一种LNG用轴流式止回阀防转结构,包括阀体,阀体的阀腔内设置有导流罩,阀瓣和安装在阀体上的阀座密封配合,轴Ⅰ一端固接于处于阀腔外部端的阀瓣中央,另一端由均布的椭圆形筋支撑,而该椭圆形筋与安装在轴Ⅰ上的轴套Ⅰ连接,另一端安装在挡圈上,该挡圈与阀体本体螺纹连接且挡圈一端压紧阀座;所述轴Ⅰ和轴套Ⅰ通过键配装为一体。本发明防止阀瓣在介质的作用下旋转及阀瓣在开启和关闭的过程中出现沉头现象,以及防止了旋转产生的摩擦热及静电,保证了阀门的安全可靠性。

一种LNG用轴流式止回阀防转结构
技术领域
本发明属阀门制造技术领域,涉及应用于LNG液化天然气装置的阀门制造领域,具体指一种LNG用轴流式止回阀防转结构。
背景技术
据了解,一座LNG接收站需要配套4000多台各种阀门,其中2300多台需要进口。目前,低温闸阀、截止阀和止回阀已经基本实现了国产化,部分低温球阀和低温轴流式止回阀也取得了一些业绩,但是高压的低温球阀、大口径低温蝶阀、低温轴流式止回阀和低温高压调节阀等还大量进口。这些产品要求耐低温、耐高压、耐高压差,需要组织国产化攻关。
LNG液化天然气属危险系统,易燃烧、泄漏爆炸。引起LNG液化天然气危险系统燃烧、爆炸的主要因素有:a.阀门零部件之间的摩擦;b.阀门内部由于各种原因产生的静电;c.阀瓣出现沉.头,导致阀门无法关闭。d.阀门在-196℃下常规密封材料基本失效。
常规的轴流式止回阀阀瓣无前导向,经常产生阀瓣沉头现象,阀座密封处采用PTFE等其他材料密封,在超低温下容易变形失效。
发明内容
本发明提供一种LNG用轴流式止回阀防转结构,以解决LNG液化天然气管线经常发生阀瓣转动产生摩擦引起事故及阀瓣沉头泄漏的问题,保证阀门使用的安全性。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种LNG用轴流式止回阀防转结构,包括阀体,阀体的阀腔内设置有导流罩,阀瓣和安装在阀体上的阀座密封配合,轴Ⅰ一端固接于处于阀腔外部端的阀瓣中央,另一端由均布的椭圆形筋支撑,而该椭圆形筋与安装在轴Ⅰ上的轴套Ⅰ连接,另一端安装在挡圈上,该挡圈与阀体本体螺纹连接且挡圈一端压紧阀座;所述轴Ⅰ和轴套Ⅰ通过键配装为一体。
轴Ⅱ一端固接于处于阀腔内部端的阀瓣中央,另一端由导流罩支撑筋支撑,该支撑筋和弹簧座连接,而弹簧座与配装在导向轴Ⅱ上的轴套Ⅱ连接,支撑筋另一端安装于导流罩上;所述轴套Ⅱ的外端靠安装在导向轴Ⅱ上的挡板定位固定。
所述弹簧座和阀瓣之间的导向轴Ⅱ上安装弹簧。
本发明的阀门进口挡圈内设计有3根均布椭圆形支撑筋支撑轴Ⅰ5,并用均布的螺钉7固定防松挡圈2,保证阀瓣开启和关闭时不旋转,起到防转导轨和防沉头作用,设在导流罩内的支撑轴Ⅱ上安装有弹簧,确保阀瓣开启后能顺利返回关闭。阀座与阀体间采用唇形圈密封结构,采用反向密封,再用挡圈2加强固定,保证阀门在-196℃下能够可靠密封,避免发生泄漏,从而消除安全隐患。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行详细说明
一种LNG用轴流式止回阀防转结构,包括阀体1,阀体1的阀腔内设置有导流罩,导流罩一般设计成内空圆锥形与阀体1同轴,阀瓣9和安装在阀体上的阀座4密封配合,轴Ⅰ5一端焊接于处于阀腔外部端的阀瓣9中央,另一端由均布的椭圆形筋支撑,而该椭圆形筋与安装在轴Ⅰ5上的轴套Ⅰ8连接,另一端安装在挡圈2上,该挡圈2与阀体1本体螺纹连接后用螺钉7连接两者起到固定防松的作用;挡圈2一端压紧阀座4;所述轴Ⅰ5和轴套Ⅰ8通过键6配装为一体。该结构防止阀瓣9在介质力的作用下转动,保证阀瓣9开启和关闭时不旋转和不沉头,起到防转导轨支撑作用,而且防止了产生摩擦热及静电。
轴Ⅱ11一端焊接于处于阀腔内部端的阀瓣9中央,另一端由导流罩支撑筋支撑,用于支撑阀瓣9,防止阀瓣9在运动过程中出现沉头现象。该支撑筋和弹簧座13连接,而弹簧座13与安装在导向轴Ⅱ11上的轴套Ⅱ12连接,支撑筋另一端安装于导流罩上;所述轴套Ⅱ12的外端靠安装在导向轴Ⅱ11上的挡板定位固定。该结构用于减小摩擦,降低阀瓣开启力矩;保证阀瓣9开启和关闭时能够同轴。
所述弹簧座13和阀瓣9之间的导向轴Ⅱ11上安装弹簧10。弹簧10能够保证阀瓣9在开启后能够顺利返回关闭阀门。
所述阀体1和阀座4之间采用唇形圈3(Lip seal:230323197)密封结构,采用反向密封,再用螺纹挡圈加强固定,保证阀门在-196℃下能够可靠密封,避免发生泄漏,从而消除安全隐患。

1.一种LNG用轴流式止回阀防转结构,包括阀体(1),阀体(1)的阀腔内设置有导流罩,阀瓣(9)和安装在阀体上的阀座(4)密封配合,其特征在于,轴Ⅰ(5)一端固接于处于阀腔外部端的阀瓣(9)中央,另一端由均布的椭圆形筋支撑,而该椭圆形筋与安装在轴Ⅰ(5)上的轴套Ⅰ(8)连接,另一端安装在挡圈(2)上,该挡圈(2)与阀体(1)本体螺纹连接且挡圈(2)一端压紧阀座(4);所述轴Ⅰ(5)和轴套Ⅰ(8)通过键(6)配装为一体。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种LNG用轴流式止回阀防转结构,其特征在于:轴Ⅱ(11)一端固接于处于阀腔内部端的阀瓣(9)中央,另一端由导流罩支撑筋支撑,该支撑筋和弹簧座(13)连接,而弹簧座(13)与配装在导向轴Ⅱ(11)上的轴套Ⅱ(12)连接,支撑筋另一端安装于导流罩上;所述轴套Ⅱ(12)的外端靠安装在导向轴Ⅱ(11)上的挡板定位固定。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种LNG用轴流式止回阀防转结构,其特征在于:所述弹簧座(13)和阀瓣(9)之间的导向轴Ⅱ(11)上安装弹簧(10)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种LNG用轴流式止回阀防转结构,其特征在于:所述阀体(1)和阀座(4)之间采用唇形圈(3)进行反向密封。
