The invention can convert cash collected on the parking site into electronic charge for automatic payment, thereby reducing the risk of fund management of the parking lot, reducing the difficulty of the management of the parking lot and improving the management level of the parking lot.

the system comprises a parking lot charging computer and a parking lot management system server which are mutually connected through a network, a third party payment platform connected with the parking lot management system server through the network, and a toll collector mobile phone connected with the third party payment platform through the network; a parking lot charging system is installed on the parking lot charging computer, a parking lot management system is installed on a parking lot management system server, and payment software is installed on a mobile phone of a toll collector; the parking lot charging system, the parking lot management system and the third party payment platform are communicated by adopting an http protocol, and all communication data are encrypted and transmitted.
The network of the system is a wired or wireless network. The third party payment platform is WeChat or Paibao.
A method for converting cash charge of parking site into electronic charge automatic payment, when there is a need for payment, the toll collector clicks the shift-passing button on the parking lot charging system installed on the parking lot charging computer, the parking lot charging system will automatically request the parking lot management system installed on the parking lot management system server to inquire whether there is an abnormal record in the current on duty period of the toll collector, when there is an abnormal record, abnormal data information is prompted on the interface of the parking lot charging system; when no abnormal information exists, the parking lot charging system automatically requests a third party payment platform to generate a corresponding payment two-dimensional code according to a payment mode selected by a toll collector, the toll collector, namely the toll collector in the parking lot selects the payment mode according to the prompt of the parking lot charging system, then uses payment software installed on a mobile phone of the toll collector to open a scanning function, enters a corresponding payment interface, and clicks a payment button to enter a payment process after confirming that the amount of money is correct; and after the payment is finished, the third party payment platform informs the parking lot management system of the payment result, and the parking lot management system sends the payment result to the payment personnel and the parking lot management personnel according to the payment result issued by the third party payment platform and the service order data of the toll collector during the current duty period.
And the payment software collected by the paying personnel, namely the parking lot toll collector, is a WeChat APP or a Paibao APP.
The invention has the advantages that:
a. the risk of the fund management of the parking lot is reduced, and a toll collector can finish paying the cash fee according to the system prompt when changing shifts;
b. the difficulty of parking lot management is reduced, and the purposes of cost reduction and efficiency improvement are achieved. The communication between the toll collector and the manager is finished by the system, so that the return of the toll collector between the parking lot and the management enterprise is avoided;
c. the management level of the parking lot is improved, the system automatically checks the cash order of the toll collector, and the order state is automatically modified after payment is finished.

The network of the system can adopt a wired network or a wireless network according to requirements. The third party payment platform 4 is a WeChat or Paibao which is widely used in the prior art, and other payment platforms can be updated and adopted in due time according to the technical development.
