To facilitate an understanding of the present application, the present application will now be described more fully with reference to the accompanying drawings. Preferred embodiments of the present application are illustrated in the accompanying drawings. Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
As used herein, "terminal device" refers to a device capable of receiving and/or transmitting communication signals including, but not limited to, devices connected via any one or more of the following connections:
(1) via wireline connections, such as via Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN), Digital Subscriber Line (DSL), Digital cable, direct cable connections;
(2) via a Wireless interface means such as a cellular network, a Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN), a digital television network such as a DVB-H network, a satellite network, an AM-FM broadcast transmitter.
A terminal device arranged to communicate over a wireless interface may be referred to as a "mobile terminal". Examples of mobile terminals include, but are not limited to, the following electronic devices:
(1) satellite or cellular telephones;
(2) personal Communications Systems (PCS) terminals that may combine cellular radiotelephones with data processing, facsimile, and data Communications capabilities;

As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in one embodiment, an electronic device 10 is provided that includes a bezel 100, a display screen 200, and a rear housing. The display screen 200 and the rear case are back-to-back arranged, fixed by the middle frame 100, and respectively located at two ends of the middle frame 100, and the display screen 200, the middle frame 100 and the rear case together form an outer surface of the electronic device 10.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in an embodiment, the middle frame 100 includes a frame 110, a collar 120, and a middle plate 130. The middle plate 130 has a square structure with four corners in smooth transition, and the frame 110 surrounds the middle plate 130 and is connected to the edge of the middle plate 130. The lantern ring 120 is sleeved outside the frame 110, and the lantern ring 120 is made of glass or ceramic.
As shown in fig. 2 to 4, in an embodiment, the frame 110 and the middle plate 130 are integrally formed as a polymer material. Specifically, the frame 110 and the middle plate 130 are made of a molten polymer material, and are injected into a mold, cooled and solidified, so as to obtain the integrally formed frame 110 and middle plate 130.
In one embodiment, the middle plate 130 and the frame 110 are made of metal and polymer material. Specifically, the middle plate 130 includes a metal plate, the metal plate is placed in the mold, and the middle plate 130 including metal and polymer material and the frame 110 including polymer material are obtained by injecting molten polymer material. The middle plate 130 is integrally formed with the frame 110, so that the middle frame 100 has high strength. In another embodiment, the frame 110 includes a metal ring, the metal ring is placed in a mold, and the frame 110 including a metal and a polymer material and the middle plate 130 including a polymer material are obtained by injecting a molten polymer material. In another embodiment, one of the middle plate 130 and the frame 110 is made of a polymer material, and the other of the middle plate 130 and the frame 110 is made of a metal. The middle plate 130 and the frame 110 are fixed by dispensing or injection molding. In other embodiments, the middle plate 130 and the bezel 110 are an integrally formed metal member. The materials of the middle plate 130 and the frame 110 are not particularly limited herein.
As shown in fig. 4, in one embodiment, the frame 110 includes an outer side surface 111 and the collar 120 includes an outer annular surface 121 and an inner annular surface 122. The outer side surface 111 is attached to the inner ring surface 122, and the outer side surface 111 is fixed to the inner ring surface 122 by glue dispensing or double-sided adhesive tape bonding. In an embodiment, the outer side surface 111 is an inner concave surface, the inner ring surface 122 is an outer convex surface, the outer side surface 111 and the inner ring surface 122 are matched, and the concave-convex shape can increase the contact area between the outer side surface 111 and the inner ring surface 122, so that the outer side surface 111 and the inner ring surface 122 are bonded more firmly. In another embodiment, the outer surface 111 may have other shapes, but the inner surface 122 is matched with the outer surface 111.
In one embodiment, the outer annular surface 121 or the inner annular surface 122 of the collar 120 is provided with a patterned layer. Specifically, the pattern layer may be in a shape of a letter, a picture, or a color of a combination, so that the collar 120 has a texture of glass or ceramic and an aesthetic effect. In one embodiment, the pattern layer is disposed on the outer annular surface 121 or the inner annular surface 122 by optical coating, printing, ink spraying, or the like. In one embodiment, the pattern layer is located on the outer ring surface 121, and when the collar 120 is fixed to the frame 110, the inner ring surface 122 and the outer side surface 111 need to be bonded and fixed. In another embodiment, the pattern layer is located on the inner ring surface 122, and when the collar 120 is fixed to the frame 110, the pattern layer and the outer side surface 111 need to be bonded and fixed.
A manufacturing method of a middle frame 100 comprises the following steps:
step a, manufacturing a frame 110 of the middle frame 100;
step b, manufacturing the lantern ring 120 by using glass or ceramic;
and c, sleeving the lantern ring 120 on the outer side of the frame 110, and fixedly connecting the lantern ring 120 with the frame 110.
In one embodiment, the step a includes integrally forming the frame 110 and the middle plate 130 by using a polymer material, wherein the frame 110 surrounds the middle plate 130 and is connected to an edge of the middle plate 130. Specifically, the frame 110 and the middle plate 130 are made of a molten polymer material, and are injected into a mold, cooled and solidified, so as to obtain the integrally formed frame 110 and middle plate 130.
In one embodiment, step a includes manufacturing the frame 110 and the middle plate 130 by using metal and polymer materials, where the frame 110 surrounds the middle plate 130 and is connected to an edge of the middle plate 130. Specifically, the middle plate 130 includes a metal plate, the metal plate is placed in the mold, and the middle plate 130 including metal and polymer material and the frame 110 including polymer material are obtained by injecting molten polymer material. The middle plate 130 is integrally formed with the frame 110, so that the middle frame 100 has high strength. In another embodiment, the frame 110 includes a metal ring, the metal ring is placed in a mold, and the frame 110 including a metal and a polymer material and the middle plate 130 including a polymer material are obtained by injecting a molten polymer material. In another embodiment, one of the middle plate 130 and the frame 110 comprises a polymer material, and the other of the middle plate 130 and the frame 110 comprises a metal. In other embodiments, the middle plate 130 and the bezel 110 are an integrally formed metal member. The materials of the middle plate 130 and the frame 110 are not particularly limited herein.
In one embodiment, step b includes forming the collar 120 from glass or ceramic. Specifically, the collar 120 may be CNC machined from glass or ceramic. In another embodiment, the collar 120 comprises two U-shaped glass or ceramic frames that are mated to provide the collar 120. When the collar 120 and the frame 110 need to be fixed, two U-shaped glass or ceramic frames are sleeved on the outer side 111 of the frame 110 and fixed, and the two U-shaped glass or ceramic frames are bonded by glue dispensing or double-sided adhesive tape. In another embodiment, the collar 120 comprises four glass or ceramic rods in strip form, which are joined to form the collar 120. When the collar 120 and the frame 110 need to be fixed, four strip-shaped glass or ceramic rods are fixed on the outer side 111 of the frame 110, and the four strip-shaped glass or ceramic rods are bonded by glue dispensing or double-sided adhesive tape.

5. The middle frame of claim 2, wherein the structure of the middle plate and the side frame comprises any one of the following schemes:
the middle plate comprises a base material made of a metal material and a high polymer material layer injected on the base material;
the frame comprises a base material made of a metal material and a high polymer material layer which is formed on the base material in an injection molding mode.
6. The middle frame of claim 1, wherein the collar is adhesively secured to the rim.
7. The middle frame of claim 1, wherein said collar comprises a patterned layer.
8. An electronic device, comprising a middle frame according to any one of claims 1-7.
9. The manufacturing method of the middle frame is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step a, manufacturing a frame;
b, manufacturing a lantern ring by using glass or ceramic;
and c, sleeving the lantern ring on the outer side of the frame, and fixedly connecting the lantern ring with the frame.
10. The method as claimed in claim 9, wherein the step a includes forming the frame and the middle plate from a polymer material such that the frame and the middle plate are integrally formed, the frame surrounding the middle plate and being connected to an edge of the middle plate.
11. The method of claim 9, wherein step a comprises forming a frame and a middle plate, one of the frame and the middle plate is made of metal, and the other is made of polymer material, and the frame surrounds the middle plate and is connected to an edge of the middle plate.
12. The method for manufacturing the middle frame according to claim 9, wherein the step a comprises any one of the following schemes:
injecting a high polymer material on a base material made of a metal material to form a middle plate;
and (3) injecting a high polymer material on the base material made of the metal material to form a frame.
13. The method of claim 9, wherein step b comprises providing a patterned layer on the outer or inner annular surface of the collar.
14. The method for manufacturing the middle frame according to claim 13, wherein the step c comprises adhering and fixing an inner annular surface or a pattern layer of the lantern ring and an outer side surface of the frame.
