Detailed Description
Reference will now be made in detail to embodiments of the present invention, examples of which are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. The embodiments described below with reference to the drawings are illustrative and intended to be illustrative of the invention and are not to be construed as limiting the invention. In the description of the present invention, it is to be understood that the terms "center", "longitudinal", "lateral", "length", "width", "thickness", "upper", "lower", "front", "rear", "left", "right", "vertical", "horizontal", "top", "bottom", "inner", "outer", etc. indicate orientations or positional relationships based on those shown in the drawings, and are used merely for convenience of description and for simplicity of description, and do not indicate or imply that the device or element so referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed in a particular orientation, and be operated, and thus should not be considered as limiting the present invention.
A pocketed spring core according to an embodiment of the invention is described below.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the pocketed spring core according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a plurality of strings of pocketed springs 1 and a cover fabric 2, the plurality of strings of pocketed springs 1 being arranged in a transverse direction, each string of pocketed springs 1 extending in a longitudinal direction.
The shell fabric 2 is arranged between the adjacent bagged spring strings 1, and the shell fabric 2 is connected with each of the adjacent bagged spring strings 1. In other words, the shell fabric 2 connects two adjacent strings 1 of pocketed springs. As shown in fig. 1-3, a piece of cloth 2 is arranged between every two adjacent bagged spring strings 1, and the cloth 2 includes a first side surface and a second side surface, the first side surface of the cloth 2 is connected with one bagged spring string 1 of the adjacent bagged spring strings 1, and the second side surface of the cloth 2 is connected with the other bagged spring string 1 of the adjacent bagged spring strings 1.
Further, the cover fabric 2 is a nonwoven fabric. It is to be understood that the present invention is not limited thereto, and the cover cloth 2 may be a cotton felt, for example.
The inventor finds that, in the pocket spring core in the related art, the adjacent pocket spring strings 1 are mostly directly connected, but the adjacent pocket spring strings 1 are not reliably connected due to the relatively small contact area when the adjacent pocket spring strings 1 are contacted, thereby affecting the quality of the pocket spring core. According to the bagged spring core body provided by the embodiment of the invention, the surface cloth 2 is connected with the adjacent bagged spring strings 1, and the connection between the surface cloth 2 and the bagged spring strings 1 is relatively reliable, so that the connection reliability between the adjacent bagged spring strings 1 is improved, and the quality of the bagged spring core body is improved.
In some embodiments, the face cloth 2 is bonded to each of the adjacent strings of pocketed springs 1. In other words, the shell fabric 2 and the pocket spring string 1 are bonded together by glue. It will be appreciated that the application is not limited thereto, for example the cloth 2 and the string 1 of pocketed springs may also be welded together.
In some embodiments, each pocketed spring string 1 comprises a pocket 11 and a plurality of springs 12, and the shell fabric 2 is connected to the pocket 11 of the pocketed spring string 1. As shown in fig. 1 and 4, the pocketed spring string 1 includes a cloth bag 11 and a plurality of springs 12 disposed in an inner cavity of the cloth bag 11. Wherein the cloth bag 11 of the bagged spring string 1 is connected with the shell fabric 2. In the description of the present invention, "a plurality" means at least two, e.g., two, three, etc., unless specifically limited otherwise.
Further, the inner cavity of the cloth bag 11 of each string 1 is divided into a plurality of independent bags 13 arranged in the longitudinal direction, and the heights H of the bags 13 of the plurality of strings 1 are the same. In other words, the inner cavity of the cloth bag 11 of each pocket spring string 1 includes a plurality of pockets 13, the height H of each pocket 13 is the same, and the heights H of the pockets 13 of the plurality of pocket spring strings 1 are the same. The height of the bag chamber 13 is the dimension of the bag chamber 13 in the vertical direction shown in fig. 4.
The pocket 13 of at least some of the strings 1 of pocketed springs is partitioned into multiple layers of chambers 130 along the height direction (up-down direction in fig. 4) of the pocket 13, i.e., the adjacent chambers 130 are partitioned by the seam 14. Each chamber 130 houses a spring 12.
It should be noted that, "the pocket 13 of at least a part of the plurality of pocketed spring strings 1 is partitioned into the multi-layered chambers 130 along the height direction of the pocket 13" is to be understood that, in the spring core according to the embodiment of the present invention, only a part of the pockets 13 of the plurality of pocketed spring strings 1 are partitioned into the multi-layered chambers 130, each chamber 130 is filled with a spring 12, and the pockets 13 of the rest of the plurality of pocketed spring strings 1 are not partitioned, and the springs 12 are disposed in the pockets 13; the pocket 13 of all the pocket spring strings 1 in the spring core body of the embodiment of the invention can be divided into multiple layers of chambers 130, and each chamber 130 is filled with a spring 12.
The heights of the chambers 130 of the same layer of the same pocket 11 in at least some of the strings 1 of pocketed springs are the same as each other. In other words, in the pocketed spring string 1 in which the pockets 13 are partitioned into multiple layers of chambers 130, the heights of the chambers 130 of the same layer of the same hop-pocket 11 are the same.
The heights of the pockets 130 of at least two identical layers of at least part of the string 1 of pocketed springs are different from each other. In other words, in the pocketed spring strings 1 in which the pockets 13 are partitioned into the multi-layered pockets 130, there is a case where the seam 14 between the pocket 130 of a certain layer of one pocketed spring string 1 and the pocket 130 of an adjacent layer is not on the same horizontal line as the seam 14 between the pocket 130 of the certain layer and the pocket 130 of an adjacent layer of another pocketed spring string 1, where the adjacent layer in one pocketed spring string 1 is the same layer as the adjacent layer in another pocketed spring string 1.
Here, it should be understood that, since the heights H of the pockets 11 of the plurality of spring strings 100 are the same, the heights of the pockets 110 of another same layer necessarily vary in the lateral direction as long as the heights of the pockets 110 of one same layer vary in the lateral direction in the plurality of spring strings 100.
In addition, it should be noted that, regarding "in at least a part of the pocketed spring strings 1, the heights of the cavities 130 in at least two identical layers of at least two pocketed spring strings 1 are different from each other", taking as an example that at least a part of the pocketed spring strings 1 are two pocketed spring strings 1, the pockets 13 of the two pocketed spring strings 1 are each divided into a plurality of layers of cavities 130, and the heights of the cavities 130 in at least two identical layers of the two pocketed spring strings 1 are different from each other; taking an example that at least a part of the bagged spring strings 1 are three bagged spring strings 1, the pockets 13 of the three bagged spring strings 1 are divided into a plurality of layers of cavities 130, and the heights of the cavities 130 in at least two same layers of two bagged spring strings 1 in the three bagged spring strings 1 are different from each other.
For "the heights of the cavities 130 in at least two identical layers are different from each other", taking the case that the pocket spring string 1 with the pocket 13 separated into the multi-layer cavities 130 is two pocket spring strings 1, since the heights H of the pockets 13 of the two pocket spring strings 1 are the same, the heights of the pockets 130 in two identical layers of the two pocket spring strings 1 are different, and the heights of the pockets 130 in another identical layer are necessarily different, for example, the pockets 13 of the two pocket spring strings 1 are equally separated into two layers of pockets 130, the first pocket and the second pocket, as shown in fig. 4, in other words, each pocket 13 in each pocket spring string 1 is separated into the first pocket and the second pocket by a seam 14, wherein the heights a1 of the first pocket in the same pocket spring string 1 are the same, the heights B1 of the second pocket in the same pocket spring string 1 are the same, that is, the plurality 14 of pockets 13 in the same pocket spring string 1 are on the same horizontal line, the first cavities 111 of the two pocket spring strings 1 are located in the same layer, the second cavities 112 of the two pocket spring strings 1 are located in the same layer, and the heights of the first cavities 111 of the two pocket spring strings 1 are different, that is, the seams 14 of the two pocket spring strings 1 are not on the same horizontal line, so that the heights of the second cavities of the two pocket spring strings 1 are different inevitably.
For example, the pockets 13 of two pocket spring strings 1 are divided into three layers of chambers 130, a first chamber, a second chamber and a third chamber, that is, each pocket 13 of two pocket spring strings 1 has two seams 14, a first seam and a second seam, wherein the first seam separates the first chamber from the second chamber, and the second seam separates the second chamber from the third chamber, wherein the first chambers of the same pocket spring string 1 have the same height, the second chambers of the same pocket spring string 1 have the same height, and the third chambers of the same pocket spring string 1 have the same height, that is, the first seams of the pockets 13 of the same pocket spring string 1 are on the same horizontal line, and the second seams of the pockets 13 of the same pocket spring string 1 are on the same horizontal line, wherein the first chambers of the two pocket spring strings 1 are located at the same layer, and the second chambers of the two pocket spring strings 1 are located at the same layer, the third chambers of the two bagged spring strings 1 are located in the same layer, if the heights of the first chambers of the two bagged spring strings 1 are different, the heights of the third chambers of the two bagged spring strings 1 are the same, and the heights of the second chambers of the two bagged spring strings 1 are inevitably different, namely, the first seams of the two bagged spring strings 1 are not on the same horizontal line, and the second seams of the two bagged spring strings 1 are on the same horizontal line.
According to the spring core body provided by the embodiment of the invention, the pocket 13 in at least part of the bagged spring string 1 in the spring core body is divided into the plurality of layers of cavities 130, the heights of the cavities 130 in the same layer in the same bagged spring string 1 are set to be the same, and the heights of the cavities 130 in at least two same layers in at least two different bagged spring strings 1 are set to be different, so that the softness of different areas of the bagged spring core body is different, the comfort degree is improved, meanwhile, the structure and the processing process of the bagged spring core body are relatively simple, and the cost is reduced.
In some specific embodiments, as shown in fig. 3, the height of the chambers 130 of at least two identical layers of at least a portion of the string 1 of pocketed springs varies in the lateral direction. Taking the example that the pockets 13 of at least part of the strings of pocketed springs 1 are divided into three layers, the pockets 13 comprise a first chamber and a second chamber, wherein the first chambers of at least part of the strings of pocketed springs 1 are located at the same layer, the second chambers of at least part of the strings of pocketed springs 1 are located at the same layer, the third chambers of at least part of the strings of pocketed springs 1 are located at the same layer, and the heights of the first chambers of at least part of the strings of pocketed springs 1 vary along the transverse direction, and the heights of the second chambers of at least part of the strings of pocketed springs 1 also vary along the transverse.
Further, the height of the pockets 130 of each same layer of at least part of the string 1 of pocketed springs varies in the transverse direction. Also taking the example of the division of the pockets 13 of at least part of the string 1 of pocketed springs into three layers, the height of the first pockets of at least part of the string 1 of pocketed springs varies in the transverse direction, the height of the second pockets of at least part of the string 1 of pocketed springs also varies in the transverse direction, and the height of the third pockets of at least part of the string 1 of pocketed springs also varies in the transverse direction. It will be appreciated that the application is not limited thereto, for example the height of the first compartment of at least part of the string 1 of pocketed springs varies in the transverse direction, the height of the second compartment of at least part of the string 1 of pocketed springs also varies in the transverse direction, but the height of the third compartment of at least part of the string 1 of pocketed springs remains constant.
Further, the height of the chambers 130 of the same layer may vary laterally in a curvilinear manner, such as in a substantially S-shaped curve in the lateral direction, to accommodate human needs and to enhance comfort.
For example, as shown in fig. 3, the plurality of strings of pocketed springs 1 in a pocketed spring core comprises a first string of pocketed springs 101, a second string of pocketed springs 102, a third string of pocketed springs 103 … …, an nth string of pocketed springs, wherein the pocket 13 of each string 1 of pocketed springs has two layers of chambers 130, a first chamber and a second chamber, as shown in fig. 4, in other words, each pocket 13 in each string 1 of pocketed springs is divided into a first chamber and a second chamber by a seam 14 into the pocket 13, that is, pocket 13 of first pocketed spring string 101 is divided into first and second chambers by a first seam, pocket 13 of second pocketed spring string 102 is divided into first and second chambers by a second seam, and pocket 13 of third pocketed spring string 103 is divided into first and second chambers by a third seam … … pocket 13 of nth pocketed spring string is divided into first and second chambers by an nth seam.
Wherein the first chamber of the first string 101, the first chamber of the second string 102, the first chamber … … of the third string, and the first chamber of the nth string are all located at the same level and vary in a generally S-shaped curve in the transverse direction at a height A1, the second chamber of the first string 101, the second chamber of the second string 102, the second chamber … … of the third string 103, and the second chamber of the nth string are all located at the same level and vary in a generally S-shaped curve in the transverse direction at a height B1. In other words, the first seam of the first string 101, the second seam of the second string 102, the third seam of the third string 103, and the nth seam of the … … nth string vary in a substantially S-shaped curve along the transverse direction to accommodate the needs of the human body and improve comfort.
In some embodiments, at least part of the string of pocketed springs 1 comprises a first string of pocketed springs 101, the number of layers of the chambers 130 of the first string of pocketed springs 101 being different from the number of layers of the chambers 130 of the remaining strings of pocketed springs 1 in at least part of the string of pocketed springs 1.
For example, at least some of the strings of pocketed springs 1 include strings of pocketed springs 1 having pockets 13 separated into two layers of chambers 130, and strings of pocketed springs 1 having pockets 13 separated into three layers of chambers 130.
It will be appreciated that the application is not so limited, for example in other alternative embodiments the number of layers of chambers 130 of the first string 101 is the same as the number of layers of chambers 130 of the remaining strings 1 of pocketed springs in at least some of the strings 1. In other words, the number of layers of pockets 130 of the string of pocketed springs in at least part of the string 1 of pocketed springs is the same. For example, at least part of the string of pocketed springs 1 includes only the string of pocketed springs 1 having the pockets 13 divided into two layers of the chambers 130, or includes only the string of pocketed springs 1 having the pockets 13 divided into three layers of the chambers 130.
In some embodiments, the stiffness of the springs 12 within at least two of the multi-tiered chambers 130 of the same pocket 13 of at least a portion of the string of pocketed springs 1 is different. In other words, the stiffness of the springs 12 in at least two of the multiple pockets 130 in the same pocket 13 of the same string 1 of pocketed springs is different, for example, in some embodiments, the pockets 13 in the same string 1 are each divided into two pockets 130, the stiffness of the springs 12 in the same pocket 130 of the multiple pockets 13 is the same, and the stiffness of the springs 12 in the two pockets 130 of the same pocket 13 is different. For another example, the pockets 13 in the same pocketed spring string 1 are divided into three chambers 130, and the springs 12 in at least two chambers 130 of the three chambers 130 have different stiffness.
In some embodiments, at least one of the effective number of turns, the pitch diameter, the stiffness of the wire, and the diameter of the wire of the springs 12 in at least two of the multiple-tiered cavities 130 in the same pocket 13 of at least a portion of the string of pocketed springs 1 are different from one another. Since the effective number of turns of the spring 12, the pitch diameter, the hardness of the wire from which the spring 12 is made, and the diameter of the wire all have an influence on the rigidity of the spring, the rigidity is made different by setting at least one of the above parameters different from each other.
In some embodiments, the stiffness of the springs 12 within the pockets 130 of the same layer of at least a portion of the string 1 of pocketed springs is the same. The springs 12 of at least part of the string 1 of pocketed springs in the chambers 130 of the same level have the same stiffness. For example, as shown in fig. 4, the stiffness of the spring 12 in the first chamber of the first string 101, the stiffness of the spring 12 in the first chamber of the second string 102, the stiffness … … of the spring 12 in the first chamber of the third string 103, and the stiffness of the spring 12 in the first chamber of the nth string are all the same; the stiffness of the spring 12 in the second chamber of the first string 101, the stiffness of the spring 12 in the second chamber of the second string 102, the stiffness … … of the spring 12 in the second chamber of the third string 103, and the stiffness of the spring 12 in the second chamber of the nth string are all the same.
