In summary, by means of the technical scheme, the fake-licensed vehicle can be quickly identified, the alarm can be given to the vehicle management control center in time, videos and photos of a vehicle field can be quickly extracted, a short message can be automatically sent to a vehicle owner of the fake-licensed vehicle for warning and notification, meanwhile, a person on duty nearest to the fake-licensed vehicle can be automatically notified to go to intercept the vehicle, a lens of the vehicle image identification terminal can be cleaned, the phenomenon that the use is influenced due to the fact that the lens is blurred for a long time is avoided, and auxiliary power supply can be performed by means of solar energy to save electric energy.
