A private network is a network communication field independent of an existing carrier network, and coexists with the existing carrier network. In order to ensure the security of the private network, the private network is generally deployed in a relatively closed network environment, isolated from the external network. The private network and the public network are isolated from each other, and when the user terminal UE leaves the private network and enters the public network or leaves the public network and enters the private network, the user terminal UE cannot perform short message communication with other user terminals of the network before switching through the switched network. In this case, the UE cannot receive the short message sent by other UEs in the original network, which may reduce the service experience and quality of the user and may cause unpredictable negative impact to the user.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF EMBODIMENT (S) OF INVENTION
The embodiments of the present disclosure are described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
The embodiments of the present disclosure are described below with specific examples, and other advantages and effects of the present disclosure will be readily apparent to those skilled in the art from the disclosure in the specification. It is to be understood that the described embodiments are merely illustrative of some, and not restrictive, of the embodiments of the disclosure. The disclosure may be embodied or carried out in various other specific embodiments, and various modifications and changes may be made in the details within the description without departing from the spirit of the disclosure. It is to be noted that the features in the following embodiments and examples may be combined with each other without conflict. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments disclosed herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present disclosure.
The present invention is realized based on the IMS architecture, IMS (IP Multimedia subsystem) is an abbreviation of IP Multimedia subsystem, and is formally proposed by the 3gpp (the 3rd Generation Partnership Project) in umts (universal Mobile Telecommunications system) R5 standard edition, which aims to unify the core network to the network structure of the full IP and to realize the fusion of the fixed network and the Mobile communication network, and is the development direction of the next Generation network.
The method comprises the steps that a service-Call Session Control Function (S-CSCF) is in a core Control position in Session Control of the whole IMS core network, a registration request forwarded by a visiting network IMS user through the P-CSCF is received, a basic Session routing Function aiming at a calling end and a called end IMS user is executed, and value-added service routing forwarding to SIP AS/IM-SSF/OSA is carried out when conditions are met.
Under the IMS architecture, when a user equipment UE wants to send a short message, it needs to register a service with a Short Message Center (SMC). The S-CSCF network element acquires the address of the SMC from an HSS (Home Subscriber Server) network element, and sends a service registration request to the SMC according to the address, wherein the request carries the identity information of the user terminal UE. SMC stores the short message sent by user terminal UE, sends message to inform S-CSCF according to different conditions, and S-CSCF forwards the short message to the receiver.
Example one
For convenience of description, many abbreviations are used in the present invention, and the meanings represented by the abbreviations in the present invention are explained collectively as follows:
UE: a user terminal;
SMC: short message center
IMS: an IP multimedia subsystem;
and S-CSCF: a serving call session control function;
CN: a core network;
HSS: and a home subscriber server.
In the method for short message communication between the private network and the public network, based on the private network of the IMS framework, as shown in the figure 1 and the figure 2, when a private network user terminal UE sends a short message, a private network S-CSCF forwards the content of the short message to a private network SMC; the private network SMC checks whether the receiving party is registered on the private network SMC, if so, the private network SMC sends a 202 message to the private network S-CSCF, and the private network S-CSCF sends a short message to the receiving party; if not, the private network SMC sends 301 a message to the private network S-CSCF, the private network S-CSCF sends the short message to the public network SMC, and the public network SMC sends the message to the receiving party. When a public network user terminal UE sends a short message, a public network core network sends the short message to a private network SMC; and the private network SMC forwards the short message to a private network S-CSCF, and the private network S-CSCF sends the short message to a receiving party.
Specifically, the method for short message communication between the private network and the public network comprises the step of sending the short message by the private network user terminal and the step of sending the short message by the public network user terminal.
Fig. 5 shows a flow chart of sending a short message by a private network user terminal, which includes the steps of:
step S101, registering a user terminal on a private network SMC;
the user terminal UE can register on SMCs of the public network and the private network, but the user terminal UE can only select one SMC of the public network or the private network to register at the same time. In the private network, the user terminal UE first registers with the core network CN of the home network, and then registers with a Short Message Center (SMC) of the private network through a third party registration service in the IMS network.
Fig. 4 shows a process of registering a user terminal on an SMC of a private network, which includes the following specific steps:
step S1011, the user terminal UE firstly attaches a base station (NB) of the private network;
step S1012, after the attachment is successful, a registration request is initiated to a Core Network (CN) of the private network;
step S1013, the relevant network elements of the private network core network authenticate and authenticate the user terminal, and after the authentication and authentication are successful, the user terminal UE is successfully registered to the private network core network;
step S1014, the user terminal UE initiates registration to the private network IMS network through the private network core network, the HSS network element of the private network IMS network authenticates and authenticates the user terminal UE, and after the authentication and authentication are successful, the user terminal UE is successfully registered to the private network IMS network;
step S1015, the private network S-CSCF network element obtains the identity information of the user terminal UE and the content related to the short message service from the private network HSS network element, and initiates registration to a private network Short Message Center (SMC), and after the registration is successful, the private network SMC returns a message S-CSCF200 OK.
Step S102, a user terminal of a private network sends a short message;
step S103, the private network S-CSCF forwards the short message content to a private network SMC; the private network SMC checks whether the receiving party is registered on the private network SMC, if so, the private network SMC sends a 202 message to the private network S-CSCF, and the private network S-CSCF sends a short message to the receiving party; if not, the private network SMC sends 301 a message to the private network S-CSCF, the private network S-CSCF sends the short message to the public network SMC, and the public network SMC sends the message to the receiving party.
202-Accept (202 accepted MESSAGE): 202 accepted means that the MESSAGE has received a request, the MESSAGE will be forwarded with best effort, but not guaranteed to reach the destination.
301Moved permanent (301 permanent move message): when the user is not already at the address in the Request-URI header field, the Request-initiating user should resend the Request to the new address in the Contact header field.
In fig. 5, two situations are divided into a private network to a private network and a private network to a public network, where 1-2-3-4-5 is a process of sending a short message from the private network to the private network, and 1-2-3-6-7-8 is a process of sending a short message from the private network to the public network.
Fig. 6 shows a process of sending a short message by a public network user terminal, which specifically includes the following steps:
step S201, when a public network user terminal UE sends a short message to a private network user terminal, a public network core network sends the short message sent to the private network user terminal to a private network SMC;
step S202, the private network SMC forwards the short message to a private network S-CSCF;
and step S203, the private network S-CSCF sends the short message to the receiver.
In the method of the invention, after the private network user terminal UE leaves the private network range, the private network user terminal UE can also register to the public network SMC. At this time, the user terminal UE becomes a public network user terminal, and can still receive the short message sent by the private network or the public network user terminal, thereby ensuring the service continuity of the user terminal UE.
In the method, when the public network user terminal sends the short message, the private network SMC only receives the short message of which the short message receiving party is determined as the private network user terminal, the received short message is not required to be judged again by the private network SMC, and the private network SMC directly informs the private network S-CSCF to forward the short message to the corresponding user terminal.
The above description is for the purpose of illustrating embodiments of the invention and is not intended to limit the invention, and it will be apparent to those skilled in the art that any modification, equivalent replacement, or improvement made without departing from the spirit and principle of the invention shall fall within the protection scope of the invention.
