In another embodiment, the support processing module 200 is further configured to provide a questionnaire to the user according to the attributes of the transaction item when receiving a support request initiated according to the support protocol; acquiring a questionnaire filled in by a user, and acquiring keywords from questionnaire information; acquiring a recommended guarantee type according to the keyword, displaying the recommended guarantee type to a user in a popup window mode, and providing a control for selecting or not; and when the information of yes selection is received, feeding back a guarantee processing result according to the recommended guarantee type.
In another embodiment, the guarantee processing module 200 is further configured to calculate a payment amount and feed the payment amount back to the user according to the guarantee type of the guarantee effect; when confirmation information of the user on the claim payment amount is received, paying the claim payment amount to a preset account; when user opposition information to the payout amount is received, the user is provided with a control to again select another safeguard type.
In another embodiment, the support processing module 200 is further configured to, when receiving a support request initiated according to the support protocol, generate a link between the transaction item information and the support protocol, where a guaranteed type option is set in the link; acquiring selection statistics of guarantee types returned based on the links, displaying the guarantee types with the largest number of selections to a user in a popup mode, and providing a control for selecting or not; and when the information that the selection is yes is received, feeding back a guarantee processing result according to the guarantee type with the largest number of selections.
The present invention further provides an electronic device, please refer to fig. 7, in an embodiment, the electronic device includes a processor 300 and a memory 400, the memory 400 is used for storing executable instructions of the processor, and the processor 300 is configured to execute the steps of the guarantee implementation method for a transaction item based on a guarantee service in any of the above embodiments through executing the executable instructions. It can be understood that the intelligent terminal can be a television, an IPAD, a PC, a mobile phone, etc.
The present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program which, when being executed by a processor, implements the steps of the safeguard implementation method for a transaction item based on a safeguard service in any one of the above embodiments.

Claims (9)

1. A guarantee realization method of transaction items based on guarantee service is characterized by comprising the following steps:
when an instruction of purchasing a transaction item with guarantee service is received, obtaining guarantee types selected by a user and generating a guarantee protocol according to the guarantee types, wherein the number of the guarantee types selected by the user is at least 2;
and when receiving a guarantee request initiated according to the guarantee protocol, feeding back a guarantee processing result according to at least one type determined by the user from the selected guarantee types.
2. The method for implementing safeguard of transaction item based on safeguard service according to claim 1, wherein the step of feeding back the safeguard processing result according to at least one type determined by the user from the selected safeguard types upon receiving the safeguard request initiated according to the safeguard protocol comprises:
when a guarantee request initiated according to the guarantee protocol is received, obtaining a guarantee processing result of the transaction item;
calculating the occupation ratio of each safeguard type according to the generated safeguard processing result;
displaying the guarantee type with the largest proportion to a user in a popup window mode, and providing a control for selecting or not;
and when the information of the selection is received, feeding back a guarantee processing result according to the guarantee type with the largest proportion.

The method for implementing safeguard of transaction item based on safeguard service according to claim 1, wherein the step of feeding back the safeguard processing result according to at least one type determined by the user from the selected safeguard types upon receiving the safeguard request initiated according to the safeguard protocol comprises:
providing a questionnaire for a user according to the attributes of the transaction items when receiving a guarantee request initiated according to the guarantee protocol;
acquiring a questionnaire filled in by a user, and acquiring keywords from questionnaire information;
acquiring a recommended guarantee type according to the keyword, displaying the recommended guarantee type to a user in a popup window mode, and providing a control for selecting or not;
and when the information of yes selection is received, feeding back a guarantee processing result according to the recommended guarantee type.
4. The method for realizing guarantee of a transaction item based on a guarantee service of claim 1, wherein the guarantee type includes at least one of a guarantee effect, a guarantee refund, a guarantee principal and a guarantee return.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein the feeding back the safeguard processing result according to at least one type determined by the user from the selected safeguard types when the type determined by the user is a safeguard effect comprises:
calculating the payment amount and feeding back to the user according to the guarantee type of the guarantee effect;
when confirmation information of the user on the claim payment amount is received, paying the claim payment amount to a preset account;
when user opposition information to the payout amount is received, the user is provided with a control to again select another safeguard type.

The method for implementing safeguard of transaction item based on safeguard service according to claim 1, wherein the step of feeding back the safeguard processing result according to at least one type determined by the user from the selected safeguard types upon receiving the safeguard request initiated according to the safeguard protocol comprises:
when a guarantee request initiated according to the guarantee protocol is received, generating a link between transaction item information and the guarantee protocol, wherein a guaranteed type option is set in the link;
acquiring selection statistics of guarantee types returned based on the links, displaying the guarantee types with the largest number of selections to a user in a popup mode, and providing a control for selecting or not;
and when the information that the selection is yes is received, feeding back a guarantee processing result according to the guarantee type with the largest number of selections.
7. A guarantee implementing apparatus of a transaction item based on a guarantee service, comprising:
the system comprises a guarantee generation module, a guarantee service module and a guarantee service module, wherein the guarantee generation module is used for acquiring guarantee types selected by a user and generating guarantee protocols according to the guarantee types when an instruction of purchasing transaction items with guarantee services is received, and the number of the guarantee types selected by the user is at least 2;
and the guarantee processing module is used for feeding back a guarantee processing result according to at least one type determined by the user from the selected guarantee types when receiving a guarantee request initiated according to the guarantee protocol.
8. A computer-readable storage medium on which a computer program is stored, the program, when executed by a processor, implementing a method for secure implementation of a transactional item based on a security service according to any one of claims 1 to 6.
9. An electronic device comprising a processor and a memory for storing executable instructions of the processor, the processor configured to perform the method for securing a transaction item based on a securing service of any of claims 1-6 via execution of the executable instructions.
