Abstract
The invention relates to a small industrial personal computer, which comprises an extension mechanism and a control mechanism connected with the extension mechanism; the expansion mechanism comprises an expansion box body, a patch panel and an expansion card connected with the patch panel; the control mechanism comprises a control box body connected with the expansion box body, a support connected with the control box body, a main board connected with the support, and a first IO board and a second IO board which are respectively connected with two opposite ends of the main board; the expansion box body and the control box body are arranged in a detachable mode; the adapter plate is inserted in the main board; the first IO board is inserted into one end of the mainboard, and the second IO board is stacked and installed on one side of the mainboard close to the support. The small industrial personal computer is inserted into the main board through the adapter plate and is firmly connected; the expansion box body and the control box body are detachably arranged, so that the maintenance is convenient; insert through first IO board and locate mainboard, the stack of second IO board is installed in the mainboard, saves installation space. Detailed Description
In order that the invention may be more fully understood, reference will now be made to the following description. This invention may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 5, a small-sized industrial personal computer 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an extension mechanism 10 and a control mechanism 20 connected to the extension mechanism 10; the expansion mechanism 10 comprises an expansion box body 11, an adapter plate 12 and an expansion card 13 connected with the adapter plate 12; the control mechanism 20 comprises a control box body 21 connected with the expansion box body 11, a support 22 connected with the control box body 21, a main board 23 connected with the support 22, and a first IO board 24 and a second IO board 25 which are respectively connected with two opposite ends of the main board 23; the expansion box body 11 and the control box body 21 are arranged in a detachable mode; the adapter plate 12 is inserted into the main plate 23; the first IO board 24 is inserted into one end of the main board 23, and the second IO board 25 is stacked on one side of the main board 23 close to the bracket 22. The small industrial personal computer 100 is inserted into the main board 23 through the adapter board 12 and is firmly connected; the expansion box body 11 and the control box body 21 are detachably arranged, so that the maintenance is convenient; the first IO board 24 is inserted into the main board, and the second IO board 25 is stacked and installed on the main board, so that the installation space is saved.
As shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2, in the present embodiment, a plurality of connectors 110 are disposed on one side of the expansion box 11, and a bent portion 111 is disposed along a radial direction of the expansion box 11 on a peripheral edge of one side of the expansion box 11 close to the control box 21; the bending parts 111 at the two ends of the expansion box body 11 are provided with avoiding grooves (not shown); the adapter plate 12 is connected to one end of the expansion box body 11, and the expansion card 13 is vertically connected with the adapter plate 12; optionally, the adapter board 12 is provided with a slot (not shown) for inserting a gold finger at one end of the expansion card 13. In order to firmly fix the expansion card 13, the expansion mechanism 10 further comprises a limiting block 14 and a fixing piece 15; the limiting block 14 is connected with one end of the expansion card 13 far away from the adapter plate 12; the fixing member 15 is used for fixing the stopper 14 and the expansion card 13. Optionally, the fixing member 15 is a rubber spring pad. The expansion mechanism 10 further includes a mounting bracket 16; the mounting bracket 16 is mounted on a side of the expansion box 11 away from the control mechanism 20, and the mounting bracket 16 is used for connecting with external equipment. The expanding mechanism 10 further comprises a guide block 17 and a positioning block 18; the guide block 17 is convexly arranged on one side of the expansion box body 11 close to the control mechanism 20, and the guide block 17 is used for connecting the control box body 21; the positioning block 18 is arranged at one side of the guide block 17, and the positioning block 18 is used for connecting the control box body 21. Optionally, each guide block 17 is disposed at two ends of the expansion box body 11, and the positioning block 18 is disposed at one end of the expansion box body 11 close to the adapter plate 12; further, the positioning block 18 is provided on the bent portion 111. The expansion mechanism 10 further comprises a protective cover 19; the protecting cover 19 is connected to the side of the expansion box 11 where the interface 110 is provided.
Referring to fig. 3 and fig. 4, the circumferential edge of the control box 21 near the side of the expansion box 11 is provided with an abutting portion 211 corresponding to the bending portion 111 along the radial direction of the control box 21, and the bracket 22 is welded to the control box 21; optionally, the abutting portion 211 is provided with a slot (not shown) corresponding to the positioning block 18 to perform an installation positioning function, and the bracket 22 is provided with a clearance groove (not shown) to facilitate the insertion and extraction of the adaptor plate 12, so as to achieve the disassembly and assembly of the expansion box 11 and the control box 21. When the expansion box body 11 and the control box body 21 are assembled, the positioning block 18 is inserted into the slot hole, at the moment, the guide block 17 penetrates through the position avoiding groove of the bending part 111, and the guide block 17 and the control box body 21 are locked and fixed by using a countersunk head screw, so that the quick assembly and disassembly of the expansion box body 11 and the control box body 21 are realized, and the maintenance efficiency is greatly improved; in other embodiments, a boss is disposed on the guide block 17, and the guide block 17 and the abutting portion 211 are connected by interference, or by a connection manner such as a snap connection. The main board 23 is connected to the side of the bracket 22 away from the expansion mechanism 10; optionally, a PCIE slot 230 is disposed on one side of the motherboard 23 close to the interposer 12 for a gold finger of the interposer 12 to be inserted, so that the mounting is convenient, the expansion performance is more flexible, and the reliability of the operation of the whole device is ensured. In other embodiments, the interposer 12 is connected to the main board 23 by pins as long as the stability of the electrical performance is ensured. In order to save space, the adapter board 12 is arranged perpendicular to the main board 23, and each expansion card 13 is arranged parallel to the main board 23; the first IO board 24 is inserted into one end of the main board 23, and the second IO board 25 is stacked on one side of the main board 23 close to the support 22, so that the overall size of the whole machine is further reduced, and the installation space is saved. Optionally, the main board 23 is fixed to the bracket 22 by screws, and the first IO board 24 is provided with pins (not shown) for connecting the main board 23; the second IO board 25 is locked and fixed with the main board 23 by screws. The control mechanism 20 further includes a hard disk 26; the hard disk 26 is connected with one side of the bracket 22 close to the expansion mechanism 10, and the control mechanism 20 further comprises an IO panel 27 connected with the control box body 21; the IO panel 27 is disposed corresponding to the IO interface on the main board 23 and the second IO board 25. The second IO board 25 is mounted in a stacked manner on a side of the main board 23 close to the IO panel 27.
In order to dissipate heat in time, the small industrial personal computer 100 further comprises a heat dissipation piece 30; the heat sink 30 is attached to a side of the control case 21 away from the expansion case 11 to dissipate heat. In one embodiment, the overall dimension of the whole machine is 239mm by 185mm by 109.5mm, so that the installation space is greatly reduced, the installation method is more suitable for narrow installation environments, and the installation feasibility of the whole machine is improved.
When the small industrial personal computer 100 is used, the positioning block 18 is inserted into the slot of the abutting part 211, at the moment, the guide block 17 penetrates through the avoiding slot of the bending part 111, and the control box body 21 and the guide block 17 are locked and fixed through countersunk screws to complete assembly. During disassembly, the countersunk head screw is unscrewed, the expansion box body 11 is pulled away from the control box body 21, the positioning block 18 is separated from the slotted hole, the guide block 17 is separated from the control box body 21, and disassembly is completed, as shown in fig. 5. In practical use, when the extension mechanism 10 is not needed, the extension mechanism 10 can be removed, a bottom plate is added to the control box body 21, and the control mechanism 20 is used alone, so that the size of the control mechanism 20 is further reduced, and the installation space is saved.
The small industrial personal computer 100 is inserted into the mainboard 23 through the adapter plate 12 and is firmly connected; the expansion box body 11 and the control box body 21 are detachably arranged, so that the maintenance is convenient; the first IO board 24 is inserted into the main board 23, and the second IO board 25 is stacked and mounted on the main board 23, so that the mounting space is saved. The small industrial personal computer 100 is compact in structure, high in reliability and flexible in expansion.

The small industrial personal computer according to claim 1, wherein the expansion mechanism further comprises a guide block and a positioning block; the guide block is convexly arranged on one side of the expansion box body close to the control mechanism and is used for being connected with the control box body; the locating piece set up in one side of guide block, the locating piece is used for connecting the control box body.

The small industrial personal computer according to claim 2, wherein a bent part is arranged on the periphery of one side of the expansion box body, which is close to the control box body, along the radial direction of the expansion box body; the periphery of one side of the control box body, which is close to the expansion box body, is provided with a butting part corresponding to the bending part along the radial direction of the control box body; the positioning block is arranged on the bending part.
