(2) respectively baking fructus Lycii, Rubi fructus, rhizoma Polygonati and Lepidium Meyenii Walp powder at 60-70 deg.C for 6 hr to cooked to obtain fructus Lycii material to be processed, Rubi fructus material to be processed, rhizoma Polygonati material to be processed and Lepidium Meyenii Walp powder material to be processed;
(3) respectively crushing the Chinese yam material to be processed, the black sesame material to be processed and the gordon euryale seed material to be processed obtained in the step (1) to 40 meshes, and mixing to form a first mixture; respectively crushing the wolfberry fruit to-be-processed material, the raspberry to-be-processed material, the rhizoma polygonati to-be-processed material and the maca powder to-be-processed material obtained in the step (2) to 200 meshes, and mixing to form a second mixture; and mixing the first mixture and the second mixture uniformly, and irradiating and sterilizing the mixture for 36 hours by adopting a 30w ultraviolet lamp to obtain the solid beverage.
Comparative example 1
The only difference between this comparative example and example 4 is that: in the comparative example, no rhizoma polygonati is added in the raw materials, and no rhizoma polygonati is added in the preparation process.
The solid beverage obtained in inventive example 3 was compared with the solid beverage obtained in comparative example 1:
the treatment subjects were: randomly selecting 10 patients with deficiency-cold spleen and stomach and 10 patients with cold uterus, wherein the age is 35-50 years old;
the treatment method comprises the following steps:
1. 10 patients with deficiency-cold in spleen and stomach are divided into 2 groups, and each group contains 5 people, wherein one group of the groups drinks the solid beverage obtained in the embodiment 4 of the invention 1 time per day, and 10g of the solid beverage is taken once; the other group of solid beverages prepared by the comparative example are drunk 1 time respectively in the morning and at the evening, 5g is drunk once, and the total drinking time is 20 days;
2. 10 cold womb patients are divided into 2 groups, and each group contains 5 patients, wherein one group of the patients drinks the solid beverage obtained in the embodiment 4 of the invention 1 time per day, and 10g of the solid beverage is taken once; another group of solid beverages prepared by the comparative example were drunk 2 times a day, 10g each time, for 20 days.
Experimental results show that 5 patients who drink the solid beverage gradually get better when drinking the solid beverage, and 5 patients who have cold in the spleen and stomach have obvious treatment effect. The patients who drunk the solid beverage of comparative example 1 had insignificant effects on 5 patients with deficient cold in the spleen and stomach, and 5 patients with cold in the uterus had insignificant therapeutic effects.
The above tests illustrate that: the solid beverage provided by the invention has more active ingredients, has better effects of nourishing yin and blood, tonifying kidney and replenishing essence, strengthening spleen and replenishing qi, promoting qi circulation and eliminating dampness, can adjust the balance of qi activity of a human body, recover the normal functions of viscera organs, improve uncomfortable symptoms, promote health and improve the immunity of the human body.
The present invention is not limited to the above-described preferred embodiments, and various other forms of products can be obtained by anyone in light of the present invention, but any changes in shape or structure are made in the above-described examples and the description only to illustrate the principle of the present invention, and all the technical solutions which are the same or similar to the present application fall within the protection scope of the present invention, which is defined by the appended claims and their equivalents.
Claims (10)
1. The solid beverage is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials in parts by weight:
3-8 parts of wolfberry fruit, 25-35 parts of gordon euryale seed, 10-15 parts of raspberry, 12-18 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 10-15 parts of black sesame, 5-10 parts of maca powder and 25-35 parts of Chinese yam.
2. The solid beverage according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials comprise, in parts by weight:
4-7 parts of wolfberry fruit, 28-32 parts of gordon euryale seed, 12-13 parts of raspberry, 14-16 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 12-13 parts of black sesame, 6-9 parts of maca powder and 28-32 parts of Chinese yam.
3. The solid beverage according to claim 1, wherein the raw materials comprise, in parts by weight:
5.5 parts of medlar, 30 parts of gordon euryale seed, 12.5 parts of raspberry, 15 parts of rhizoma polygonati, 12.5 parts of black sesame, 7.5 parts of maca powder and 30 parts of Chinese yam.
4. A method of preparing a solid beverage as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, comprising the steps of:
(1) respectively cleaning rhizoma Dioscoreae, semen Sesami Niger and semen euryales, parching, and making into rhizoma Dioscoreae material to be processed, semen Sesami Niger material to be processed and semen euryales material to be processed;
(2) respectively baking the wolfberry fruit, the raspberry, the rhizoma polygonati and the maca powder until the wolfberry fruit, the raspberry, the rhizoma polygonati and the maca powder are cooked to form a wolfberry fruit material to be processed, a raspberry material to be processed, a rhizoma polygonati material to be processed and a maca powder material to be processed;
(3) respectively crushing and mixing the Chinese yam material to be processed, the black sesame material to be processed and the gorgon fruit material to be processed obtained in the step (1) to form a first mixture; respectively crushing and mixing the wolfberry fruit to-be-processed material, the raspberry to-be-processed material, the rhizoma polygonati to-be-processed material and the maca powder to-be-processed material obtained in the step (2) to form a second mixture; and mixing the first mixture and the second mixture, uniformly mixing, and sterilizing to obtain the solid beverage.
5. The method according to claim 4, wherein in the step (1), the stir-frying time is 12 to 22 minutes, and the stir-frying temperature is 90 to 110 ℃.
6. The preparation method according to claim 4, wherein in the step (2), the temperature of the baking is 60 to 70 ℃, and the time of the baking is 6 hours.
7. The preparation method according to claim 4, wherein in the step (3), the materials to be processed of yam, black sesame and gorgon fruit are respectively crushed to a particle fineness of 14-60 meshes.
8. The preparation method according to claim 4, wherein in the step (3), the wolfberry fruit material to be processed, the raspberry material to be processed, the polygonatum rhizome material to be processed and the maca powder are respectively crushed to a particle fineness of 100-200 meshes.
9. The method according to claim 4, wherein the sterilization is performed by ultraviolet irradiation in the step (3).
10. The method for preparing the compound of claim 9, wherein the ultraviolet irradiation is sterilization by irradiation with a 30w ultraviolet lamp, and the sterilization time is 24-48 hours.
