Technical Field

Background
The interlayer insulation paper machine can use a paper feeding tray when in use, the paper feeding tray is only a disc with a fixed size in the paper feeding tray in the prior art, the paper roll is sleeved on a central rotating shaft of the paper feeding tray when in use, and then starting equipment pulls the paper roll to rotate, so that the paper feeding function of the tray is realized. In the paper feeding tray in the prior art, the paper feeding tray can only fix paper rolls with one thickness and can only adapt to the paper rolls with one diameter, and when the paper feeding tray is actually operated and used, the paper rolls with different diameters and different widths can be used according to different requirements, so that the paper feeding tray in the prior art cannot well complete the work, which is a great defect in the prior art; in addition, the paper feeding tray in the prior art only sleeves the paper roll on the tray, once the machine stops or the traction force is reduced, the paper roll continues to rotate at a high speed under the action of inertia, so that the paper roll is scattered, and great inconvenience is caused to subsequent operation work, which is another disadvantage in the prior art. Based on the reasons, the invention provides a paper feeding tray of an interlayer insulation paper machine to solve the defects.

the paper feeding tray of the intercalation insulation paper machine comprises an operating platform, wherein the operating platform is provided with the paper feeding tray, the paper feeding tray is provided with a bottom plate, the top surface of the bottom plate is uniformly and movably connected with three pressing devices in a distributed manner near the edge, the center of the top surface of the bottom plate is movably connected with a first threaded rod, the upper side of the bottom plate is provided with a top plate, the center of the top plate is provided with a first threaded hole, the top end of the first threaded rod is inserted into the first threaded hole and extends out of the top surface of the top plate, a fixing nut is sleeved on the side wall, located on the upper side of the top plate, of the first threaded rod, and a fixing; the fixing device comprises a threaded sleeve, the threaded sleeve is sleeved on a first threaded rod, three mounting plates are uniformly distributed on the side wall of the threaded sleeve, a second chute is formed in the center of one side, close to the first threaded rod, of each mounting plate, the side wall, far away from the first threaded rod, of the threaded sleeve is inserted into the corresponding second chute, the threaded sleeve is movably connected with the corresponding second chute, a third chute is formed in the side wall, far away from the threaded sleeve, of each mounting plate, two third sliding blocks are movably connected into the corresponding third chutes in an up-and-down symmetrical mode, a second threaded hole is formed in each third sliding block, the second threaded hole penetrates through the upper side wall and the lower side wall of each third sliding block, a second threaded rod is inserted into the corresponding second threaded hole, the bottom end of the second threaded rod is movably connected onto the bottom surface of the corresponding third chute, and the top end, the side face of the third sliding block, which is far away from one side of the first threaded rod, is movably connected with a connecting rod, one ends of the two connecting rods, which are far away from the third sliding block, are movably connected with the center of the side face of a flat plate, one side of the flat plate, which is far away from the connecting rod, is vertically and symmetrically fixedly connected with two hydraulic rods, one ends of the hydraulic rods, which are far away from the flat plate, are fixedly connected with a pressing plate, and; the mounting panel is characterized in that a fourth threaded hole is formed in the top surface of the mounting panel, a fourth threaded rod matched with the fourth threaded hole is movably connected into the fourth threaded hole, the bottom end of the fourth threaded rod extends into the second sliding groove, and the top end of the fourth threaded rod extends out of the top surface of the mounting panel.

Further, three fourth spouts have been seted up to evenly distributed on the bottom plate, swing joint has the fourth slider in the fourth spout, it has the third screw hole to open on the fourth slider, third threaded rod has been inserted in the third screw hole, the one end swing joint of third threaded rod is on the lateral wall that the fourth spout is close to bottom plate center one side, the other end of third threaded rod runs through the fourth spout and extends the border of bottom plate, swing joint between third threaded rod and the bottom plate.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. according to the invention, by arranging the pressing device, when the paper roll is pressed by the pressing wheel in the moving process, the paper roll can be effectively prevented from being scattered due to the inertia effect of the paper roll when the machine is stopped suddenly or decelerated, so that the influence on later use is avoided, and the paper roll has the advantage that the paper roll is not easy to scatter;
2. by arranging the fixing device, the third sliding block can move by rotating the second threaded rod, the connecting rod pushes the flat plate to open or contract, the fixing device can be suitable for fixing sleeves in different paper rolls, and the fixing device has the advantages of firm fixing and good universality;
3. through being provided with first threaded rod, can change fixing device's position through the motion of thread bush to reach the needs that the scroll of adaptation different width used, the scroll that highly adapts to different widths that can adjust the roof moreover uses, has the advantage that the commonality is good.

When the device is used, firstly, the fixing screw cap 8 and the top plate 6 are rotated, the fixing screw cap 8 and the top plate 6 are taken out from the first threaded rod 5, the fourth threaded rod 35 is rotated to enable the fourth threaded rod 35 to abut against the threaded sleeve 18, the mounting plate 19 is rotated according to the width of a paper roll, the mounting plate 19 drives the threaded sleeve 18 to move to a proper height on the first threaded rod 5, then the fourth threaded rod 35 is loosened, the second threaded rod 24 is rotated according to the diameter of a circular ring at the center of the paper roll, the third sliding block 22 moves in the third sliding groove 21 through the rotation of the second threaded rod 24 in the second threaded hole 23, the connecting rod 25 is driven through the movement of the third sliding block 22 to push the flat plate 26 to be opened to adapt to the inner diameter of the circular ring of the paper roll, the paper roll is sleeved on the fixing device 9, and the inner ring of the paper roll;
then, the connecting rod 13 is pulled, so that the first sliding block 12 on the connecting rod 13 moves in the first sliding groove 11, the height of the pressing wheel 15 uses the width of the paper roll, the third threaded rod 33 is rotated to drive the fourth sliding block 31 to move in the fourth sliding groove 30, the vertical plate 10 moves to an appropriate position, the pressing wheel 15 on the fixing frame 14 is pressed on the surface of the paper roll, and the paper roll is prevented from being scattered; then movably connecting the top plate 6 to the first threaded rod 5, and screwing the fixing nut 8 onto the first threaded rod 5 so that the fixing nut 8 fixes the top plate 6;
when equipment pulls the scroll and moves, the scroll drives mounting panel 19 and rotates on thread bush 18, accomplishes the ejection of compact function to the scroll, simple structure, and the commonality is good.
