The washing machine according to claim 2, characterized in that the clothes scattering device (3) further comprises an eccentric rod (32), one end of the eccentric rod (32) is fixedly connected with the output shaft (311), and the other end of the eccentric rod (32) is hinged with the connecting rod (33).

Washing machine according to claim 3, characterized in that said eccentric lever (32) is pivoted to said connecting rod (33) by means of a pin (34), one of said eccentric lever (32) and said connecting rod (33) being fixedly connected to said pin (34) and the other being rotatably connected to said pin (34).

Washing machine, according to claim 4, characterized in that said pin (34) comprises a first portion and a second portion arranged along the axial direction thereof, said first portion being located at the end remote from said drive motor (31), said connecting rod (33) being connected to said first portion, said eccentric rod (32) being connected to said second portion.
6. The washing machine according to claim 5, wherein a stopper (341) is provided between the first portion and the second portion, and outer diameters of the first portion and the second portion are smaller than an outer diameter of the stopper (341).
7. Washing machine according to claim 2, characterized in that the connecting rod (33) is hinged to the bottom outer wall of the tub (2).
8. Washing machine, according to claim 7, characterized in that the axis of said output shaft (311) is parallel to the axis of said tub (2) and said connecting rod (33) is perpendicular to the axis of said tub (2).
9. The washing machine as claimed in claim 8, wherein a connecting shaft (23) is connected to the outside of the bottom of the drum (2), and one end of the connecting rod (33) far away from the driving motor (31) is pivoted with the connecting shaft (23).
10. Laundry washing machine according to claim 2, characterized in that the connection point of the connecting rod (33) to the drum (2) is distant from the axis of the drum (2).
