Claims (5)

1. An identification number acquisition and matching system, which is used for automatically acquiring identification numbers on an inner package and an outer package box of the same product, and is characterized by comprising: a conveyor belt (1), and the system also comprises a distribution roller (2), a pressure air injection device (3), a system bracket (4) and a processor (5) which are arranged in sequence along the conveying direction, wherein,
the distribution rollers (2) are arranged at two sides of the conveyor belt (1) in pairs, at least two distribution rollers (2) are arranged oppositely, the distance between the two distribution rollers is slightly smaller than the width of a product to be collected,
the distributing rollers (2) are used for forming a preset distance between adjacent products to be collected, the distributing rollers (2) arranged on the left side of the conveying direction rotate along the anticlockwise direction, the distributing rollers (2) arranged on the right side of the conveying direction rotate along the clockwise direction, the rotating speeds of all the distributing rollers are equal,
the pressure air injection device (3) is arranged on the side edge of the conveyor belt (1), a pressure air injection sensor (31) is further arranged between the distribution roller (2) and the pressure air injection device (3), an included angle alpha between an air outlet of the pressure air injection device (3) and a vertical surface is 10-50 degrees, the air pressure of air sprayed by the pressure air injection device (3) is 0.4-0.8 MPa, the distance between the pressure air injection sensor (31) and the pressure air injection device (3) in the conveying direction is 30-100 mm, and the time length of each time of injection is 0.2-1 s;
the system support (4) is erected above the conveyor belt (1), a box cover turnover mechanism and a box cover positioning mechanism are sequentially arranged on the system support (4) according to a conveying direction, the box cover turnover mechanism comprises a box cover guide rod (81), a box cover blocking rod (82) and a box cover positioning arc (83), the box cover guide rod (81) is a straight rod and is lifted upwards along the conveying direction, the starting end of the box cover guide rod (81) is arranged opposite to the pressure air injection device (3), the distance between the starting end of the box cover guide rod (81) and the conveyor belt is larger than the total height of the box body of the closed state of the box cover of the outer packing box and smaller than the maximum height of the box body of the open state of the box cover of the outer packing box, the box cover positioning arc (83) is an arc-shaped rod protruding towards the box cover blocking rod (82), and the highest point of the box cover positioning arc (83) is not lower than the box cover blocking rod (82), the box cover blocking rod (82) is a straight rod arranged along the conveying direction of the conveying belt of the product, and the distance between the box cover blocking rod (82) and the conveying belt is smaller than the maximum height of the box body in the open state of the box cover of the external packing box and larger than the total height of the box body in the closed state of the box cover of the external packing box; a first code reader (61) and a second code reader (62) are further mounted on the system support (4), the first code reader (61) and the second code reader (62) are respectively mounted on two sides of the box cover positioning mechanism, a code reader sensor (63) is further arranged on the system support (4),
the processor (5) is configured to execute the following program:
starting the conveyor belt (1) and the distribution roller (2), wherein the products to be collected are conveyed to the distribution roller (2) by the conveyor belt (1), and adjacent products to be collected are separated by the distribution roller (2) to generate a preset distance;
acquiring first position information sent by a pressure air injection sensor (31), wherein the first position information indicates that a single product to be collected reaches a first preset position, the distance between the first preset position and the pressure air injection device (3) along the conveying direction is 0-50 mm, and the first preset position is located at the upstream of the pressure air injection device (3);
sending a starting signal to a pressure gas injection sensor (31) according to the first position information, so that a pressure gas injection device (3) injects high-pressure gas to a box cover of a product to be collected;
acquiring second position information sent by a code reader sensor (63), wherein the second position information indicates that a single product to be collected reaches a second preset position through the box cover turnover mechanism, the box cover of the product to be collected is positioned to the box cover preset position by the box cover positioning mechanism, the distance between the second preset position and the first code reader (61)/the second code reader (62) in the conveying direction is 0-100 mm, and the second preset position is located at the upstream of the first code reader (61)/the second code reader (62);
sending acquisition signals to the first code reader (61) and the second code reader (62) according to the second position information;
acquiring a first identification number and a second identification number which are respectively acquired by the first code reader (61) and the second code reader (62), wherein the first identification number is the identification number on the outer package of the product to be acquired, and the second identification number is the identification number on the inner package box of the product to be acquired;
the first identification number and the second identification number are matched.

The system of claim 1, wherein said matching the first identification number and the second identification number comprises: if the first identification number and/or the second identification number are/is empty, recording the corresponding identification number as empty, and recording that the first identification number and/or the second identification number are/is wrong.

The system according to claim 1, characterized in that the system further comprises a removing device, the removing device comprises a fixed seat (71) and a pushing hand piece (72) installed on the fixed seat (71), the fixed seat (71) is installed on one side of the conveyor belt (1), the pushing hand piece (72) can be extended and retracted in a reciprocating mode, and the extending and retracting direction of the pushing hand piece (72) is perpendicular to the conveying direction.
4. A system according to claim 3, characterized in that if said processor (5) records a certain set of identification numbers as wrong, it sends a rejection command to said rejection means and deletes the set of identification numbers in the processor (5).
5. The system according to claim 1, characterized in that the conveying speed of the conveyor belt (1) is 1.2-3 times the rotation speed of the distribution roller (2).
