the material receiving mechanism 8 continuously moves the two layers of plastic films to the working ends of the transverse hot-pressing mechanisms 7, the two layers of plastic films form material storage chambers 10c, the transverse hot-pressing mechanisms 7 on the two sides of the working platform 9 start to work simultaneously, and the working ends of the two transverse hot-pressing mechanisms 7 seal the two material storage ports of the material storage chambers 10 c.

The material receiving mechanism 8 continuously drives two layers of plastic films to enter the working end of the longitudinal pressing easy-tearing line mechanism 5, the working end of the longitudinal pressing easy-tearing line mechanism 5 descends to the top of the two films, the working end of the longitudinal pressing easy-tearing line mechanism 5 makes linear reciprocating motion, longitudinal pressing cuts out longitudinal easy-tearing lines 10a on two sides of a double-head cotton swab positioned between the two films, the material receiving mechanism 8 continuously moves the two layers of plastic films to the working end of the longitudinal hot pressing mechanism 6, the working end of the longitudinal hot pressing mechanism 6 descends to the top of the two films, the working end of the longitudinal hot pressing mechanism 6 makes linear reciprocating motion to seal the longitudinal easy-tearing lines 10a on the two sides of the plastic films, each double-head cotton swab forms independent packages and cannot penetrate through each other, the material receiving mechanism 8 continuously moves the two layers of plastic films to the working end of the transverse hot pressing mechanism 7, the two layers of plastic films form a material storage, the transverse hot-pressing mechanisms 7 on the two sides of the workbench 9 start to work simultaneously, the working ends of the two transverse hot-pressing mechanisms 7 seal the two material storage openings of the material storage chamber 10c, and finally the material receiving mechanism 8 temporarily stores the processed double-head cotton swab packaging bags 10.

first drop feed mechanism (1), second drop feed mechanism (2), horizontal suppression easily tears line mechanism (3), cotton thread feed mechanism, vertical suppression easily tears line mechanism (5), vertical hot pressing mechanism (6), horizontal hot pressing mechanism (7) and receiving agencies (8) are all installed in the top of workstation (9), and first drop feed mechanism (1), second drop feed mechanism (2), horizontal suppression easily tears line mechanism (3), cotton thread feed mechanism, vertical suppression easily tears line mechanism (5), vertical hot pressing mechanism (6), horizontal hot pressing mechanism (7) and receiving agencies (8) are arranged along working direction according to the order.
