when the electric quantity of the inspection robot is insufficient, the control mainboard sends an autonomous charging instruction, after the robot is positioned at the charging station 7 through laser navigation, the electric push rod 4 is started to push the body charging device 5 to extend out of the shell 14 to be connected with the charging station 7, the protective cover 9 is pushed to turn over in the extending process of the body charging device 5, the body charging device 5 retracts into the shell 14 under the action of the electric push rod 4 after charging is completed, the protective cover 9 automatically restores the original position to seal the front end of the shell 14, in addition, the protective assembly also comprises a protective box 8 besides the protective cover 9, the protective box 8 is fixedly arranged on the front side of the shell 14, a sealing strip 12 is arranged between the outer edge of the protective box 8 and the inner wall of the shell 14 to seal the interior of the shell 14, in addition, a drain hole 13 is arranged on the lower side of a projecting part of the protective box 8, without affecting the internal components of the housing 14. When the inspection robot encounters high-temperature weather, the heat dissipation in the shell 14 of the inspection robot is not timely, the circuit is easily burnt, at the moment, the fan 15 at the front end and the rear end of the shell 14 is started, wind enters from the air inlet at the rear end of the shell 14 and flows out from the air outlet at the front end of the shell 14 to take away the heat, and the heat in the shell 14 is effectively discharged in time.
