Background
The outdoor lamp control device of the ship is used for controlling outdoor lamps on the ship, and is usually arranged in a cab, a cargo control room or a ship office. At present, a conventional outdoor control device only has a switch function, and the on/off of an outdoor lamp is controlled by a knob switch, a toggle switch or a button switch. As shown in fig. 1, a control panel 1 of the outdoor lamp control device is provided with a set of knob switches 2, and the knob switches 2 are respectively used for controlling on and off of each outdoor lamp on the ship. Although the outdoor lamp control device can judge the on and off of the outdoor lamp through the direction of the knob switch, the outdoor lamp control device is still not beneficial to observation in night voyage. If the mode of button switch is adopted, the switching of the outdoor lamp can not be judged intuitively.
Currently, some switches are provided with an on-off indicator light for indicating the on-off state of the switch. Although the switch can be used for observing the on-off of the outdoor lamp in night navigation, the brightness degree of the outdoor lamp cannot be displayed, a worker can only adjust the brightness of the outdoor lamp by feeling, and if the outdoor lamp is far away from the outdoor lamp control device, the worker can adjust the outdoor lamp to the proper brightness by going back and forth for multiple times, which is very inconvenient.

The outdoor lamp control device of the ship is used for controlling outdoor lamps on the ship, and is usually arranged in a cab, a cargo control room or a ship office. The conventional outdoor lamp control device only has a switch function at present, the outdoor lamp control devices between two places are connected through a multi-core cable, and the number of cores of the cable is selected according to the number of outdoor lamps required to be controlled. As shown in fig. 1, a conventional outdoor lamp control device controls each outdoor lamp to be turned on or off by a knob. The current outdoor lamp control device has the following problems:
the control panel is not provided with an on-off indicator light of an outdoor light;
the control panel has no backlight and dimming functions during night navigation;
the two controllers are connected through a multi-core wire in front, so that the construction difficulty is increased, the cost is high, and the failure rate is increased;
the interface is single, and no additional external interface exists.
Based on the control device and the control system, the bright and dark states of outdoor lamps in the lamp set CAN be favorably observed during night navigation, the backlight and dimming functions are arranged, the two controllers are connected through a CAN bus, the construction difficulty is reduced, the cost is low, and the safety and the reliability are realized; it is also possible to communicate serially with external devices. The present invention will be described in detail by way of examples.

The indicator light dimming module 16 is connected between the indicator light 13 and the controller 11, and the indicator light dimming module 16 of the present embodiment is a dimming chip; the brightness of the indicator lamp 13 is adjusted by the PWM wave output from the dimming chip. The principle is that human eyes are not sensitive enough to brightness flicker, and if the flicker frequency of the indicator light 13 exceeds 100Hz, the human eyes see the average brightness. The human eye's perception of brightness is an accumulative process, and the larger the bright time is in the whole period, the higher the brightness perceived by people is. Therefore, by adjusting the duty ratio of the PWM wave, the brightness of the indicator lamp 13 can be adjusted.
The indicator light dimming module 16 may also be a thyristor, referring to fig. 4, each indicator light 13 is provided with a corresponding indicator light dimming module 16 (thyristor), and the controller 11 controls an output current of the thyristor so as to dim the corresponding indicator light 13.
In addition, an indicator light dimming button 6 can be arranged according to needs, and the manual control of the brightness of the indicator light is realized.
