Abstract
The invention discloses a baseline-based MBOM (management and control) technical state control method, which comprises the steps of respectively establishing a product basic baseline and a product production baseline in a product data management system, respectively establishing a technical change sheet, a technical temporary change sheet or a process notice sheet according to technical states caused by different reasons of a product, causing a product baseline maintenance flow to issue change data to the product production baseline and a downstream system, and issuing MBOM (management and control) and process regulation data in the product production baseline to the downstream system. The invention manages the products in different state batches through the base line, puts all data related to MBOM and process procedures of the products into the corresponding batch base line, maintains the basic state base line of the products through related technical data, and realizes accurate management and control of the technical state of the related products according to the related data of the production base line updated in the subsequent change process.
