Background
When the adhesive film is attached to the surfaces of devices such as electronic products and light sources, the adhesive film and the surfaces of the devices are required to achieve the effect of attaching without wrinkles and bubbles. However, the conventional adhesive film has problems that it is difficult to exhaust air and air bubbles are easily left, particularly when the area of the adhesive film is large. The operation difficulty of attaching the adhesive film is large, and the attaching effect is not perfect.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide an adhesive film which is easy to exhaust and can ensure better bonding effect and a device with the adhesive film.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides an adhesive film, including a film, a flexible substrate located at one side of the film, and a through hole penetrating the film and the flexible substrate; a plurality of grooves are formed in one side, opposite to the diaphragm, of the flexible base layer; the flexible base layer comprises a first area and a second area, the through holes are located in the first area, and the average interval of the grooves in the first area is smaller than that of the grooves in the second area.
Further, the width of the groove is 0.06-0.2 mm.
Further, the depth of the groove is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 0.1 mm.
Further, the distance between two adjacent grooves is greater than 0 and less than or equal to 2 mm.
Further, a plurality of the grooves communicate with each other.
Further, the grooves in the first area are radially distributed by taking the through hole as a center.
Further, the first region also comprises a film forming corner region for film forming.
Further, the cross-sectional shape of the groove is any one of a rectangle, a U-shape, and a polygon.
Further, the flexible base layer is made of silica gel or rubber materials.
The invention also provides a device with the adhesive film, and the adhesive film is adhered to the surface of the device.
The pasting film provided by the invention is provided with a plurality of grooves for exhausting on the flexible base layer, and the space between the through holes in the flexible base layer and the grooves in the film forming corner area is smaller than that in other areas according to the actual use condition, so that the exhausting effect is better enhanced. In addition, the size of the groove is controlled, so that the groove can be completely filled under pressure or heat after being smoothly exhausted, and foreign substances are prevented from permeating through the groove.

The following detailed description will further illustrate the invention in conjunction with the above-described figures.
Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "connected" to another element, it can be directly connected to the other element or intervening elements may also be present. When an element is referred to as being "disposed on" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present.
Unless defined otherwise, all technical and scientific terms used herein have the same meaning as commonly understood by one of ordinary skill in the art to which this invention belongs. The terminology used in the description of the invention herein is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments only and is not intended to be limiting of the invention. As used herein, the term "and/or" includes any and all combinations of one or more of the associated listed items.
Referring to fig. 1, the present invention provides an adhesive film 100, which includes a film 10, a flexible substrate 20 disposed on one side of the film 10, and a through hole 30 penetrating the film 10 and the flexible substrate 20. Wherein, a plurality of grooves 21 are disposed on a side of the flexible substrate 20 opposite to the membrane 10.
It is understood that the adhesive film 100 is a film having an attaching function, and can protect the surface of the device to be attached from the external environment. In the attaching process of the adhesive film 100, if the air between the adhesive film 100 and the device surface cannot be completely exhausted, the residual air will form bubbles, resulting in poor attaching effect of the adhesive film 100. Therefore, the grooves 21 formed in the flexible substrate 20 facilitate the gas to be discharged and prevent the formation of bubbles, thereby improving the bonding effect of the adhesive film 100.
Specifically, the flexible base layer 20 is mainly made of, but not limited to, silicone or a rubber material. The flexible substrate 20 has good adhesion and can deform under stress or heat, since the groove 21 needs to be completely filled after the degassing to prevent foreign materials from penetrating from the groove 21 into the space between the film 10 and the device surface.
It should be noted that the cross-sectional dimension of the groove 21 is too small to facilitate the gas discharge, and too large to ensure complete filling after the gas discharge. Therefore, it is necessary to control the sectional size of the grooves 21 and the number of the grooves 21 per unit area so that the grooves 21 are completely filled after being smoothly exhausted.
Preferably, the width of the groove 21 is 0.06-0.2 mm; the depth of the groove 21 is more than 0 and less than or equal to 0.1 mm; the distance between two adjacent grooves 21 is greater than 0 and equal to or less than 2 mm.
In the present embodiment, the cross-sectional shape of the groove 21 is rectangular, and in other embodiments, the cross-sectional shape of the groove 21 may be U-shaped or polygonal, but is not limited thereto.
Further, referring to fig. 2 and fig. 3, the flexible substrate 20 is divided into a first region 201 and a second region 202, in this embodiment, the through hole 30 is located in the first region 201, and the second region 202 is a region of the flexible substrate 20 other than the first region 201 and is adjacent to the first region 201. Specifically, the average pitch of the grooves 21 in the first region 201 is smaller than the average pitch of the grooves 21 in the second region 202, so that the exhaust capacity of the first region 201 is higher than that of the second region 202.
It is understood that the perforations 30 are included in the inner venting edge of the adhesive film 100 to allow the gas to be collected and discharged, thereby improving the venting capability thereof to facilitate rapid venting and improve the adhesion around the perforations 30. In addition, the shape, size and number of the through holes 30 depend on the surface structure of the attached device, for example, when the attached device is a smart phone, the adhesive film 100 opens the through holes 30 for the sound output hole, the key hole and other structures on the surface of one side of the smart phone screen.
Furthermore, the grooves 21 formed in the flexible base layer 20 are communicated with each other, so that gas can be rapidly discharged in multiple directions, and a stronger gas discharge effect is achieved. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the grooves 21 in the first area 201 are radially distributed around the through hole 30, and the grooves 21 in the second area 202 are distributed in a net shape. It is understood that when the number of the through holes 30 is two or more, the grooves 21 located in the vicinity of each through hole 30 are radially distributed centering on the corresponding one of the through holes 30.
In another embodiment, the first region 201 further includes a corner region for releasing the adhesive film, it is understood that the adhesive film 100 is usually attached to the release film before use, and the corner region for releasing the adhesive film 100 is lifted to separate the adhesive film 100 from the release film is finally attached to the device to be laminated, so that a stronger air-releasing capability is required.
Further, the present invention also provides a device having an adhesive film, the adhesive film 100 provided in any of the above embodiments is attached to a surface of the device, and the device may be an electronic product, such as a mobile phone and a computer, or a light source device, but is not limited thereto.
In addition, other modifications within the spirit of the invention may occur to those skilled in the art, and such modifications are, of course, included within the scope of the invention as claimed.
