and the target handling node, the target rechecking node and the target approval node verify the CA certificate of an approval initiator in a parallel approval link in the target approval process according to the approval intelligent contract, and perform endorsement verification and approval consensus on the payment transaction data under the condition that the CA certificate of the approval initiator is verified, wherein the approval initiator comprises the target rechecking node and the target approval node.
5. The method of claim 2, wherein the storing of the data contract obtained after approval consensus by the target handling node, the target review node and the target approval node comprises:
the target handling node, the target rechecking node and the target approval node generate a data contract for the data after approval consensus, generate a unique label for the data contract, pack a plurality of data contracts and corresponding labels to generate a block, generate a unique hash value for the block, and write the hash value into the head of the block.
6. The method of claim 1, wherein the sponsoring node, the reviewing node and the approving node all have rights corresponding to their CA certificates.
7. The method according to claims 5 and 6, further comprising:
and the handling node and/or the rechecking node and/or the approval node accesses the data contract according to the hash value of the block and the label of the data contract by using corresponding authority.
8. A mobile payment to public system comprising a blockchain comprising a plurality of handling nodes, a plurality of review nodes, and a plurality of approval nodes;
the target management node is any one management node and is used for initiating a mobile payment request for the office, and the mobile payment request for the office carries the CA certificate and the payment transaction data of the target management node;
the target rechecking node and the target approval node corresponding to the payment transaction data are used for verifying the CA certificate of the target handling node;

the target management node, the target rechecking node and the target examination and approval node are also used for storing the data contract obtained after examination and approval consensus.

The system of claim 8, wherein the target handling node is further configured to trigger an approval smart contract corresponding to the transaction type of the payment transaction data, and the approval smart contract presets the target review node and the target approval node in the target distributed ledger channel corresponding to the transaction type of the payment transaction data and a target approval process corresponding to the transaction type of the payment transaction data.

The system according to claim 9, wherein when the target approval process is a multi-stage approval process, the target handling node, the target review node, and the target approval node are specifically configured to, according to the approval intelligent contract, sequentially verify a CA certificate of an approval initiator at each approval link in the target approval process, and perform endorsement verification and approval consensus on the payment transaction data when the CA certificate of the approval initiator is verified, where the approval initiator includes the target review node and the target approval node.
