The first connecting portion 31 and the second connecting portion 32 extend from two ends of the elastic clamping portion 35, the first connecting portion 31 and the second connecting portion 32 are overlapped, and then the first connecting portion 31 and the second connecting portion 32 are fixed on an external structure, so that the pipeline 200 is fixed on the external structure.
When the two ends of the elastic clamping piece 35 are connected, the first connecting portion 31 is abutted to the second connecting portion 32, the first mounting hole 33 is overlapped with the second mounting hole 34, and the fixing piece 10 penetrates through the first mounting hole 33 and the second mounting hole 34, so that the first connecting portion 31 and the second connecting portion 32 are fixed together.
According to the technical scheme of the invention, the fixing piece 10 penetrates through the first connecting part 31 and the second connecting part 32 at two ends of the clamping strip 30, so that the first connecting part 31 and the second connecting part 32 are fixed together, and the clamping strip 30 can enclose an annular space 36 for accommodating a pipeline 200. When the anti-rotation pipe clamp is fixed on an external structure, one side of the anti-rotation teeth 20 is abutted to the external structure, so that when the anti-rotation pipe clamp is tightened, friction between the anti-rotation teeth 20 and the external structure is increased, and the anti-rotation pipe clamp is prevented from rotating. Meanwhile, the anti-rotation teeth 20 are simple in structure, and can ensure the assembly angle when the anti-rotation pipe clamps are in a common hole.
Specifically, the fixing member 10 includes a fixing pin 11 and a flange 12 extending from an end of the fixing pin 11 in a bending manner, the anti-rotation teeth 20 are disposed at an end of the fixing pin 11 away from the flange 12, the fixing pin 11 is used for being inserted into the first mounting hole 33 and the second mounting hole 34, and the flange 12 abuts against the first connecting portion 31. In this embodiment, the fixing pin 11 is inserted from the first mounting hole 33 and inserted into the second mounting hole 34. In the process of assembling the fixing pin 11 with the first mounting hole 33 and the second mounting hole 34, the flange 12 abuts against the first connecting portion 31 at the edge of the first mounting hole 33, so that a limiting effect is achieved, and the fixing pin 11 is prevented from sliding out of the first mounting hole 33 and the second mounting hole.
The fixing pin 11 and the first mounting hole 33 and the second mounting hole 34 can be fastened in a threaded fit or interference fit manner, so that the first connecting portion 31 and the second connecting portion 32 are connected, and the two ends of the clamping strip 30 are prevented from being scattered when the anti-rotation pipe clamp is tightened.
As an embodiment, the fixing pin 11 and the first mounting hole 33 and/or the second mounting hole 34 may be in a threaded fit manner, an internal thread is provided on an inner wall of the first mounting hole 33 and/or the second mounting hole 34, an external thread is provided on an outer wall of the fixing pin 11 (i.e., on a side abutting against the inner wall of the first mounting hole 33 and/or the second mounting hole 34), and the fixing pin 11 and the first connection portion 31 and the second connection portion 32 are stably assembled by the fit between the internal thread and the external thread.
As another example, the fixing pin 11 and the first mounting hole 33 and/or the second mounting hole 34 may be in an interference fit manner, so as to prevent the fixing member 10 from falling off from the first mounting hole 33 and/or the second mounting hole 34 during tightening of the anti-rotation pipe clamp, and further improve the stability of the assembly between the fixing member 10 and the first connection 31 and the second connection 32.
It should be noted that, this embodiment includes but is not limited to the above-mentioned solution, the installation direction of the fixing element 10 may be changed according to the application scenario, that is, the fixing pin 11 may be inserted into the second installation hole 34 and pass through the first installation hole 33, and the flange 12 abuts against the second connection portion 32 at the edge of the second installation hole 34.
Further, referring to fig. 3 and 4, the anti-rotation teeth 20 extend to the second connecting portion 32 along the axial direction of the first mounting hole 33 and/or the second mounting hole 34. In this embodiment, the length of the fixing pin 11 is set to be matched with the sum of the thicknesses of the first connecting portion 31 and the second connecting portion 32, that is, when the fixing pin 11 is inserted into the first mounting hole 33 and the second mounting hole 34, the fixing pin 11 is flush with the surface of the second connecting portion 32. The rotation preventing teeth 20 extend to the surface of the second connecting portion 32 to abut against the second connecting portion 32. Therefore, the fixing pin 11 is limited in the first mounting hole 33 and the second mounting hole 34 through the flanging 12 and the anti-rotation teeth 20, so that the fixing pin 11 is prevented from falling off from the first mounting hole 33 and/or the second mounting hole 34 in the process of tightening the anti-rotation pipe clamp, and the stability of the fixing piece 10 is further improved.
Specifically, in practical applications, the anti-rotation pipe clamp needs to be fixed on an external structure through the bolts 40 or rivets, etc. As an example, a through hole may be additionally formed in the first connecting portion 31 and the second connecting portion 32 for installing a fastener such as the bolt 40 or rivet so that the anti-rotation pipe clamp is fixed to an external structure.
Further, as another embodiment, please refer to fig. 1 and 5, in this embodiment, in order to further optimize the structure of the anti-rotation pipe clamp, in this embodiment, a through hole is formed on the fixing pin 11, the through hole 37 is used for installing a bolt 40, and a thread is formed on an inner wall of the through hole 37. In this embodiment, a through hole 37 is formed in the fixing pin 11, and a thread is formed on an inner wall of the through hole 37, so that the bolt 40 can fix the anti-rotation pipe clamp on an external structure through the through hole 37. It will be appreciated that when using rivets for fastening, it may not be necessary to provide the threads on the inner wall of the through-hole 37, in order to reduce the manufacturing costs. It should be noted that, in this embodiment, the flange 12 can also function as a bolt flat pad, so as to enhance the strength between the bolt 40 and the fixing member 10, and improve the reliability of the anti-rotation pipe clamp.
In the above process, since the fixing pin 11 is provided with the through hole, in order to enable the anti-rotation teeth 20 to be matched with the fixing pin 11, the anti-rotation teeth 20 are annularly arranged on the edge of the through hole. The friction force between the anti-rotation pipe clamp and an external structure is increased by arranging the saw-toothed anti-rotation teeth 20, so that the anti-rotation pipe clamp is prevented from rotating when tightened.
In order to further simplify the structure of the anti-rotation pipe clamp and improve the installation convenience of the anti-rotation pipe clamp, an adhesive is applied between the first connecting portion 31 and the second connecting portion 32 for bonding, so that the first connecting portion 31 and the second connecting portion 32 are connected. The rotation preventing teeth 20 are provided directly on the first coupling portion 31 at the edge of the first mounting hole 33 or on the second coupling portion 32 at the edge of the second mounting hole 34. The bolts 40 are directly inserted into the first mounting holes 33 and the second mounting holes 34.
Furthermore, a protective sleeve is sleeved outside the elastic clamping part 35, and the protective sleeve can be made of flexible rubber with the characteristics of insulation, corrosion resistance and the like so as to wrap the whole elastic clamping part 35, so that the service life of the anti-rotation pipe clamp is prolonged.
Further, referring to fig. 6, the anti-rotation pipe clamp further includes a limiting member 50, the limiting member 50 is disposed at the bottom of the clamping bar 30, and the anti-rotation teeth 20 abut against the limiting member 50. In the process of tightening the anti-rotation pipe clamp on the external structure, the limiting member 50 may be disposed between the anti-rotation pipe clamp and the external structure, and the limiting member 50 may be particularly disposed at the positions of the first connecting portion 31 and the second connecting portion 32, so as to limit the positions of the first connecting portion 31 and the second connecting portion 32; or may also be provided at the location of the resilient clamp 35 for defining the location of the resilient clamp 35; in this embodiment, the limiting member 50 further improves the stability of the anti-rotation pipe clamp, and avoids the position deviation in the tightening process.
Specifically, the limiting member 50 includes a limiting plate 52 and a limiting groove 51 disposed on the limiting plate 52, the first connecting portion 31 and the second connecting portion 32 are disposed in the limiting groove 51, and the width of the limiting groove 51 is adapted to the width of the first connecting portion 31 and the width of the second connecting portion 32. Through the lateral wall of spacing groove 51 is right first connecting portion 31 with second connecting portion 32 carries on spacingly, when tightening prevent rotating the pipe clamp, if prevent rotating the pipe clamp because external force when too big production skew, first connecting portion 31 with second connecting portion 32 then can the butt be in on the lateral wall of spacing groove 51 to can not further produce and deflect, thereby improved prevent rotating the stability of pipe clamp.
It can be understood that the limiting member 50 can also be disposed at the position of the elastic clamping portion 35, the width of the limiting groove 51 is adapted to the width of the elastic clamping portion 35, the elastic clamping portion 35 is disposed in the limiting groove 51, when the anti-rotation pipe clamp is tightened, if the anti-rotation pipe clamp deviates due to an excessive external force, the elastic clamping portion 35 will abut against the sidewall of the limiting groove 51, so that the deviation will not be further generated, and the stability of the anti-rotation pipe clamp is improved.
In addition, in order to solve the above problems, the present invention further provides a pipe clamp rotation prevention device, please refer to fig. 7, which includes a plurality of rotation prevention pipe clamps as described above, wherein a first connection portion 31 and a second connection portion 32 of the plurality of rotation prevention pipe clamps are overlapped, and a first installation hole 33 and a second installation hole 34 of the plurality of rotation prevention pipe clamps are communicated. In practical applications, a plurality of anti-rotation pipe clamps are fixed to an external structure through one bolt 40, wherein the anti-rotation teeth 20 arranged on the upper anti-rotation pipe clamp abut against the first connecting portion 31 of the other anti-rotation pipe clamp arranged on the lower anti-rotation pipe clamp, and so on, so that when the plurality of anti-rotation pipe clamps are tightened, the positions of the anti-rotation pipe clamps are not deviated.
When the anti-rotation pipe clamp is fixed on an external structure, one side of the fixing piece 10, which is provided with the anti-rotation teeth 20, is abutted to the external structure, so that when the anti-rotation pipe clamp is tightened, the friction force between the anti-rotation teeth 20 and the external structure is increased, and the anti-rotation pipe clamp is prevented from rotating. Meanwhile, the anti-rotation teeth 20 are simple in structure, and can ensure the assembly angle when the anti-rotation pipe clamps are in a common hole.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the present invention, and all modifications and equivalents of the present invention, which are made by the contents of the present specification and the accompanying drawings, or directly/indirectly applied to other related technical fields, are included in the scope of the present invention.
