,还可以保护柔性的导线2022,本实施例中,条形壳体2021上还设有用于固定的卡扣孔2023。配合的,托臂302上可以设置与所述卡扣孔2023配合的固定孔,然后通过方便拆装的塑料卡扣穿过固定孔与卡扣孔2023固定连接,实现条形壳体2021的固定。
取电头201从供电轨道401上取电,实现配合的方式较多,可以采用手动将取电头201固定到供电轨道401上实现取电,其关键是将取电的触点和轨道表面电连接,本实施例中,取电头201采用插接的方式,在托臂302固定在立柱400上时,同时完成取电头201和供电轨道401配合。立柱400一侧的表面设有沿着长度方向排布的多个托臂固定孔402,托臂302的根部设有与托臂固定孔配合的插块303,插块303与托臂固定孔402配合时取电头201与供电导轨401插接配合实现电连接,插块303的数量可以根据需要进行设定,本实施例中,设有两个。
为了实现上述操作,本实施例中,取电头201包括第一安装座2011、第一安装腔2012、第一导电电路板2013和弹性触件2014。第一安装座2011与所述条形壳体2021的一端固定连接;第一安装腔2012设置在所述第一安装座2011上且与所述条形壳体2021连通;第一导电电路板2013设置在所述第一安装腔2012中,与所述导线2022电连接;弹性触件2014伸缩设置在所述第一安装座2011上,一端伸入所述第一安装腔2012与所述第一导电电路板2013,另一端伸出所述第一安装腔2012。为了方便制造,第一安装座2011为前、后盖拼合而成。
为了提高电连接的可靠性,本实施例中,弹性触件2014的伸缩方向垂直所述托臂302内侧所在的平面。具体的,安装座2011上设有容纳弹性触件2014的安装孔2015,所述弹性触件2014包括:设置在安装孔2015中的弹柱2016和设置在所述导电电路板2013和弹柱2016之间的导电弹簧2017。
插接头203用于连接照明模块,也就是灯具,为了实现快速连接,本实施例中,插接头203包括第二安装座2031、第二安装腔2033、第二导电电路板2034和条形触片2035。其中,第二安装座2031与所述条形壳体2031的另一端固定连接,带有向外凸起的插头2032;第二安装腔2033设置在所述第二安装座2031上且与所述条形壳体2031连通;第二导电电路板2034设置在所述第二安装腔2033中,与所述导线2022电连接;条形触片2035,固定在所述插头2032上,一端伸入所述第二安装腔2033与第二导电电路板2034电连接,另一端向外弯折形成弹性触点。第二安装座2031为前、后盖拼合而成。
由于电路中需要正负极导通才能实现供电,因此,本申请中的电连接部分都是正、负两个,包括供电轨道401中的正、负供电条,弹性触件2014设有正、负两个,条形触片2035也设有正、负两个,上述设置在现有技术中具有记载,在此不赘述。
插头2032的凸起方向决定了插接的方向,为了方便安装本实施例的照明模块100,插接头203的插接方向垂直所述托臂302内侧所在平面,照明模块100可以采用各种形状的灯具,在货架应用时,条形灯采用最为常见,照明范围较大,照明模块100为条形灯,端部设有与所述插接头203配合的插接孔101。插接孔101内设有与弹性触点实现电连接的触点。本实施例中,插接孔101开口沿着条形灯长度方向向外设置。
插头2032的截面可以是方形、圆形或其他形状,同时插接孔101具有和该形状匹配的形状。
为了便于固定条形灯,本实施例中,条形灯的顶面设有用于固定的磁石102。由于层板一般采用钢铁材料制成,可以通过吸附的方式安装本实施例的条形灯,进一步简化结构和安装步骤。
实施例2
如图10和11所示,本实施例中,除了插头2032朝向和实施例1不同以外,其余结构与实施例1相同,本实施例中,插头2032朝向所述货架立柱400且插接方向与所述托臂302所在平面平行,从而可以实现条形灯的水平插接安装,安装更方便,图中箭头为插接方向。
实施例3
如图12和13所示,本实施例中,除了插头2032朝向和实施例1不同以外,其余结构与实施例1相同,本实施例中,插头2032垂直向下,从而可以实现条形灯的垂直向上插接安装,安装更方便,图中箭头为插接方向。
以上仅为本发明的较佳实施例,并不用于局限本发明的保护范围,任何在本发明精神内的修改、等r同替换或改进等,都涵盖在本发明的权利要求范围内。
Claims (15)
1.一种货架照明系统,包括照明模块(100)和取电模块(200),其特征在于,所述照明模块(100)设置在层板(300)的下表面靠近层板外沿(301)处,所述取电模块(200)包括:
取电头(201),固定在托臂(302)的内侧靠近货架立柱(400)的一端,与货架立柱(400)上的供电导轨(401)插接配合实现电连接;
条形导电件(202),位于所述托臂(302)的内侧,一端与所述取电头电(201)电连接;
插接头(203),固定在所述托臂(302)的内侧靠近层板外沿(301)的一端,与所述条形导电件(202)的另一端电连接并为所述照明模块(100)供电。
2.如权利要求1所述的货架照明系统,其特征在于,所述条形导电件(202)包括:条形壳体(2021)和设置在所述条形壳体(2021)内的导线(2022)。
3.如权利要求2所述的货架照明系统,其特征在于,所述条形壳体(2021)上设有用于固定的卡扣孔(2023)。
4.如权利要求2所述的货架照明系统,其特征在于,所述取电头(201)包括:
第一安装座(2011),与所述条形壳体(2021)的一端固定连接;
第一安装腔(2012),设置在所述第一安装座(2011)上且与所述条形壳体(2021)连通;
第一导电电路板(2013),设置在所述第一安装腔(2012)中,与所述导线(2022)电连接;
弹性触件(2014),伸缩设置在所述第一安装座(2011)上,一端伸入所述第一安装腔(2012)与所述第一导电电路板(2013),另一端伸出所述第一安装腔(2012)。
5.如权利要求4所述的货架照明系统,其特征在于,所述弹性触件的伸缩方向垂直所述托臂(302)内侧所在的平面。
6.如权利要求4所述的货架照明系统,其特征在于,所述安装座(2011)上设有容纳弹性触件(2014)的安装孔(2015),所述弹性触件(2014)包括:设置在安装孔(2015)中的弹柱(2016)和设置在所述导电电路板(2013)和弹柱(2016)之间的导电弹簧(2017)。
7.如权利要求2所述的货架照明系统,其特征在于,所述插接头(203)包括:第二安装座(2031),与所述条形壳体(2031)的另一端固定连接,带有向外凸起的插头(2032);
第二安装腔(2033),设置在所述第二安装座(2031)上且与所述条形壳体(2031)连通;
第二导电电路板(2034),设置在所述第二安装腔(2033)中,与所述导线(2022)电连接;
条形触片(2035),固定在所述插头(2032)上,一端伸入所述第二安装腔(2033)与第二导电电路板(2034)电连接,另一端向外弯折形成弹性触点。
8.如权利要求7任一权利要求所述的货架照明系统,其特征在于,所述插头(2032)的插接方向垂直所述托臂(302)内侧所在平面。
9.如权利要求7任一权利要求所述的货架照明系统,其特征在于,所述插头(2032)朝向所述货架立柱(400)且插接方向与所述托臂(302)所在平面平行。
10.如权利要求7任一权利要求所述的货架照明系统,其特征在于,所述插头(2032)垂直向下。
11.如权利要求1~10任一权利要求所述的货架照明系统,其特征在于,所述照明模块(100)为条形灯,端部设有与所述插接头(203)配合的插接孔(101)。
12.如权利要求11的货架照明系统,其特征在于,所述条形灯的顶面设有用于固定的磁石(102)。
13.一种层板,其特征在于,包括板体、托臂(302)以及如权利要求1~11任一权利要求所述的货架照明系统。
14.一种货架,其特征在于,包括设有供电轨道(401)的立柱(400)以及如权利要求13所述的层板(300)。
15.如权利要求14所述的货架,其特征在于,所述立柱(400)一侧的表面设有沿着长度方向排布的多个托臂固定孔(402),托臂(302)的根部设有与托臂固定孔配合的插块(303),插块(303)与托臂固定孔(402)配合时取电头(201)与供电导轨(401)插接配合实现电连接。
