Technical Field
The invention relates to an oil remover for oily sewage, in particular to an inclined plate oil remover.
Background
The inclined plate oil remover is used as important equipment for treating the sewage of the offshore oil production platform, and has the functions of separating and recovering the crude oil in the production sewage, so that the production sewage with the maximum oil content of 1500ppm is treated by the inclined plate oil remover, the oil content index is less than or equal to 200ppm, and the separated and recovered crude oil is conveyed into a closed discharge tank through a diaphragm pump. Along with the increase of the produced sewage amount of the oil production platform, when the sewage amount reaches the upper limit of the sewage treatment capacity of the inclined plate oil remover, the crude oil separated by the inclined plate oil remover can not be recovered in time, and enters subsequent sewage treatment equipment along with the produced sewage, so that the sewage treatment can not reach the standard finally. With the improvement of the environmental protection consciousness of the human society, the research on improving the sewage treatment capacity of the inclined plate oil remover by optimizing and modifying the internal structure of the inclined plate oil remover is very important.
Taking BZ34-1CEP oilfield inclined plate oil remover as an example: the sewage treatment design capacity of the inclined plate oil remover is 4800 cubic meters per day, and the actual sewage treatment capacity is 4800 cubic meters per day; the following problems were found to exist in actual production: 1) the water weir plate has an unreasonable structure, a large amount of water enters the oil collecting tank while dirty oil is recovered, and sometimes the separated oil cannot be timely recovered to the oil collecting tank; 2) the sludge and sand in the sewage are precipitated and accumulated at the bottom of the inclined plate oil remover, so that the inclined plate group can be blocked, and the effective space of the inclined plate oil remover is occupied; 3) the unreasonable arrangement of the water inlet pipe in the sloping plate degreaser leads to unstable flow state of the sewage in front of the sloping plate group, and the unreasonable arrangement of the water inlet pipe leads to poor separation effect of oil particles in the sewage. In order to ensure that various indexes of sewage reinjection meet the environmental protection requirement, an inclined plate oil remover capable of improving the sewage treatment capacity of oil field production is needed.

The working principle of the invention is as follows:

In the process of treating the oily sewage, the silt in the oily sewage is gradually settled at the bottom of the box body, and the flushing desanding pipeline can be used for flushing desanding.
