Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a mini-industrial computer 100 according to an embodiment of the invention includes an expansion mechanism 10 and a control mechanism 20 connected to the expansion mechanism 10; the expansion mechanism 10 comprises an expansion box 11, an adapter plate 12 and an expansion card 13 connected with the adapter plate 12; the control mechanism 20 comprises a control box body 21 connected with the expansion box body 11, a support 22 connected with the control box body 21, a main board 23 connected with the support 22, and a first IO board 24 and a second IO board 25 respectively connected with two opposite ends of the main board 23; the expansion box 11 is detached from the control box 21; the adapter plate 12 is inserted into the main board 23; the first IO board 24 is inserted into one end of the main board 23, and the second IO board 25 is mounted on one side of the main board 23 close to the bracket 22 in a stacked manner. The miniature industrial personal computer 100 is inserted into the main board 23 through the adapter board 12, so that the connection is firm; the expansion box 11 and the control box 21 are arranged in a detachable way, so that the maintenance is convenient; the first IO board 24 is inserted into the main board, and the second IO board 25 is stacked and installed on the main board, so that installation space is saved.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, a plurality of interfaces 110 are provided on one side of the expansion tank 11, and a bending portion 111 is provided along the radial direction of the expansion tank 11 on the periphery of the side of the expansion tank 11 close to the control tank 21; the bending parts 111 at the two ends of the expansion box body 11 are provided with clearance grooves (not shown); the adapter plate 12 is connected to one end of the expansion box 11, and the expansion card 13 is vertically connected with the adapter plate 12; optionally, the adapter plate 12 is provided with a slot (not shown) for inserting a gold finger at one end of the expansion card 13. The expanding mechanism 10 further comprises a protective cover 19; the protective cover 19 is connected to the side of the expansion tank 11 provided with the interface 110.
Referring to fig. 3 and 4, the periphery of the control box 21 near the side of the expansion box 11 is provided with an abutting portion 211 corresponding to the bending portion 111 along the radial direction of the control box 21, and the bracket 22 is welded to the control box 21; optionally, the abutting portion 211 is provided with a slot (not shown) corresponding to the positioning block 18 to perform the function of installation and positioning, and the bracket 22 is provided with a clearance slot (not shown) to facilitate the insertion and removal of the adapter plate 12, so as to realize the disassembly and assembly of the expansion box 11 and the control box 21. When the expansion box 11 and the control box 21 are assembled, the positioning block 18 is inserted into the slotted hole, at the moment, the guide block 17 penetrates through the clearance slot of the bending part 111, and the guide block 17 and the control box 21 are locked and fixed by adopting countersunk screws, so that the expansion box 11 and the control box 21 are quickly disassembled and assembled, and the maintenance efficiency is greatly improved; in other embodiments, a boss is disposed on the guide block 17, and the guide block 17 and the abutting portion 211 are connected by interference or by a hook connection. The main board 23 is connected to one side of the bracket 22 away from the expansion mechanism 10; optionally, a PCIE slot 230 is disposed on a side of the motherboard 23 near the interposer 12 for inserting a gold finger of the interposer 12, so that the motherboard is convenient to install, has more flexible expansion performance, and ensures reliability of operation of the whole motherboard. In other embodiments, the interposer 12 is connected to the motherboard 23 through pins, so long as stability of electrical performance is ensured. In order to save space, the adapter plate 12 is arranged vertically to the main board 23, and each expansion card 13 is arranged in parallel to the main board 23; the first IO board 24 is inserted into one end of the main board 23, the second IO board 25 is installed on one side of the main board 23 close to the support 22 in a stacked mode, the overall size of the whole machine is further reduced, and the installation space is saved. Optionally, the main board 23 is fixed to the bracket 22 by screws, and the first IO board 24 is provided with pins (not shown) for connecting the main board 23; the second IO board 25 is locked and fixed with the main board 23 by adopting screws. The control mechanism 20 also includes a hard disk 26; the hard disk 26 is connected with one side of the bracket 22 close to the expansion mechanism 10, and the control mechanism 20 also comprises an IO panel 27 connected with the control box body 21; the IO panel 27 is disposed corresponding to the IO interface on the motherboard 23 and the second IO board 25. The second IO board 25 is mounted on one side of the main board 23 close to the IO panel 27 in a stacked manner.
For timely heat dissipation, the present miniature industrial control computer 100 further includes a heat dissipation member 30; the heat sink 30 is connected to a side of the control housing 21 remote from the expansion housing 11 so as to dissipate heat. In a specific embodiment, the overall dimension of the whole machine is 235.5 mm which is 185mm, so that the installation space is greatly reduced, the whole machine is more suitable for a narrow installation environment, and the feasibility of the whole machine installation is improved.
When the miniature industrial personal computer 100 is used, the positioning block 18 is inserted into the slot hole of the abutting part 211, at this time, the guide block 17 is penetrated through the clearance groove of the bending part 111, and then the control box 21 and the guide block 17 are locked and fixed by the countersunk head screw, so that the assembly is completed. When the expansion box is disassembled, the countersunk head screws are unscrewed, the expansion box 11 is pulled away from the control box 21, the positioning blocks 18 are separated from the slotted holes, and the guide blocks 17 are separated from the control box 21, so that the disassembly is completed, as shown in fig. 5. In actual use, when the expansion mechanism 10 is not needed, the expansion mechanism 10 can be removed, the control box 21 is additionally provided with a bottom plate, and the control mechanism 20 is singly used, so that the volume of the control mechanism 20 is further reduced, and the installation space is saved.
The miniature industrial personal computer 100 is inserted into the main board 23 through the adapter board 12, so that the connection is firm; the expansion box 11 and the control box 21 are arranged in a detachable way, so that the maintenance is convenient; the first IO board 24 is inserted into the main board 23, and the second IO board 25 is stacked and mounted on the main board 23, so that the mounting space is saved. The miniature industrial personal computer 100 has compact structure, high reliability and flexible expansion.
