Detailed Description
To facilitate an understanding of the present application, the present application will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present application are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. This application may, however, be embodied in many different forms and should not be construed as limited to the embodiments set forth herein. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
Referring to fig. 1, a descaling method for a water heater includes steps S100, S300 and S500.
And S100, controlling the water heater to enter a descaling operation mode when the water heater is started to operate.
Specifically, a water heater state detection device is arranged in the water heater, and the water heater running state data can be obtained through real-time detection of the water heater state detection device and sent to the controller for analysis operation. And when the controller obtains the water heater to enter the starting operation state from the closing state according to the operation state data analysis, the controller controls the water heater to directly enter the descaling operation mode, so that the water heater is descaled according to subsequent operation. A treatment algorithm for descaling the heat exchanger of the water heater is preset in the controller, and the control of the water heater to enter a descaling operation mode is to initialize the treatment algorithm in the controller so as to execute corresponding descaling operation in the subsequent process. It can be understood that, in another embodiment, the water heater state detection device may also directly analyze whether the water heater is started to operate according to the water heater operation state data, and directly feed back a corresponding signal to the controller when detecting that the water heater is started to operate, and at this time, the controller may control the water heater to enter the descaling operation mode according to the fed back signal.
It should be noted that the manner of determining whether the water heater is turned on is not exclusive, and in one embodiment, the determination of whether the water heater is turned on is determined by detecting a change in the flow rate of water in the outlet conduit of the water heater. Specifically, the water heater is a device that heats cold water into hot water and supplies the hot water to a user, when the user needs to use the water heater, the user often needs to open a water outlet faucet or a nozzle of the water heater, at this time, the hot water flows out through the faucet or the nozzle, the water flow in a water outlet pipe of the water heater changes, and the controller can consider the water heater to be started according to the change, that is, the water heater is started in this embodiment, that is, the faucet or the nozzle of the water heater is started. Correspondingly, in the embodiment of whether the water heater is started or not according to the water flow change, the water heater state detection device is a water flow detector, and the water flow detector is arranged in an outlet pipe of the water heater to detect the water flow in real time.
Further, the type of water flow detector is not exclusive, and in one embodiment, a flow sensor may be used as the water flow detector, and the controller may be informed in time when the water flow rate changes (or water exits the water outlet conduit). It can be understood that, in another embodiment, whether the water heater is started to operate may also be determined by a power-on signal of the water heater or a power-on signal of the controller.
And step S300, sending a descaling control signal to the ultrasonic descaling device and starting timing.
Specifically, the descaling control signal is used for controlling the ultrasonic descaling device to descale the heat exchanger of the water heater. The ultrasonic descaling device is a device which utilizes an ultrasonic oscillation mode to treat fluid through an ultrasonic power sound field, so that physical and chemical indexes and forms of scale substances in the fluid are changed under the action of ultrasonic waves, and the formed scales are dispersed, loosened, crushed and fallen off and are not easy to attach to the pipe wall. When the controller controls the water heater to enter the descaling operation mode, the controller executes corresponding descaling operation, and the ultrasonic descaling device is controlled to start to operate, so that ultrasonic waves are transmitted to the heat exchanger to carry out ultrasonic oscillation. If the heat exchanger has scale, the corresponding descaling operation can be carried out; if no scale is in the heat exchanger, the water can be oscillated by ultrasonic waves, so that the physical and physical indexes and the form of the scale in the water are changed to a certain extent, the scale is prevented, and the scale prevention operation is realized.
After the ultrasonic scale prevention and removal is carried out, regular chemical scale removal is not needed, and the ultrasonic scale removal and the scale prevention are carried out synchronously, so that scale removal and removal are carried out, scale prevention is not carried out, and worries do not exist after a long time. And the energy-saving effect of the ultrasonic descaling mode is obvious, the energy is saved by 30 percent on average, compared with other modes, the service life of the heat exchanger is effectively prolonged, and the loss caused by descaling shutdown is avoided.
It can be understood that because in this application the water heater all can carry out the scale removal operation voluntarily when opening the operation, the incrustation scale that forms on the heat exchanger will not be very much, consequently, in order to avoid the scale removal excessive, whole scale removal process has certain time limit, when the controller sends the scale removal control signal to ultrasonic wave scale removal device and carries out the scale removal, the controller will carry out the timing to the duration of scale removal operation to in time stop the scale removal operation in follow-up operation.
And step S500, when the timing reaches a preset time length, controlling the water heater to exit the descaling operation mode.
Specifically, when the timing reaches a preset time length, which indicates that the ultrasonic descaling device has removed the scale produced on the heat exchanger, at this time, there is no need to continue descaling, and at this time, the controller will control the water heater to exit the descaling operation mode, that is, control the ultrasonic descaling device to stop sending ultrasonic waves to the heat exchanger. It should be noted that the preset time period is not unique in size, and the required descaling time may be set differently for different water qualities. In one embodiment, the preset time period is 30 seconds, that is, after the ultrasonic descaling device descales the heat exchanger for 30 seconds each time, the controller will control the descaling operation to be finished, that is, the generation of the ultrasonic wave is stopped. In other embodiments, the preset time period may also be set to 20 seconds, 40 seconds, 1 minute, or the like, as long as it is ensured that the scale generated on the heat exchanger is removed within the preset time period.
Referring to fig. 2, in an embodiment, after step S100 and before step S300, the method further includes step S200.
And step S200, controlling the ultrasonic descaling device to move to the outer wall of the heat exchanger of the water heater.
Specifically, referring to fig. 3, in the present embodiment, the ultrasonic descaling device has a moving function, and the water heater is provided with a position specially used for placing the ultrasonic descaling device. After the controller controls the water heater to enter the descaling operation mode, the controller controls the ultrasonic descaling device to start moving, leave the original placement position and move to the outer wall of the heat exchanger of the water heater, so that the subsequently generated ultrasonic waves can be directly applied to the heat exchanger. It can be understood that when the descaling duration of the ultrasonic descaling device reaches the preset duration, and the controller controls the water heater to exit the descaling operation mode, the ultrasonic descaling device is closed and moved to the original placement position.
It should be noted that the location of the ultrasonic descaling device is not exclusive, as long as the device can be moved to the outer wall of the heat exchanger in time when descaling is required. It can be understood that in another embodiment, the ultrasonic descaling device can be directly arranged on the outer wall of the heat exchanger, and after the water heater enters the descaling operation mode, the controller directly sends a descaling control signal to the ultrasonic descaling device and starts timing, and the ultrasonic descaling device does not need to be controlled to move.
In one embodiment, the ultrasonic descaling device comprises an ultrasonic generator and a movable support, wherein the ultrasonic generator is arranged on the movable support, and the ultrasonic generator and the movable support are respectively connected with the controller. When the descaling is needed, the controller controls the movable support to move to drive the ultrasonic generator and the movable support to move to the outer wall of the heat exchanger together, and then the controller controls the ultrasonic generator to generate ultrasonic waves.
Referring to fig. 4, in an embodiment after step S500, the method further includes: and when a descaling opening instruction sent by a user is received, returning to control the water heater to enter a descaling operation mode.
Specifically, the water heater is provided with a human-computer interaction device, the specific structure of which is shown in fig. 5, and the human-computer interaction device can display information such as whether the water temperature and the descaling mode of the water heater are started or not. If a user needs to remove scale on the heat exchanger during the process of using the water heater, the user can press the scale removal button of the man-machine interaction device for a certain time, that is, the user receives a scale removal starting instruction sent by the user, the user manually starts the scale removal function of the water heater to enable the water heater to enter the scale removal operation mode again, and then the heat exchanger is subjected to scale removal treatment again according to the mode shown in the embodiment. For example, in one embodiment, when the descaling mode is turned off and the user has a water demand, the user presses the descaling key for 5 seconds or more, the interface display 01 of the human-computer interaction device indicates that the descaling mode is turned on again, and the icon of the interface descaling word of the human-computer interaction device flashes or lights up at a certain frequency to inform the user that the descaling mode is turned on.
Further, in one embodiment, the method further comprises: and when a timing descaling setting instruction sent by a user is received, the water heater is modified into a timing descaling operation mode. The regular descaling operation mode is to execute the descaling operation of the water heater at a specific time point, and in the above embodiment, the descaling operation of the water heater is executed immediately when the water heater is turned on (i.e. the faucet or the shower head is turned on). However, different users may have different descaling requirements, and if a water tap is opened every time, descaling will be performed, which will result in waste of electric energy. Therefore, in the embodiment, a user can set the descaling operation mode through the human-computer interaction device, and according to the timing descaling setting instruction, the descaling operation mode of the water heater is changed from the mode that the water heater is started to directly enter descaling operation to the mode that the water heater enters descaling operation at the specified time. For example, in one embodiment, the user sets the water heater to enter the descaling operation mode every 24 hours at the human-computer interaction device, namely, the ultrasonic descaling device outputs ultrasonic waves to the heat exchanger for descaling every 24 hours, and the descaling operation lasts for a preset time (for example, 30 seconds). The operation is characterized in that a user enters a setting interface by pressing a descaling key of the man-machine interaction device for a period of time, the size of interval duration is set by an adding and subtracting key of the man-machine interaction device and is displayed on the man-machine interaction device, and after the interval duration is set, the user presses the descaling key once again to complete the operation of changing the timing descaling operation mode. In subsequent operations, when a user opens the faucet or the spray head, descaling cannot be executed, and descaling operation is executed only when the interval duration is reached.
Referring to fig. 4, in one embodiment, when the water heater is turned on, the descaling method for a water heater further includes: and controlling a heating device of the water heater to heat the water.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, during the descaling operation when the water heater enters the descaling operation mode, the water heater simultaneously enters the normal heating mode to provide hot water for the user by heating the water. The operation of preventing and removing scale by using ultrasonic waves is completely carried out on line, and does not conflict with the conventional work of the water heater, thereby reducing unnecessary downtime. It can be understood that, in the embodiments of the present application, the type of the water heater is not exclusive, and taking a gas water heater as an example, controlling the heating device of the water heater to heat water is to control the burner of the gas water heater to operate, so that hot water flows out for the user to use.
Referring to fig. 6, in an embodiment, after step S300, the method further includes step S400.
And step S400, controlling the water heater to exit the descaling operation mode when a descaling closing instruction sent by a user is received.
Similarly, referring to fig. 4, when the water heater is in the descaling operation mode to descale the heat exchanger, the descaling shutdown command sent by the user may be directly received, the descaling operation is terminated according to the descaling shutdown command, and the descaling operation mode is exited. As shown in fig. 5, the human-computer interaction device may specifically be configured such that the user presses the descaling button for 5 seconds or more, and the interface display 01 of the human-computer interaction device indicates that the descaling operation mode is exited.
It can be understood that the descaling closing instruction can be sent when the timing does not reach the preset time length, or can be sent when the timing reaches the preset time length, and if the descaling closing instruction is sent when the timing does not reach the preset time length, the operation mode of exiting the descaling at this time is represented as: the controller can control the ultrasonic descaling device to stop working, and the descaling operation is finished. If the descaling closing instruction is received even when the preset time is reached, the descaling operation mode is quitted at the moment to show that: a user needs to close a working mode of immediately controlling the water heater to enter a descaling running mode when the water heater is started and run, and the ultrasonic descaling device cannot execute corresponding descaling operation when the water heater is started and run in the later work; if the user has a descaling requirement, the operation mode can be reset through the human-computer interaction device, and specifically, the operation mode can be set to be the operation mode in which the original water heater is started to operate and descaling is directly performed or the timing descaling operation mode.
It should be noted that no matter the descaling operation mode is exited according to the descaling closing instruction sent by the user or the descaling operation mode is exited after the descaling time reaches the preset time, at this time, the descaling icon displayed on the interface of the human-computer interaction device is in an off state, and simultaneously, the scale is discharged from the sewage port of the water heater, and the water heater continues to execute the conventional working state, that is, the water heater provides hot water through users such as heating.
According to the descaling method for the water heater, when the water heater is started to operate, the water heater automatically enters a descaling operation mode, then a descaling control signal is sent to the ultrasonic descaling device to control the ultrasonic descaling device to generate ultrasonic waves, a fluid is treated by utilizing an ultrasonic power sound field, so that scale substances in the fluid change in physical and chemical indexes and forms under the action of the ultrasonic waves, formed scales are dispersed, loosened, crushed and shed, and are not easy to attach to a pipe wall, so that the effects of scale prevention and scale removal of the heat exchanger are achieved, and the descaling mode is automatically exited when the descaling duration reaches the preset duration. The descaling treatment of the water heater is automatically carried out by the scheme, the operation process is simple, the regular chemical descaling is not needed, the shutdown descaling and the disassembly of the water heater for descaling are also not needed, the problems of large amount of abrasion and corrosion of the water heater are avoided, and the descaling device has high descaling reliability.
Referring to fig. 7, a descaling device for a water heater includes a descaling start module 100, a descaling control module 200, and a descaling close module 300. The descaling opening module 100 is used for controlling the water heater to enter a descaling operation mode when the water heater is started to operate; the descaling control module 200 is used for sending a descaling control signal to the ultrasonic descaling device and starting timing; the descaling closing module 300 is used for controlling the water heater to exit the descaling operation mode when the timing reaches the preset duration.
In one embodiment, the descaling control module 200 is also used to control the movement of the ultrasonic descaling device to the outer wall of the heat exchanger of the water heater.
In one embodiment, the descaling opening module 100 is further configured to control the water heater to enter a descaling operation mode when a descaling opening command sent by a user is received.
Referring to fig. 8, in one embodiment, the descaling device for a water heater further includes a heating control module 400, and the heating control module 400 is used for controlling the heating device of the water heater to heat water when the water heater is turned on.
In one embodiment, the descaling shutdown module 300 is further configured to control the water heater to exit the descaling operation mode when a descaling shutdown command sent by a user is received.
The specific definition of the descaling device for the water heater can be referred to the definition of the descaling method for the water heater above, and is not repeated herein. All or part of each module in the descaling device for the water heater can be realized by software, hardware and a combination thereof. The modules can be embedded in a hardware form or independent from a processor in the computer device, and can also be stored in a memory in the computer device in a software form, so that the processor can call and execute operations corresponding to the modules.
According to the descaling device for the water heater, when the water heater is started to operate, the water heater automatically enters a descaling operation mode, then a descaling control signal is sent to the ultrasonic descaling device to control the ultrasonic descaling device to generate ultrasonic waves, a fluid is treated by utilizing an ultrasonic power sound field, so that scale substances in the fluid change in physical and chemical indexes and forms under the action of the ultrasonic waves, and formed scales are dispersed, loosened, crushed and shed and are not easily attached to a pipe wall, so that the effects of scale prevention and scale removal of the heat exchanger are achieved, and the descaling mode is automatically exited when the descaling duration reaches the preset duration.
9, a water heater descaling system includes a water heater state detection device 10, an ultrasonic descaling device 20 and a controller 30, wherein the water heater state detection device 10 and the ultrasonic descaling device 20 are respectively connected to the controller 30, the water heater state detection device 10 is used for detecting whether the water heater is started to operate, and the controller 30 is used for descaling the water heater according to the above method.
Specifically, a water heater state detection device 10 is disposed in the water heater, and the water heater operation state data can be obtained through real-time detection of the water heater state detection device 10 and sent to the controller 30 for analysis operation. And when the controller 30 obtains the water heater entering the starting operation state from the closing state according to the operation state data analysis, the controller 30 controls the water heater to directly enter the descaling operation mode, so that the water heater is descaled according to the subsequent operation. A treatment algorithm for descaling the heat exchanger of the water heater is preset in the controller 30, and the control of the water heater to enter the descaling operation mode is to initialize the treatment algorithm in the controller 30, so as to perform corresponding descaling operation in the subsequent process. It can be understood that, in another embodiment, the water heater state detection device 10 may also directly analyze whether the water heater is started to operate according to the water heater operation state data, and directly feed back a corresponding signal to the controller 30 when it is detected that the water heater is started to operate, where the controller 30 controls the water heater to enter the descaling operation mode according to the fed back signal.
The ultrasonic descaling device 20 is a device which uses ultrasonic oscillation to treat fluid through an ultrasonic power sound field, so that the physical and chemical indexes and forms of scale substances in the fluid are changed under the action of ultrasonic waves, and the scale substances are dispersed, loosened, crushed and fallen off and are not easy to attach to the pipe wall. After the controller 30 controls the water heater to enter the descaling operation mode, the controller 30 executes a corresponding descaling operation, which mainly includes controlling the ultrasonic descaling device 20 to start and operate, and transmitting ultrasonic waves to the heat exchanger for ultrasonic oscillation.
It will be appreciated that since the descaling operation is performed automatically in this application whenever the water heater is turned on, there will be no significant amount of scale formed on the heat exchanger, and therefore, in order to avoid excessive descaling, the entire descaling process is time limited, and while the controller 30 sends a descaling control signal to the ultrasonic descaling device 20 for descaling, the controller 30 will time the duration of the descaling operation so as to stop the descaling operation in time in the subsequent operation.
When the preset time period is reached, it indicates that the ultrasonic descaling device 20 has removed the scale produced on the heat exchanger, and at this time, there is no need to continue descaling, and at this time, the controller 30 will control the water heater to exit the descaling operation mode, that is, control the ultrasonic descaling device 20 to stop sending ultrasonic waves to the heat exchanger. It should be noted that the preset time period is not unique in size, and the required descaling time may be set differently for different water qualities. In one embodiment, the preset time period is 30 seconds, that is, after the ultrasonic descaling device 20 continues to descale the heat exchanger for 30 seconds each time, the controller 30 will control the descaling operation to be finished, that is, the generation of the ultrasonic wave is stopped. In other embodiments, the preset time period may also be set to 20 seconds, 40 seconds, 1 minute, or the like, as long as it is ensured that the scale generated on the heat exchanger is removed within the preset time period.
Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment, the ultrasonic descaling device 20 includes an ultrasonic generator 21 and a movable frame 22, the ultrasonic generator 21 is disposed on the movable frame 22, and the ultrasonic generator 21 and the movable frame 22 are respectively connected to a controller 30 (not shown).
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the ultrasonic descaling device 20 has a mobile function, and the water heater is provided with a position (e.g. 50 position shown in fig. 3) dedicated for placing the ultrasonic descaling device 20. After the controller 30 controls the water heater to enter the descaling operation mode, the controller 30 will control the ultrasonic descaling device 20 to start moving, leave the original placement position, and move to the outer wall of the heat exchanger of the water heater, so that the subsequently generated ultrasonic waves can be directly applied to the heat exchanger. It can be understood that when the controller 30 controls the water heater to exit the descaling operation mode after the descaling duration of the ultrasonic descaling device 20 reaches the preset duration, the ultrasonic descaling device 20 is turned off and moved to the original placement position.
In one embodiment, the water heater status detection device 10 is a water flow detector disposed in an outlet conduit of the water heater.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the change of the water flow rate in the water outlet pipe of the water heater is detected to be used as a criterion for determining whether the water heater is turned on. The water heater is a device for heating cold water into hot water and supplying the hot water to a user, when the user needs to use the water heater, the user often needs to open a water outlet faucet or a nozzle of the water heater, at this time, hot water flows out through the faucet or the nozzle, the water flow in a water outlet pipeline of the water heater changes, and the controller 30 can consider that the water heater is started to operate according to the change, that is, the water heater is started to operate, namely, the faucet or the nozzle of the water heater is started in the embodiment. Correspondingly, in the embodiment of whether the water heater is turned on or not according to the water flow change, the water heater state detection device 10 is a water flow detector, and the water flow detector is disposed in the water outlet pipe of the water heater to perform the water flow detection operation in real time.
Referring to FIG. 5, in one embodiment, the system further includes a human-computer interaction device, which is connected to the controller 30 (not shown).
Specifically, the information such as whether the water temperature and the descaling mode of the water heater are started or not can be displayed through the human-computer interaction device. If there is a need for descaling the heat exchanger during the use of the water heater by a user, the user may press the descaling button of the human-computer interaction device for a long time, which means that the controller 30 receives a descaling start instruction sent by the user, and manually start the descaling function of the water heater by the user, so that the water heater enters the descaling operation mode again, and then perform descaling treatment on the heat exchanger again according to the manner shown in the above embodiment.
When the water heater is in the descaling operation mode to descale the heat exchanger, the descaling closing instruction sent by a user can be directly received, the descaling operation is stopped according to the descaling closing instruction, and the descaling operation mode is exited. Specifically, the user presses the descaling button for 5 seconds or more by a long time, and the interface display 01 of the human-computer interaction device indicates that the descaling operation mode is exited.
According to the descaling system for the water heater, when the water heater is started to operate, the water heater automatically enters a descaling operation mode, then a descaling control signal is sent to the ultrasonic descaling device to control the ultrasonic descaling device to generate ultrasonic waves, a fluid is treated by utilizing an ultrasonic power sound field, so that scale substances in the fluid change in physical and chemical indexes and forms under the action of the ultrasonic waves, and formed scales are dispersed, loosened, crushed and shed and are not easily attached to a pipe wall, so that the effects of scale prevention and scale removal of the heat exchanger are achieved, and the descaling mode is automatically exited when the descaling duration reaches the preset duration.
A water heater comprises the water heater descaling system.
Specifically, as shown in the foregoing embodiments, the water heater descaling system is provided with the water heater state detection device 10, and the water heater operation state data can be obtained through real-time detection by the water heater state detection device 10 and sent to the controller 30 for analysis operation.
In one embodiment, the water heater is a gas water heater.
Specifically, in the embodiments of the present application, the type of the water heater is not unique, and for example, the gas water heater is in a descaling operation mode, and during the descaling operation of the gas water heater, the gas water heater simultaneously enters a normal heating mode, that is, a burner of the gas water heater is controlled to operate to provide hot water for a user. In the embodiment, the operation of preventing and removing scale by using ultrasonic waves is completely carried out on line, and does not conflict with the conventional work of the water heater, so that the unnecessary downtime is reduced.
When the water heater is started to operate, the water heater automatically enters a descaling operation mode, then sends a descaling control signal to the ultrasonic descaling device to control the ultrasonic descaling device to generate ultrasonic waves, and utilizes an ultrasonic power sound field to treat fluid, so that scale substances in the fluid change in physical and chemical indexes and forms under the action of the ultrasonic waves, the scale substances are dispersed, loosened, crushed and shed, and are not easy to attach to a pipe wall, and therefore the effects of scale prevention and scale removal of the heat exchanger are achieved, and the water heater automatically exits the descaling mode when the descaling duration reaches a preset duration.
The technical features of the embodiments described above may be arbitrarily combined, and for the sake of brevity, all possible combinations of the technical features in the embodiments described above are not described, but should be considered as being within the scope of the present specification as long as there is no contradiction between the combinations of the technical features.
