Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The LED display screen is easy to damage under the condition of high humidity, and in order to prolong the service life of the LED display screen, the embodiment of the invention provides a dehumidification method of the LED display screen, and the method comprises the following steps of:
s101, obtaining the shutdown time parameter of the LED display screen.
The dehumidification method of the LED display screen in the embodiment of the invention can be realized by a dehumidification system, and the dehumidification system is any system capable of realizing the dehumidification method of the LED display screen in the embodiment of the invention. For example:
the dehumidification system may be an apparatus comprising: a processor, a memory, a communication interface, and a bus; the processor, the memory and the communication interface are connected through a bus and complete mutual communication; the memory stores executable program code; the processor runs a program corresponding to the executable program code by reading the executable program code stored in the memory, so as to execute the LED display screen dehumidification method of the embodiment of the invention. Optionally, the dehumidification system may be specifically an LED display screen.
The dehumidification system can also be an application program used for executing the dehumidification method of the LED display screen in the embodiment of the invention when the application program runs.
The dehumidifying system can also be a storage medium for storing executable codes for executing the dehumidifying method of the LED display screen according to the embodiment of the present invention.
The dehumidification system obtains a shutdown time parameter of the LED display screen, and the shutdown time parameter represents the shutdown duration of the LED display screen. For example, the shutdown time parameter may include a ratio of a shutdown time period per unit time, and/or a shutdown time period from a last shutdown time, and the like. Optionally, in order to ensure that the shutdown time parameter is obtained, the dehumidification system may record the startup time and the shutdown time of the LED display screen.
And S102, judging whether the shutdown time parameter is larger than a target parameter threshold value.
The target parameter threshold is an empirical value, the specific value of the target parameter threshold is set related to the temperature and the humidity of the environment where the LED display screen is placed, and the higher the temperature and the humidity is, the smaller the target parameter threshold is. If the shutdown time parameter is greater than the target parameter threshold, it is determined that the environmental humidity of the LED display screen will have an adverse effect on the service life of the LED display screen, and therefore the LED display screen needs to be dehumidified. If the shutdown time parameter is not greater than the target parameter threshold, the environmental humidity of the LED display screen is not enough to cause adverse effects on the service life of the LED display screen, and therefore the LED display screen does not need to be dehumidified.
And S103, dehumidifying the LED display screen if the shutdown time parameter is greater than the target parameter threshold.
When the shutdown time parameter is greater than the target parameter threshold value, the dehumidification system dehumidifies the LED display screen, for example, heating wires can be pre-installed in the LED display screen, and the dehumidification system starts the heating wires in the LED display screen to dehumidify; or an exhaust fan can be pre-installed in the LED display screen, and the dehumidification system starts the exhaust fan of the LED display screen to dehumidify; or the dehumidification system is externally connected with air conditioning equipment to dehumidify the LED display screen, and the like. The LED display screen is matched with different dehumidifying devices, and different dehumidifying time and dehumidifying frequency can be set.
Optionally, if the shutdown time parameter is greater than the target parameter threshold, dehumidifying the LED display screen, including:
and if the shutdown time parameter is greater than the target parameter threshold, gradually increasing the brightness of the LED display screen according to a preset brightness enhancement rule so as to realize dehumidification of the LED display screen.
When the lamp beads in the LED display screen are lightened, heat can be generated, and the dehumidification system can realize dehumidification of the LED display screen by a method of gradually increasing the brightness of the lamp beads of the LED display screen. Different brightness enhancement rules can be set aiming at different target parameter thresholds, namely different brightness of the lamp beads and time for keeping the brightness are set. The brightness of the lamp beads in the LED display screen is gradually increased so as to reduce the humidity of the LED display screen.
The brightness enhancement rules may be summarized as follows: setting the initial brightness of the brightness of each lamp bead in the LED display screen as LightStart, setting the ending brightness as LightEnd, dividing the brightness into n grades, setting the step length of brightness increase as StepL, and setting the time for keeping each brightness grade as T.
For example, the initial luminance is 10%, the initial luminance is maintained for 2 hours, the luminance is maintained at 20% for 2 hours, the luminance is maintained at 30% for 2 hours, and so on until the luminance is restored to the luminance before dehumidification, that is, the luminance for normal use, after the luminance is ended for 2 hours.
The total dehumidification time is set according to the shutdown time parameter and the target parameter threshold. The setting principle is that the total dehumidification time is positively correlated with the shutdown time parameter, and the total dehumidification time is negatively correlated with the target parameter threshold, namely, the lower the moisture degree of the LED display screen is, the less the total dehumidification time is, the higher the moisture degree of the LED display screen is, and the longer the total dehumidification time is. When the brightness of the lamp beads of the LED display screen is low, the LED display screen is less damaged by humidity, the method of gradually increasing the brightness effectively reduces the damage of the humidity to the LED display screen, and meanwhile, the LED display screen is dehumidified, other dehumidification equipment such as an electric heating wire or an air conditioner does not need to be added, and the cost is saved.
In the embodiment of the invention, when the shutdown time parameter is greater than the target parameter threshold value, the LED display screen is dehumidified, so that the automatic dehumidification of the LED display screen can be realized, and the service life of the LED display screen is prolonged.
Optionally, before the determining whether the shutdown time parameter is greater than the target parameter threshold, the method further includes:
step one, acquiring the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity of the environment where the LED display screen is located.
The dehumidification system obtains the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity of the environment where the LED display screen is located, and the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity here can be the average temperature and the average humidity in unit time. The dehumidification system can acquire the ambient temperature through the temperature sensor, and acquire the ambient humidity through the humidity transducer.
And step two, determining the environmental temperature and the parameter threshold corresponding to the environmental humidity according to the corresponding relationship between the pre-established temperature, humidity and parameter threshold, and obtaining the target parameter threshold.
The parameter threshold is an empirical value measured by experiments, and the specific value of the parameter threshold is related to temperature and humidity, the temperature is inversely related to the parameter threshold, and the humidity is inversely related to the parameter threshold. The correspondence between both the temperature and the humidity and the parameter threshold is set in advance, for example, the temperature and the humidity are divided into a plurality of sections, and each section corresponds to the parameter threshold. And the dehumidification system determines the parameter threshold corresponding to the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity according to the corresponding relation and uses the parameter threshold as a target parameter threshold.
In the embodiment of the invention, the target parameter threshold is determined according to the ambient temperature and the ambient humidity, so that the target parameter threshold is more reasonable, and the dehumidification of the LED display screen in different humidity areas and different damp conditions can be met.
Optionally, the shutdown time parameter includes a shutdown time ratio of the shutdown time in unit time, and the target parameter threshold includes a target time ratio threshold.
The unit time may be set according to actual conditions, for example, 5 days, 7 days, 10 days, or the like. And when the shutdown time length ratio is greater than the target time length ratio threshold value, judging that the shutdown time parameter is greater than the target parameter threshold value.
For example, the dehumidification system may take T days as a unit time, and the dehumidification system records the time of lighting of the LED display screen each day, wherein the screen may be turned on and off several times during a day, and each set of data records the total time of turning on the LED display screen during the day. And judging the proportion of the closing time of the LED display screen in the T days. The total lighting time length T1 of the LED display screen is the sum of the lighting time of each day in T days, the total closing time is the ratio of the power-off time length of T-T1, which can be expressed as (T-T1)/T, and the larger the ratio of the power-off time length, the longer the required total dehumidification time.
Optionally, the shutdown time parameter includes a shutdown duration from a last shutdown time, and the target parameter threshold includes a target duration threshold.
When the LED display screen is affected with damp and is in a power-off state, the dehumidification system checks the last power-off duration when the dehumidification system is started. Whether the shutdown time of the LED display screen reaches a target time threshold is detected to determine whether dehumidification is needed. Longer periods of shutdown require longer total dehumidification times. And when the shutdown time length is greater than the target time length threshold value, judging that the shutdown time parameter is greater than the target parameter threshold value.
Optionally, when the shutdown time parameter includes a shutdown time and a shutdown time ratio, and the target parameter threshold includes a target time threshold and a target time ratio threshold, when any one of the conditions that the shutdown time is greater than the target time threshold and the shutdown time ratio is greater than the target time ratio threshold is met, it is determined that the shutdown time parameter is greater than the target parameter threshold.
Optionally, the shutdown time parameter includes an effective shutdown duration, and the target parameter threshold includes a target duration threshold;
correspondingly, the dehumidification method for the LED display screen further comprises the following steps:
step one, recording the starting time and the shutdown time of the LED display screen.
The dehumidification system records the starting-up time and the shutdown time of the LED display screen each time.
And step two, determining the starting time of the LED display screen each time according to the starting time and the shutdown time.
And step three, taking the shutdown time corresponding to the startup duration greater than the preset startup threshold value as the effective shutdown time.
The preset power-on threshold may be set according to actual conditions, for example, set to 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 1 hour.
And step four, determining the time length from the latest starting time to the last effective shutdown time to obtain the effective shutdown time length.
In order to prevent the detected shutdown time from failing to represent the damp condition of the LED display screen due to the short startup time, the startup with short time needs to be eliminated. For example, as shown in fig. 2, the power-on time between power-on 3 and power-off 3 is smaller than the preset power-on threshold, and the time between power-on 4 and power-off 2 is calculated as the effective power-off duration.
Optionally, the method for dehumidifying an LED display screen according to the embodiment of the present invention further includes:
step one, a dehumidification instruction is obtained.
The dehumidification system obtains a dehumidification instruction input by a user. The dehumidification command may include a dehumidification parameter. The dehumidification parameters are various set parameters in the dehumidification process of the LED display screen. For example, the dehumidification parameters may include an initial brightness LightStart, an end brightness LightEnd, a brightness level n, a brightness increase step StepL, and a time T for which each brightness level is maintained.
And step two, dehumidifying the LED display screen according to the dehumidifying instruction.
The dehumidification system triggers the dehumidification of the LED display screen through the dehumidification instruction, and the dehumidification process can be set in advance. When the dehumidification command contains the dehumidification parameters, the dehumidification system dehumidifies the LED display screen according to the dehumidification parameters.
In the embodiment of the invention, the LED display screen is dehumidified according to the dehumidification instruction, so that manual control dehumidification can be realized.
