In an embodiment of the present disclosure, a user identification device includes: scanning means and identification means; the scanning device is used for scanning the identity recognition code in the mobile terminal of the target user, and the recognition device is used for recognizing the identity recognition code to obtain the identity information of the target user. It should be noted that, the target user is any user ready to enter the restaurant for dining, and the present disclosure only uses the target user as an example to illustrate the dining process of the target user, and the target does not represent any limitation.
For example, the unmanned cafeteria has professional application software (APP) used in a matching manner, each user can download the special application software used in a matching manner with the unmanned cafeteria to a mobile terminal (such as a mobile phone, a tablet computer, etc.), and the user registers an account number in the application software and associates the account number with payment software or a payment account number; or each user can download payment software (such as WeChat/Payment treasury/cloud flash payment/Bank APP) into the mobile terminal, an applet matched with the unmanned cafeteria is embedded in the payment software, and an account number is registered in the payment software, so that the registration information and payment information of each user can be bound, and user registration information and electronic payment information including user identity information, bank account number information, payment passwords, face characteristics, fingerprint information and the like are arranged in the special application software (APP) or the payment software. After registration is completed, the identity information of each user is stored in a memory.
Taking application software as an example, application software (APP) in a mobile terminal of a user can generate a two-dimensional code, identity information of the user and the like are stored in the two-dimensional code, when a certain user needs to enter an unmanned cafeteria for dining, the two-dimensional code generated by the application software is opposite to a scanning part of user identity recognition equipment, after the code scanning, the user identity recognition equipment decodes the two-dimensional code, a decoding result is transmitted to a server, if the two-dimensional code is identifiable, the identified identity information is matched with the identity information stored in a memory in advance, the identity of the user is determined to be legal, and the user is allowed to enter the restaurant.
Of course, the user identification device may further include: face recognition module, fingerprint identification module. When a user needs to enter a restaurant for dining, a face recognition module in the user identity recognition system can acquire the face characteristics of a target user by scanning the face, and acquire the identity information of the target user according to the face characteristics of the target user; or when the target user needs to enter a restaurant for dining, the fingerprint identification module in the user identification system acquires the fingerprint information of the target user, and acquires the identity information of the target user according to the fingerprint information of the target user.
According to the unmanned cafeteria system, when a user enters a restaurant for dining, the user identity recognition equipment at the entrance of the restaurant recognizes the identity information of the user and sends the identity information to the server for storage, the user takes a dinner plate to select favorite commodities to be sold from a dinner cabinet, after the user takes the commodities to be sold from the dinner cabinet, the monitoring equipment sends a monitoring picture of the commodities to be sold taken by the user to the server, the server analyzes the monitoring picture to obtain at least one of the shape of each container taken by the user, the color of each container, the type of the commodities to be sold and the number of the commodities to be sold, and further obtains the consumption amount of the commodities to be sold according to the price information stored in the memory, and calculates the total consumption amount of all the commodities to be sold after the user finishes taking the commodities; and when settlement is carried out, the consumption information is sent to the mobile terminal of the target user, wherein the consumption information comprises, but is not limited to, the type of the commodity selected by the user for sale, the corresponding price information, the color of the container, the shape of the container, the total consumption amount and the like, so that the user can clearly know the consumption condition of the meal. When the user finishes taking the meal to settle accounts, the settlement equipment can directly deduct the meal amount from a payment account corresponding to the user.
The identification of the server according to the monitoring picture specifically comprises the following steps: if the server can identify the color of the container taken by the user, calculating the cost according to the price information corresponding to the color of the container; if the server can identify the shape of the container taken by the user, the cost settlement is carried out according to the price information corresponding to the shape of the container; if the server can identify the types and the numbers of the commodities to be sold in the containers taken by the users, the cost calculation is carried out according to the price information corresponding to the commodities to be sold. In the embodiment of the disclosure, the shape of the container and the type of the commodity to be sold do not need to be identified when the color of the container is identified; the color of the container and the type of the commodity to be sold do not need to be identified when the shape of the container is identified; the color of the container and the shape of the container do not need to be identified when the type of the commodity to be sold is identified; of course, the combination of the color of the container, the shape of the container, the type of the commodity to be sold, and the number of the commodity to be sold may be identified, that is, two or three of the color of the container, the shape of the container, the type of the commodity to be sold, and the number of the commodity to be sold may be identified, which is implemented specifically according to the actual situation, and the disclosure is not limited in any way.
It should be noted that the dinner cabinet can be a plane dinner cabinet with only one layer, and also can be a three-dimensional dinner cabinet with multiple layers. In addition, since dishes, fruits, etc. in a restaurant change every day, or goods for sale contained in containers of different colors are different every day, or price information of goods for sale, price information corresponding to containers of each color, price information corresponding to containers of each shape change or are adjusted according to the price of goods for sale, price information corresponding to containers of each shape, and price information corresponding to containers of each color stored in a memory are entered through data initialization.
In addition, the video monitoring system in the unmanned self-service restaurant system comprises a plurality of monitoring devices, and the video monitoring system not only can monitor all behavior information of a user from entering to leaving the restaurant, but also can monitor the flow of people in the restaurant, the consumption condition of each commodity to be sold and the like.
For example, after the user enters the restaurant, the monitoring device may perform video target recognition and tracking (or face recognition) on the user, and track and record behavior information of the user, so as to monitor whether the user has abnormal behaviors in real time. In another example, the monitoring device may monitor the traffic of people in the whole restaurant, and when detecting that the traffic of people exceeds a preset threshold, send traffic saturation information to the server, and the server controls the opening and closing of the access control device according to the traffic saturation information, or pushes traffic saturation information to the display device, so that the user avoids peak dining time and reasonably selects dining time. Also exemplary, the monitoring device may monitor the consumption of each commodity for sale in the entire restaurant, thus facilitating the kitchen personnel to view the consumption of the dishes in real time via the monitoring display, the mobile terminal, etc., so as to supplement the dishes in time.
Based on the unmanned cafeteria system shown in fig. 1, referring to fig. 2, the unmanned cafeteria system may further include: an access control device 106, a management terminal 107, a display device 108, a temperature sensor (not shown in fig. 2), and a thermal insulator (not shown in fig. 2).
The entrance guard 106 is disposed at an entrance of a restaurant, and is used for guiding a user to enter or leave the restaurant when the user is detected. By arranging the access control device, the unmanned cafeteria can form a relative closed space. For example, referring to fig. 3, the unmanned cafeteria is provided with an entrance and an exit, each of the entrance and the exit is provided with an entrance guard device, the entrance guard device at the entrance of the user is provided with a sensing device such as an infrared sensor, etc., and when the user enters the cafeteria, the entrance guard device senses that a person walks through the entrance guard and then is automatically closed. When the user settles and leaves the restaurant, the entrance guard device at the user outlet senses that a person approaches the entrance guard device from the inside of the restaurant, the entrance guard device can be automatically opened, and after the user leaves the restaurant, the entrance guard device senses that the person walks through the entrance guard and then is automatically closed. When the user enters the restaurant, a video monitoring system (such as camera 102 shown in FIG. 3) located at the top or around the restaurant video tracks the user.
In one embodiment of the disclosure, the user identification device may be disposed before the entrance guard device, that is, the user's identity information is acquired first, the server matches the user's identity information identified by the user identification device with the identity information stored in the memory in advance, and the entrance guard device is opened to allow the user to enter the restaurant when verifying that the user's identity is legal.
In one embodiment, the target user can set the number of dining persons through the mobile terminal before dining, and the user identity recognition device allows the same number of dining persons as the set number of dining persons to enter the restaurant after acquiring the identity information of the target user, wherein the dining persons comprise the target user; after all the diners finish taking the meals, the server calculates the total consumption amount of all the diners, and the settlement device deducts the same amount as the total consumption amount of all the diners from the payment account number of the target user. Assuming that 4 dining persons are set in the mobile terminal by the target user, the user identification device identifies the two-dimensional code of the mobile terminal of the target user, the two-dimensional code contains the identity information of the target user and the dining persons, the gate inhibition device allows the 4 dining persons to conduct dining according to the dining persons, the consumption amount of each dining person is charged according to the description, and the total consumption amount of all the dining persons is deducted from the payment account number of the target user.
In addition, the memory stores dining information of each dining person, the dining information comprises dining time of each time, selected commodities and the like, and when a user enters a restaurant, the server matches the identity information of the user identified by the user identity identification device with the identity information stored in the memory, acquires historical dining information of the user, generates recommendation information of the user according to the historical dining information of the user and the current commodities to be sold, and sends the recommendation information to the display device for display. Of course, if the user downloads the application program of the unmanned cafeteria, the recommendation information may also be sent to the terminal device corresponding to the user. It should be noted that, there may be multiple display devices of the unmanned cafeteria, and the display screen corresponding to the recommendation information may be independently disposed around the user identification device, or may be built in the user identification device.
According to different dishes, different dishes need different temperatures, so that a temperature sensor and a heat retainer can be arranged at the bottom of each layer of the dinner cabinet, and the temperature sensor and the heat retainer are respectively connected with a server; the temperature sensor is used for detecting the temperature of the dinner cabinet and sending the temperature to the server; the server is used for detecting whether the temperature of the dinner cabinet meets a preset temperature range or not, and sending a heating instruction or a refrigerating instruction to the heat retainer when the temperature of the dinner cabinet is detected to not meet the preset temperature range; the heat retainer is used for heating according to the heating instruction or refrigerating according to the refrigerating instruction. In this way, the temperature sensor and the heat retainer can enable the commodity to be sold in a preset range. If the food to be sold placed in the container of the dinner cabinet is a hot dish, the temperature sensor sends a heating instruction to the heat retainer when detecting that the temperature of the dinner cabinet is less than a preset temperature, and the heat retainer heats according to the heating instruction until the temperature accords with the preset temperature range; if the commodities to be sold placed in the container of the dinner cabinet are other commodities such as beef rolls, ice cream and the like, when the temperature sensor detects that the temperature of the dinner cabinet is higher than a preset temperature, a refrigeration instruction is sent to the heat retainer, and the heat retainer carries out refrigeration according to the refrigeration instruction until the temperature accords with a preset temperature range.
For the management terminal, the management terminal is in communication connection with the server, and the management terminal is used for inquiring and accessing the server and the memory to acquire various information of the restaurant. The management terminal may be a smart phone, pad, PC, notebook, etc. For example: the management terminal can download the APP of the unmanned cafeteria, and inquires about the commodities to be sold and the unit price information of each commodity to be sold in the same day by accessing the server and the memory, and inquires about the information such as whether the passenger flow of the current cafeteria is saturated or not. Of course, if the user of the management terminal is a manager, the manager can remotely process the restaurant abnormal situation transmitted from the server through the management terminal.
The display device can be independently or internally arranged in the settlement device, and when the user finishes taking the meal to settle accounts, the server sends the consumption information of the user to the display device for display, so that the user can know the consumption condition in time conveniently.
Based on the unmanned cafeteria, the user downloads the professional application program of the unmanned cafeteria to the mobile terminal, and the user registers an account number in the application software and associates the account number with payment software or payment account number, wherein the registered account number comprises user identity information, fingerprint information, face characteristics and the like.
Before a user enters a restaurant to eat, the number of people eating is set in an application program in the mobile terminal. In the embodiment of the disclosure, a two-dimensional code is defaulted to correspond to one diner, and if the two-dimensional code needs to correspond to a plurality of diners, the corresponding diners need to be set in the application program.
When a user enters a restaurant for dining, the user identity recognition equipment recognizes the two-dimensional code generated by the application software, analyzes the two-dimensional code to obtain user identity information, and after the server checks the user identity, the entrance guard device at the entrance is opened to allow the users with the same number as the number of dining people in the application program to enter the restaurant. In the embodiment of the disclosure, when the user identity recognition device recognizes the two-dimensional code of the user, the user identity recognition device records the time point of recognizing the two-dimensional code, meanwhile, the video monitoring system also carries out video target recognition and tracking on the user entering the restaurant in real time, the time point is recorded while the target recognition and tracking are carried out, and the server binds the target user (possibly one or more people) in the video image with the user marked by the two-dimensional code according to the time point, so that the behavior of the user is always tracked and recorded by using the video image technology, and the behavior of the user for taking dishes is associated with the two-dimensional code.
When a user takes a commodity to be sold from a dinner cabinet in the taking process, the monitoring equipment sends a monitoring picture of the commodity to be sold taken by the user to the server, and records the time of the container to be taken by the user; in addition, because the video monitoring system can track the video of the user in real time, the user can know that the user obtains the commodity for sale from a certain dinner cabinet at a certain time through the image processing technology, and the server records the commodity for sale taken by the user into the consumption list of the user. Meanwhile, the server analyzes the monitoring picture to obtain at least one of the shape of the container taken by the user, the color of the container, the type of the commodity to be sold and the number of the commodity to be sold, further obtains the consumption amount of the commodity to be sold according to the price information stored in the memory, calculates the total consumption amount of all the fetched commodities after the user finishes taking meals, and sends the consumption information to the mobile terminal of the user, wherein the consumption information comprises but not limited to the type and the number of the commodity to be sold selected by the user, the corresponding price information, the color of the container, the shape of the container, the total consumption amount and the like, and thus the user can clearly know the consumption condition of the meal. When the user finishes taking the meal to settle accounts, the settlement equipment can directly deduct the meal amount from a payment account corresponding to the user.
Of course, if the balance on the payment account of the user is insufficient, the payment two-dimensional code corresponding to the user can be scanned to deduct fees, the face features of the user can be scanned to deduct fees from a third party payment platform bound with the face features, and the settlement device sends the payment information to the server after the payment information of the user is obtained. Further, the user may use coupons, or discount rolls, etc., and the total amount the user needs to pay is the sum of the products of the multiple commodity unit prices and the take weights minus the coupon and/or coupon amounts and/or discount amounts.
The embodiment of the disclosure provides an unmanned cafeteria system, which automatically calculates the consumption amount through prestored price information based on the color and shape of a container of a commodity to be sold taken by a user and the type and number of the commodity to be sold, so that the problem that the prices of the existing dishes are the same is solved; meanwhile, the user identity information and the payment account are mutually bound, and after the user takes the payment account, the consumption settlement is finished through code scanning consumption or secret-free automatic deduction, so that the consumption operation of the user is greatly facilitated.
