As shown in fig. 2, the cleaning apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention may further include a pressure relief valve 700, and the pressure relief valve 700 is disposed between the water pump 100 and the inlet of the reservoir chamber 210 so as to open the pressure relief when the pressure in the reservoir chamber 210 is greater than the pressure threshold. In one embodiment of the invention, the pressure relief valve 700 may be integrated within the water pump 100 or at the outlet of the water pump 100.
As shown in fig. 3, the control module 500 may be disposed on the control board, and the control module 500 may be connected to the water pump 100 through a first power line 04 and connected to the heating assembly 200 through a second power line 05 to supply power to the water pump 100 and the heating assembly 200. The control module 500 is also connected to the temperature sensor 300 by a wire 06 to power the temperature sensor 300 and to receive the temperature sensed by the temperature sensor 300.
In an embodiment of the present invention, the control module 500 may include a timer and a power supply unit, wherein the timer is used for timing the first preset time, the second preset time and the duration of the cleaning procedure; the power supply unit is respectively connected with the heating element 220 and the water pump 100, wherein the power supply unit controls the heating element to start heating by supplying power to the heating element 220, and controls the water pump 100 to start or stop supplying power by supplying power to the water pump 100.
Specifically, when the range hood starts the cleaning procedure, the power unit in the control module 500 may supply power to the heating element 220 to control the heating element 220 to be turned on and heat the liquid storage chamber 210. As shown in fig. 4, the heating element 220 is continuously turned on throughout the cleaning process.
The temperature sensor 300 may detect the temperature of the heating element 220 or the reservoir 210. As shown in fig. 4, after the heating element 220 is turned on, the temperature of the heating assembly 200 detected by the temperature sensor 300 continuously increases, and when the temperature of the heating assembly 200 reaches the first preset temperature, i.e., the temperature t point, for the first time, the power unit in the control module 500 may supply power to the water pump 100, so as to control the water pump 100 to be turned on to pump the cleaning solution into the storage chamber 210. Because the temperature of the heating assembly 200 reaches the first preset temperature, that is, the temperature of the liquid storage cavity 210 is higher, when the cleaning liquid is pumped to the liquid storage cavity 210, the cleaning liquid can be instantly vaporized and instantly expanded to generate high-pressure steam and high-temperature liquid cleaning liquid, that is, a water-vapor mixture. As shown in fig. 2, the nozzle 400 includes a plurality of nozzle holes 410, and the high-pressure steam and the high-temperature liquid cleaning solution can be pushed by the high pressure to be sprayed to a location to be cleaned in the range hood through the plurality of nozzle holes 410. The heat carried by the high-temperature liquid cleaning liquid can reduce the heat loss of the steam in the injection process, and the impact force of the steam, namely the cleaning pressure, is larger, so that the range hood can be effectively cleaned through the water-vapor mixture. As shown in fig. 4, the cleaning pressure, i.e., the pressure of the reservoir 210, may increase as the cleaning fluid is heated instantaneously and decrease as the vapor mixture is ejected. The first preset temperature is a temperature at which the cleaning liquid instantaneously vaporizes and instantaneously expands when being pumped to the liquid storage chamber 210 to generate high-pressure steam and high-temperature liquid cleaning liquid, and in one embodiment of the present invention, the first preset temperature is 120 to 160 ℃.
It should be appreciated that as the cleaning fluid continues to enter, the temperature of the reservoir 210 may decrease as the cleaning fluid absorbs heat. That is, the temperature of the heating assembly 200 may tend to decrease after the water pump 100 is turned on for a period of time as shown in fig. 4. When the temperature of the heating assembly 200 is low, the cleaning pressure may be difficult to meet the cleaning requirements. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the on time of the water pump 100 reaches the first preset time T1 counted by the timer, the water pump 100 may be controlled to be turned off, so that the temperature of the heating assembly 200 is increased again. After the off state of the water pump 100 is maintained and the timer counts the time to reach the second preset time T2, the water pump 100 can be controlled to be started again, so that the cleaning pressure is increased again to spray the high-pressure steam and the high-temperature liquid cleaning liquid to the position needing to be cleaned in the range hood, and the range hood is cleaned.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the period T from the temperature of the heating assembly 200 first reaching the first preset temperature to the end of the washing process may include a plurality of washing cycles, each of which may be divided into a first preset time T1 and a second preset time T2, and the water pump 100 is controlled to be turned on at the first preset time T1 and the water pump 100 is controlled to be turned off at the second preset time T2. That is, the above-mentioned processes of controlling the water pump 100 to be turned on for the first preset time T1 and to be turned off for the second preset time T2 may be cyclically performed to implement the pulse washing of the range hood. In one embodiment of the present invention, the first predetermined time is 1-3 s, the second predetermined time is 3-8 s, and the duration of the cleaning process is 4-12 min. The whole cleaning procedure can include 20-160 cleaning cycles, i.e. 20-160 pulse cleaning can be performed in the whole cleaning procedure.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the water pump 100 may be controlled to be turned on every time the temperature of the heating assembly 200 reaches the first preset temperature, and the water pump 100 may be controlled to be turned off when the turn-on time of the water pump 100 reaches the first preset time. Thus, the cleaning cycle can be determined according to the temperature of the heating assembly 200 and the first preset time without timing the second preset time.
According to the cleaning device of the range hood, the control module is respectively connected with the water pump, the heating assembly and the temperature sensor, the control module controls the heating assembly to heat when the range hood starts a cleaning program, and controls the water pump to be started for a first preset time and to be stopped for a second preset time in each cleaning period after the temperature of the heating assembly reaches a first preset temperature for the first time, wherein when the water pump is started, cleaning liquid is pumped into the heating assembly to be heated to generate a high-temperature high-pressure water-vapor mixture, and the water-vapor mixture is sprayed out from the spray pipe to clean the range hood, so that the cleaning pressure is higher, the cleaning temperature is higher, the attenuation is slow, and the cleaning effect of the range hood can be greatly improved.
The invention also provides a range hood corresponding to the embodiment.
The range hood according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the cleaning device of the range hood according to the above embodiment of the present invention, and the specific implementation manner thereof can refer to the above embodiment, and is not described herein again to avoid redundancy.
According to the range hood provided by the embodiment of the invention, the cleaning device has the advantages that the cleaning pressure is higher, the cleaning temperature is higher, the attenuation is slow, and the cleaning effect is better.
Corresponding to the embodiment, the invention also provides a control method of the cleaning device of the range hood.
Referring to the above embodiment and fig. 1 to 3, the cleaning device according to the embodiment of the present invention includes a water pump, a heating assembly, a temperature sensor, and a spray pipe, the water pump is configured to pump cleaning liquid when the cleaning device is turned on, the heating assembly is connected to the water pump, the temperature sensor is disposed corresponding to the heating assembly, the temperature sensor is configured to detect a temperature of the heating assembly, and the spray pipe is connected to the heating assembly.
As shown in fig. 5, the method for controlling the cleaning device of the range hood according to the embodiment of the present invention includes the following steps:
and S1, controlling the heating component to heat when the range hood starts the cleaning program.
And S2, after the temperature of the heating component reaches a first preset temperature for the first time, controlling the water pump to be started for a first preset time and to be closed for a second preset time in each cleaning period, wherein when the water pump is started, the cleaning liquid is pumped into the heating component to be heated so as to generate a high-temperature and high-pressure water-vapor mixture, and the water-vapor mixture is sprayed out of the spray pipe to clean the range hood.
In one embodiment of the invention, the heating assembly comprises a liquid storage cavity and a heating element arranged corresponding to the liquid storage cavity, an inlet of the liquid storage cavity is connected with the water pump, and an outlet of the liquid storage cavity is connected with the spray pipe.
Specifically, when the range hood starts a cleaning program, the power can be supplied to the heating element to control the heating element to be started, and the liquid storage cavity is heated. As shown in fig. 4, the heating element is continuously turned on throughout the cleaning sequence.
The temperature sensor may detect the temperature of the heating element or the reservoir. As shown in fig. 4, after the heating element is turned on, the temperature of the heating assembly detected by the temperature sensor continuously rises, and when the temperature of the heating assembly reaches a first preset temperature, namely a temperature t point, for the first time, the power can be supplied to the water pump, so that the water pump is controlled to be turned on to pump the cleaning solution and pump the cleaning solution into the liquid storage cavity. Because heating element's temperature reaches first preset temperature, the temperature in stock solution chamber is higher promptly, and when the washing liquid was sent the stock solution chamber by the pump, can vaporize in the twinkling of an eye and expand in the twinkling of an eye, produce high-pressure steam and high temperature liquid washing liquid, the steam mixture promptly. As shown in fig. 2, the nozzle includes a plurality of nozzles, and the high-pressure steam and the high-temperature liquid cleaning solution can be pushed by the high pressure to be sprayed to the position to be cleaned in the range hood through the plurality of nozzles. 4, the cleaning pressure, i.e., the pressure of the reservoir, may increase as the cleaning liquid is instantaneously heated and decrease as the vapor mixture is ejected. The first preset temperature is a temperature which enables the cleaning liquid to be instantly vaporized and instantly expanded when being pumped to the liquid storage cavity to generate high-pressure steam and high-temperature liquid cleaning liquid, and in one specific embodiment of the invention, the first preset temperature is 120-160 ℃.
It should be appreciated that as the cleaning fluid continues to enter, the temperature of the reservoir may decrease as the cleaning fluid absorbs heat. That is, the temperature of the heating element may tend to decrease after the water pump is turned on for a period of time as shown in fig. 4. When the temperature of the heating assembly is low, the cleaning pressure may be difficult to meet the cleaning requirements. Therefore, in the embodiment of the present invention, when the on time of the water pump reaches the first preset time T1, the water pump may be controlled to be turned off, so that the temperature of the heating assembly rises again. After the off state of the water pump is maintained for the second preset time T2, the water pump can be controlled to be started again, so that the cleaning pressure is increased again to spray high-pressure steam and high-temperature liquid cleaning solution to the position needing cleaning in the range hood, and the range hood is cleaned.
Further, as shown in fig. 4, the period T from the temperature of the heating assembly reaching the first preset temperature for the first time to the end of the washing process may include a plurality of washing cycles, each of which may be divided into a first preset time T1 and a second preset time T2, and the water pump is controlled to be turned on at the first preset time T1 and to be turned off at the second preset time T2. That is, the above-mentioned processes of controlling the water pump to be turned on for the first preset time T1 and to be turned off for the second preset time T2 may be cyclically performed to implement the pulse cleaning of the range hood.
In other embodiments of the present invention, the water pump may be controlled to be turned on whenever the temperature of the heating element reaches the first preset temperature, and the water pump may be controlled to be turned off when the turning-on time of the water pump reaches the first preset time. Thus, the cleaning cycle can be determined according to the temperature of the heating assembly and the first preset time without timing the second preset time.
According to the control method of the cleaning device of the range hood, the heating assembly is controlled to heat when the range hood starts a cleaning program, the water pump is controlled to be started for the first preset time and to be closed for the second preset time in each cleaning period after the temperature of the heating assembly reaches the first preset temperature for the first time, when the water pump is started, cleaning liquid is pumped into the heating assembly to be heated to generate a high-temperature high-pressure water-vapor mixture, and the water-vapor mixture is sprayed out of the spray pipe to clean the range hood, so that the cleaning pressure is high, the cleaning temperature is high, the attenuation is slow, and the cleaning effect of the range hood can be greatly improved.
The invention also provides a non-transitory computer readable storage medium corresponding to the above embodiment.
