And S3, obtaining accurate positioning through RTK, carrying out translation and rotation mapping on the initial external block diagram according to remote sensing image data, obtaining the initial position of the real estate through an analysis method, obtaining coordinates of the boundary points by matching with a mapping method, generating coordinate strings of the boundary points, outputting a coordinate set, and generating a land map with coordinate information according to the boundary points.
And S4, generating a to-be-confirmed measuring drawing and to-be-confirmed basic information according to the basic information of the real estate, the layered household map of the real estate, the boundary point coordinate string and the land map, wherein the to-be-confirmed basic information is required materials for the real estate registration application, and comprises a site survey table, a land plot, an application table, a rights and interests questionnaire and the boundary point coordinate string.
And S5, outputting the to-be-confirmed map and the to-be-confirmed basic information.
And S6, if the information confirmed by the right person is received, generating format data required by the real estate registration system by the to-be-confirmed map and the to-be-confirmed basic information, and importing and interfacing with the real estate registration system under the condition of network connection. Through the steps, the related charts of the real property can be obtained, the related charts are converted into formats required by registration, and under the condition of network communication of the intelligent terminal, the charts obtained by mapping can be directly uploaded to the real property registration system.
Since the steps S1-S5 are described in detail in the above embodiments, they are not described here again. In step S6, after the right confirms the information to be confirmed, the file format is converted to generate format data required by the real estate registration system. Under the condition of network communication, the file docking can be realized, and related files can be directly submitted.
The real estate mapping method based on the graphic method and the analytic method solves the technical problems that the mapping process is complex and the graphic cannot be immediately formed in the prior art, and can realize convenient office. Centimeter-level positioning can be realized through RTK, and traditional manual mapping efficiency is improved. The traditional mapping mode is changed, and the map is integrally drawn and formed by layering and separating the family map of the land and the property. The automatic mapping table can print work results on site, and the office masses can verify mapping results on site and perform signature confirmation, so that the traditional mapping registration mode is changed. The format data required by the real estate registration system can be automatically generated, and the real estate registration system can be imported and docked with the real estate registration system after being connected with the network.
Besides the real estate drawing method based on the graphic method and the analytic method, the invention also provides a real estate drawing system based on the graphic method and the analytic method. As shown in fig. 8, the present system includes a smart terminal 10, a ranging apparatus 20, and an RTK30 using any of the above methods, the smart terminal 10 and the ranging apparatus 20 and the RTK30 being connected through a communication network; the intelligent terminal 10 includes the following modules:
the information acquisition module 11 is used for creating a real estate mapping project and acquiring basic information;
the graphic mapping module 12 is connected with the distance measuring equipment 20, and is used for drawing according to a preset graphic, and processing the drawn preset graphic through segmentation and combination to generate an initial external block diagram, a real estate layering household-separating diagram and an initial ownership boundary diagram;
the position confirmation module 13 is connected with the RTK30, and is used for obtaining accurate positioning through the RTK30, translating and rotating a falling map of an initial external block diagram according to remote sensing image data, obtaining an initial position of a real estate through an analysis method, obtaining coordinates of boundary points by matching with a graphic method, generating coordinate strings of the boundary points, outputting a coordinate set, and generating a block map with coordinate information according to the boundary points;
the information generating module 14 is configured to generate a to-be-confirmed map and to-be-confirmed basic information according to basic information of the real estate, a layered division map of the real estate, a boundary point coordinate string and a land map, where the to-be-confirmed basic information is required for registering an application of the real estate, and includes a site survey table, a land plot, an application table, a rights and interests questionnaire and the boundary point coordinate string.
The related units provided by the system are used for executing related instructions in the real estate mapping method based on the graphic method and the analytic method, and the detailed description is omitted herein.
The real estate mapping system based on the graphic method and the analytic method solves the technical problems that the mapping process is complex and the graphic cannot be immediately formed in the prior art, and can realize convenient office. The traditional mapping mode is changed, and the map is integrally drawn and formed by layering and separating the family map of the land and the property.
In addition to the real estate drawing method based on the graphic method and the analytic method provided by the invention, the invention also provides a real estate drawing system based on the graphic method and the analytic method. the information generating module 14 is configured to generate a to-be-confirmed map and to-be-confirmed basic information according to basic information of the real estate, a layered division map of the real estate, a boundary point coordinate string and a land map, where the to-be-confirmed basic information is required for registering an application of the real estate, and includes a site survey table, a land plot, an application table, a rights and interests questionnaire and the boundary point coordinate string.
And the output printing module 15 is connected with the portable printing device 40, and is used for outputting the to-be-confirmed map and the to-be-confirmed basic information.

According to the real estate mapping system based on the graphic method and the analytic method, the technical effects are achieved, meanwhile, the graphic forms can be automatically formed to form the table, work results can be printed on site, the office masses can verify the mapping results on site, signature confirmation is carried out, and the traditional mapping registration mode is changed.

s21, selecting basic graph combinations or manually drawing basic contours according to the basic contours of the real estate, and generating an initial external block diagram according to the obtained real estate measurement results;
s22, drawing the initial external block diagram through segmentation and combination according to the structure and the functional partition of the real estate, and generating a real estate sketch;
s23, marking wall genus and structure on the real estate sketch, and carrying out layering treatment on the real estate sketch to generate a real estate layering household-separating drawing;
s24, generating a boundary point according to the peripheral inflection point of the initial external block diagram, and marking the four-to-wall relationship of the real property to generate an initial weight boundary line diagram;
s3, obtaining accurate positioning through RTK, carrying out translation and rotation image falling on the initial external block diagram according to remote sensing image data, obtaining an initial position of the real property through an analytic method, obtaining coordinates of a boundary point by matching with a graphic method, generating a coordinate string of the boundary point, outputting a coordinate set, and generating a map with coordinate information according to the boundary point;
s4, generating a to-be-confirmed measuring drawing and to-be-confirmed basic information according to the basic information of the real estate, the layered household map of the real estate, the boundary point coordinate string and the land area map, wherein the to-be-confirmed basic information is required materials for registering applications of the real estate and comprises a site survey table, the land area map, an application table, a rights and interests questionnaire and the boundary point coordinate string.
2. The real estate mapping method based on the graphic method and the analytical method according to claim 1, characterized in that the step of S1 specifically comprises:
s11, acquiring the basic information of the rights of the real estate;
s12, collecting basic information of the real estate, wherein the basic information of the real estate comprises whether the real estate is located, is first registered, is in a building structure, is in a property, is in an approved land area, is in an approved building area, is in floor information, and is in a rural house ownership license number.

s32, overlapping the boundary point and the real estate sketch generated in the process of drawing the religion map with the received positioning points, and determining the orientation according to the direction shown by the compass;
s33, moving the GNSS receiver to a base point, and judging whether fine adjustment is needed or not through remote sensing image data;
s34, obtaining the initial position of the real estate by an analysis method, obtaining coordinates of the boundary points by matching with a drawing method, and generating a coordinate string of the boundary points.
5. The real estate mapping method based on the graphic method and the analytic method according to claim 4, characterized by the step of S34 specifically comprising:
s341, converting the base point into corresponding base point space projection coordinates according to the longitude and latitude coordinates returned after the RTK is calculated, and placing the base point space projection coordinates in the center of a screen;
s342, placing the base point set in the drawing at the central position of the screen, obtaining the rotation angle, and calculating the radian of the included angle, wherein the radian of the included angle passes through the formulaObtaining, wherein θ is the included angle radian and rotation is the rotation angle;

s345, calculating the space projection coordinates of the adjacent points according to the actual distance, the radian of the included angle between the base point and the space projection coordinates of the base point, wherein the space projection coordinates of the adjacent points are obtained by a formula (l x cos theta+p1. X, l x sin theta+p1. Y), wherein theta is the radian of the included angle, p1.X is the abscissa of the space projection coordinates of the base point and p1.Y is the ordinate of the space projection of the base point.
6. The real estate mapping method based on the graphic method and the analytic method according to claim 1, characterized in that the method further comprises step S5, outputting the map to be confirmed and the basic information to be confirmed.

The real estate mapping method based on the graphic method and the analytical method according to claim 1, characterized by the method further comprising the steps of: and S6, if the information confirmed by the right person is received, generating format data required by the real estate registration system by the to-be-confirmed map and the to-be-confirmed basic information, and importing and interfacing with the real estate registration system under the condition of network connection.

the information acquisition module is used for creating real estate mapping engineering and acquiring basic information;
the graphic mapping module is connected with the distance measuring equipment and used for drawing according to a preset graphic, and processing the drawn preset graphic through segmentation and combination to generate an initial external block diagram, a real estate layering household diagram and an initial equity boundary diagram;
the position confirmation module is connected with the RTK, and is used for obtaining accurate positioning through the RTK, carrying out translation and rotation image falling on the initial external block diagram according to remote sensing image data, obtaining the initial position of the real property through an analysis method, obtaining coordinates of a boundary point by matching with a graphic method, generating a boundary point coordinate string, outputting a coordinate set, and generating a block map with coordinate information according to the boundary point;
the information generation module is used for generating a to-be-confirmed survey chart and to-be-confirmed basic information according to the basic information of the real estate, the layered household chart of the real estate, the boundary point coordinate string and the land parcel map, wherein the to-be-confirmed basic information is required materials for registering applications of the real estate and comprises a site survey table, a land parcel plot, an application table, a rights and interests questionnaire and the boundary point coordinate string.

The real estate mapping system based on the graphic method and the analytic method of claim 8 further comprising a portable printing device connected with an output printing module of the intelligent terminal, the output printing module being used for outputting the map to be confirmed and the basic information to be confirmed.
