The greenhouse side film rolling and windowing mechanism according to claim 2, wherein: the end one-way overrunning clutch device (3) is composed of a left one-way overrunning clutch group I and a right one-way overrunning clutch group II which are arranged at two end parts of the film winding shaft assembly (2), the left one-way overrunning clutch group I and the right one-way overrunning clutch group II comprise a driving clutch (23) and a driven clutch (24), the inner rings of the driving clutch (23) and the driven clutch (24) of the left one-way overrunning clutch group I are connected with a first end connecting seat shaft (10), the inner rings of the driving clutch (23) and the driven clutch (24) of the right one-way overrunning clutch group II are connected with a second end connecting seat shaft (11), the outer ring of the driving clutch (23) is connected with an outer tube (7) of the film winding shaft, and the outer ring of the driven clutch (24) is connected with a guide chain of the film winding and unwinding guide device.
