Claims (9)

1. The wastewater treatment equipment with the automatic cleaning function is characterized by comprising a box body, a filtering device arranged in the box body, a flushing device arranged at the top of the box body and a driving device arranged on the box body and used for driving a filter element of the filtering device to rotate;
the box body comprises a treatment box arranged on the left side and a collection box arranged on the right side; the lower end of the left side wall of the treatment box is provided with a water outlet, and the lower part of the right rear side wall of the treatment box is provided with a first sewage outlet; a second sewage draining outlet is formed in the right side wall of the collecting box;
the filter device comprises a first fixed seat connected with the left side wall of the treatment box, a second fixed seat connected with the right side wall of the treatment box and the filter element detachably arranged between the first fixed seat and the second fixed seat; the first fixed seat is provided with a water inlet, and the second fixed seat is provided with a slag removal port;
the filter element comprises a driving cylinder, a fixed cylinder and a filter cylinder arranged between the driving cylinder and the fixed cylinder, and an inner cavity of the filter cylinder is provided with an isolation mechanism for dividing the inner cavity of the filter cylinder into a working cavity and a cleaning cavity;
the flushing device comprises a flushing shell arranged at the top of the treatment box, a driving screw rod rotatably arranged on the flushing shell, two guide rods arranged on the flushing shell, a flushing mechanism which is arranged on the two guide rods in a sliding manner and is convenient for the driving screw rod to drive, and a flushing motor which is arranged on the flushing shell and is used for driving the driving screw rod to rotate;
the driving device comprises a transmission mechanism arranged on the left side wall of the inner cavity of the treatment box and used for driving the driving barrel to rotate and a driving motor arranged on the left side outer wall of the treatment box and used for driving the transmission mechanism.

The wastewater treatment equipment with the automatic cleaning function according to claim 1, wherein the isolation mechanism comprises side plates arranged at the front side and the rear side of the inner wall of the filter cylinder, end plates arranged at the upper end and the lower end of the filter cylinder near the right end of the side plates, a flow guide plate rotatably arranged between the two side plates, and a sealing plate arranged between the left ends of the two side plates and the inner wall of the filter cylinder; the inner sides of the two side plates are respectively provided with two limiting strips for limiting the position of the guide plate; the two limiting strips are symmetrically distributed on the upper side and the lower side of the side plate, and sealing gaskets are arranged on the side, close to the flow guide plate, of the two limiting strips; the included angle between the two corresponding limiting strips is 8-10 degrees; the right end of the guide plate extends out of the outer side of the treatment box and extends into the collection box.

The wastewater treatment equipment with the automatic cleaning function according to claim 1, wherein the first fixed seat comprises a seat plate, a first bearing sleeve rotatably arranged on the seat plate and a first connecting cylinder arranged on the first bearing sleeve and used for connecting the driving cylinder; the seat plate is provided with the water inlet; the second fixed seat comprises a second bearing sleeve and a second connecting cylinder which is rotatably arranged in the second bearing sleeve and is used for connecting the fixed cylinder; a first bearing is arranged in the first bearing sleeve; a second bearing is arranged in the second bearing sleeve; and a cylindrical gland is arranged on the right side of the second bearing sleeve.

The wastewater treatment equipment with the automatic cleaning function according to claim 1, wherein the flushing mechanism comprises a driving block, a water spraying seat arranged at the lower end of the driving block and a plurality of nozzles arranged on the water spraying seat, the driving block is provided with a driving hole for driving the driving block by the driving screw and two guide holes matched with the guide rods, and the guide holes are symmetrically distributed at two sides of the driving hole.
5. The wastewater treatment equipment with the automatic cleaning function according to claim 1, wherein the transmission mechanism comprises a transmission case, a driving gear connected with an output shaft of the driving motor and a driven gear engaged with the driving gear.

The wastewater treatment equipment with the automatic cleaning function according to claim 5, wherein the inner cavity of the transmission case is divided into a left connecting cavity and a right transmission cavity by a partition wall, the right side of the transmission cavity is provided with a transmission case cover, and the driving gear and the driven gear are rotatably arranged between the partition wall and the transmission case cover through a driving shaft and a driven shaft respectively.

The wastewater treatment equipment with the automatic cleaning function according to claim 6, wherein the left end of the driving shaft extends into the connecting cavity and is connected with the output shaft of the driving motor through a spline sleeve, and the driven gear extends out of the transmission cavity near the driving barrel and is in transmission connection with an external gear ring arranged on the outer wall of the driving barrel.

The wastewater treatment facility with automatic cleaning function according to claim 1, wherein the collection tank is open at its upper end; the right side wall of the inner cavity of the treatment box is provided with a half guide cone cylinder, the side wall of the treatment box close to the upper part of the half guide cone cylinder is provided with a guide hole communicated with the collection box, and the upper end of the half guide cone cylinder is provided with a first sealing gasket.

The wastewater treatment equipment with the automatic cleaning function according to claim 1, wherein two transverse plates which are convenient for separating the upper area and the lower area of the outer wall of the filter cartridge are initially arranged at two sides of the treatment box corresponding to the maximum diameter of the filter cartridge, and a second sealing gasket is arranged at the position, close to the filter element, of the two transverse plates; the lower extreme of box is provided with three support frame, and the height of three support frame from left to right reduces in proper order, the lower bottom surface of three support is on the coplanar and is 2-3 with the contained angle of horizontal plane.
