The first fixing ring 81 located at the topmost end has a larger diameter than the other second fixing rings 82, and has a size matched with the size of the receiving groove 41. In practical applications, the first fixing ring 81 at the top is placed in the accommodating groove 41, the remaining second fixing rings 82 are placed in the accommodating tube 4 and the sliding groove 31 one by one, and the net wire 83 is placed in the ring of the second fixing ring 82. Since the height of the slide groove 31 of the mounting plate 3 is slightly greater than the height of the second fixing ring 82 and less than the height of the two fixing rings. Therefore, when the fishing net needs to be thrown out, the telescopic shaft of the second cylinder 6 extends, and the horizontal rod 7 abuts against the second fixing ring 82 which is the last but one from bottom to top so as to fix the second fixing ring 82. The telescopic shaft of the first cylinder 5 extends out to push out the bottommost second fixing ring 82. Then, the telescopic shaft of the first air cylinder 5 is retracted, the second air cylinder 6 drives the horizontal rod 7 to be retracted, the penultimate fixing ring falls into the sliding groove 31, then, the second horizontal rod 7 abuts against the penultimate fixing ring 82, and the first air cylinder 5 pushes the fixing ring in the sliding groove 31 to slide out. The above operations are sequentially performed until all the second fixing rings 82 are scattered, thereby realizing the net scattering effect. It is worth pointing out that the mobile device can drive the mounting plate 3 to move along the moving track 1, therefore, the net scattering place can be changed by the mobile device in the net scattering process or before net scattering, and the net scattering point is flexible and changeable by the mode, so that a user can change the net scattering point at any time according to actual conditions.
Further, the moving device includes a roller 21, a load-bearing groove 22, a motor 23, and a transmission rod 24. The roller 21 is placed in the moving rail 1 and below the bearing groove 22, and the mounting plate 3 is fixedly mounted at the upper end of the bearing groove 22. The forward and reverse rotation of the motor 23 drives the transmission rod 24 to rotate clockwise or counterclockwise, and further drives the roller 21 to advance or retreat along the moving track 1. When the net spreading position needs to be changed, the motor 23 works, the rotation of the output shaft drives the transmission rod 24 to rotate, so that the bearing groove 22, the mounting plate 3, the accommodating pipe 4 and the fishing net positioned on the bearing groove 22 move, and the effect of changing the net spreading place is achieved.
Further, a groove 11 is formed in the moving rail 1, and the roller 21 is located in the groove 11 and reciprocates along the groove 11.
Further, a processor is installed in the device, and the processor is electrically connected with the motor 23, the first cylinder 5 and the second cylinder 6.
