Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of LED display screens, and particularly relates to an automatic dehumidification control method for an LED display screen.
Background
The method comprises the steps that a trained LED display screen customer firstly reduces the brightness of a display screen through control software before turning on the LED display screen which is turned off for a period of time, and gradually increases the brightness to a default value after turning on the LED display screen for a period of time. The slow start time is preset by the control software, for example, the slow start time is set to 20 minutes, and then when the display screen transmitter is turned off and turned on again, the brightness of the LED display screen will slowly increase to the default value within the set time. The above prior art has the following disadvantages:
1. most LED display screen users are untrained personnel, so that the personnel cannot be expected to be skilled in operation and setting skills;
2. the preset slow starting time is a fixed value, the adjustment cannot be carried out due to the closing time of the LED display screen, and under the condition that the closing time of some LED display screens is too long, the preset time is not enough to remove moisture in the lamp beads, so that the service life of the lamp beads is shortened or the lamp beads are burnt out due to the short circuit of the moisture;
3. if instantaneous power-off occurs and the screen is restarted for a short time, the preset slow start still acts once, and during the period, the brightness of the LED display screen cannot reach the expected brightness, so that the visual effect is influenced.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the defects in the prior art, the invention provides an automatic dehumidification control method for an LED display screen.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
an automatic dehumidification control method of an LED display screen is applied to the LED display screen formed by splicing a plurality of display boxes, a signal receiving card is arranged in each display box, each signal receiving card receives a signal sent by a transmitter and distributes data to each corresponding LED, and the LED display screen displays image quality with corresponding resolution according to the number of the LEDs;
the system architecture based on the control method comprises a battery management unit, a voltage detection unit, a timing unit, a memory unit, a comparison unit and a slow start unit; the control method specifically comprises the following steps:
1) before the emitter and the LED display screen are not started, the voltage detection unit detects that the voltage sent by the power management unit is at a low level, and the time of closing each display box at the last time is recorded in the data 1 of the memory unit;
2) the emitter and each display box are synchronously started, the voltage detection unit detects that the voltage sent by the power management unit is at a high level, and the timer obtains the starting time of each display box and records the starting time in the data 2 of the memory unit;
3) the memory unit sends the data 1 and the data 2 to the comparison unit, and sends the compared values to the slow starting unit, and the slow starting unit changes the brightness of the LED of each display box body to a default value according to the gradient and preset time by combining a slow starting brightness timetable in a dehumidification mode according to the closing time and the opening time day difference of each display box body so as to eliminate moisture in the LED lamp beads;
4) the emitter and each display box are synchronously closed, and the voltage detection unit detects a low-level signal sent by the power management unit at the moment and stores the closing time of each new display box into the data 1 of the memory unit.
Furthermore, the system framework is arranged on the signal receiving card of the transmitter or each display box body.
By adopting the technical scheme, the opening and closing time of each display box body is recorded by the self-contained timer, and whether the LED of the display box body is subjected to brightness control and enters a dehumidification mode is judged after the last closing time of the LED display screen is compared when the LED display screen is started every time, so that the intelligent control is realized without manual control.
Drawings
The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and the detailed description;
FIG. 1 is a block diagram of an LED display screen system according to the present invention;
fig. 2 is a slow start luminance schedule.
Detailed Description
As shown in fig. 1, the automatic dehumidification control method for the LED display screen of the present invention is applied to an LED display screen 2 formed by assembling a plurality of display boxes 1, each display box 1 is internally provided with a signal receiving card 4, each signal receiving card 4 distributes data to each corresponding LED after receiving a signal sent by a transmitter 3, and the LED display screen 2 displays the image quality with corresponding resolution according to the number of LEDs;
the system architecture based on the control method comprises a battery management unit, a voltage detection unit, a timing unit, a memory unit, a comparison unit and a slow start unit; the control method specifically comprises the following steps:
1) before the emitter 3 and the LED display screen 2 are not started, the voltage detection unit detects that the voltage sent by the power management unit is at a low level, and the time of closing each display box body 1 at the last time is recorded in the data 1 of the memory unit;
2) the emitter 3 and each display box body 1 are synchronously started, the voltage detection unit detects that the voltage sent by the power management unit is at a high level, and the timer obtains the starting time of each display box body 1 and records the starting time in the data 2 of the memory unit;
3) the memory unit sends the data 1 and the data 2 to the comparison unit, and sends the compared values to the slow start unit, the slow start unit changes the brightness of the LED of each display box body 1 to a default value according to the gradient and the preset time by combining the slow start brightness timetable (shown in figure 2) in the dehumidification mode according to the time of closing and the time of opening the display box bodies 1 and the time difference of days, so as to eliminate the moisture in the LED lamp beads;
4) the emitter 3 and each display box 1 are synchronously closed, and at the moment, the voltage detection unit detects a low-level signal sent by the power management unit, and stores the closing time of each new display box 1 into the data 1 of the memory unit.
In the present invention, the system is configured on the transmitter 3 or the signal receiving card 4 of each display box 1.
As known above, when the LED screen is turned on each time, the emitter 3 is simultaneously turned on, the automatic dehumidification mechanism built in the emitter 3 records the time of the last power-off and the time of the power-on of each display box 1, and the time difference between the last power-off and the current power-on is used to determine how long the screen should be dehumidified.
If a user passes through the date in the USB synchronous automatic dehumidification mechanism, the new date is updated and then immediately compared with the time counted by the timing unit, and if there is an error, the synchronized time is used as the reference of the timing unit, but the time data recorded in the memory unit data 1 and the data 2 are not affected.
According to the invention, the integral dehumidification of the screen is changed into the dehumidification of the single display box body, so that the dehumidification effect is better and outstanding, and the effect is better.
While the invention has been described in connection with the above embodiments, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed embodiments, which are illustrative and not restrictive, and that those skilled in the art will understand that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some or all of the technical features may be equivalently replaced; such modifications and substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the present invention, and they should be construed as being included in the following claims and description.
