Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further specifically described by the following embodiments and the accompanying drawings. In the specification, the same or similar reference numerals denote the same or similar components. The following description of the embodiments of the present invention with reference to the accompanying drawings is intended to explain the general inventive concept of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention.
In the following detailed description, for purposes of explanation, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the disclosed embodiments. It may be evident, however, that one or more embodiments may be practiced without these specific details.
Fig. 1 shows a structure of a pressing member and a torsion spring according to the related art.
According to the prior art, the torsion spring 1 is deformed by the pressing element 2, so that the locking element is disengaged from the key of the motor vehicle. As shown in fig. 1, the torsion spring 1 of the prior art is small and thin, which causes difficulty in assembly. Moreover, the pressing member 2 is fixed to the cylindrical pin head by heat fusion, and this structure is also unstable.
FIGS. 2 and 3 illustrate perspective views of an integrated locking member and spring according to an embodiment of the present invention;
as shown in fig. 2 and 3, a key assembly for a motor vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention includes an integrated locking member 30 and an elastic part 40.
As shown in fig. 2, the locking member 30 comprises a laterally projecting locking member, which in this embodiment is shown as a catch 38 and the resilient portion is shown as a leaf spring 40. As shown, the locking member 38 and the resilient portion 40 are integrally formed.
In the example shown in fig. 2, a locking part 30 is movably connected with the housing 10, said locking part 30 comprising a transverse base 37, a longitudinal projection 32 and a catch 38. The locking member 30 is connected to the resilient portion 40 by a transverse base portion 37. When the locking part 30 is in the first position, the hook 38 of the locking part 30 engages with the round hole 23 of the physical key 20 to lock the insertion portion 22 of the physical key 20 in the housing 10; when the locking part 30 is at the second position, the hook 38 of the locking part is disengaged from the round hole 23 of the physical key 20 to separate the physical key 20 from the housing 10; the release button 31 is provided to be able to translate the locking member 30 from the first position to the second position under the urging force toward the inside of the housing 10.
In the example shown in fig. 2, the lateral base 37 extends laterally from the release button 31 towards the inside of the housing 10. The longitudinal protrusions 32 extend longitudinally from the transverse base 31. The catch 38 extends transversely from the longitudinal projection 32 towards the release button 31, and the catch 38 is arranged to engage with the circular aperture 23 of the physical key 20 when the locking part is in the first position.
In the example shown in fig. 2, the locking member 30 further comprises a backstop 34, said backstop 34 being arranged to limit the movement of said locking member when the locking member is in the first position. In an embodiment, a backstop 34 extends longitudinally from the release button 31, the backstop 34 being arranged to abut a transverse stop wall 15 of the housing 10 to limit transverse movement of the locking member when the locking member is in the first position. A backstop 34 extends transversely from the release button 31, the backstop 34 being arranged to abut against the longitudinal stop wall 14 of the housing 10 to limit longitudinal movement of the locking member when the locking member is in the first position. The transverse retaining walls 15 and the longitudinal retaining walls 14 are shown in fig. 10.
As shown in fig. 3, the release button is provided on the outer side surface of the plate spring 40.
A key assembly for a motor vehicle according to an embodiment of the present invention, the key assembly 100, comprising: a housing 10, a physical key 20, a locking member 30, and a resilient portion 40. The physical key 20 has an insertion portion 22 capable of being inserted into the housing 10, and the insertion portion 22 is provided with a circular hole 23. The lock member 30 is supported by the housing 10 and is capable of parallel movement with respect to the housing 10. When the locking member 30 is in the first position, the locking member 30 can engage with the physical key 20 to lock the insertion portion 22 of the physical key 20 in the housing 10, at which time the physical key 20 is in a locked state. And when the locking member 30 is in the second position, the locking member 30 can be disengaged from the physical key 20 to enable the physical key 20 to be separated from the housing 10, at which time the physical key 20 is in an unlocked state. The elastic part 40 is provided inside the housing 10, and the elastic part 40 is integrally formed with the locking member 30 to provide a force to translate the locking member 30 from the second position to the first position.
In the example of fig. 4-8, when the release button 31 is forced (e.g., pressed toward the inside of the housing 10), the inner side surface of the release button 31 will push the resilient portion 40 to retract inward, thereby causing the locking member 30 to translate inward, causing the catch 38 of the locking member 30 to disengage from the circular hole 23 of the physical key 20. In this case, the physical key 20 can be pulled out from the housing 10. As an example, to facilitate the removal of the physical key 20 from the housing 10, the physical key 20 may include a grip portion 21 for the user to hold, but this is not required and the physical key 20 may not include the grip portion 21. When the force applied to the release button 31 of the locking member 30 is removed, the resilient portion 40 will spring back to eject the release button 31 out of the housing, causing the catch 38 of the locking member 30 to engage the circular hole 23 of the physical key 20. In this case, the physical key 20 will be locked in the housing 10 without being released from the housing 10.
In the example shown in fig. 4-8, the release button 31 and spring are first loaded into the lower cap 11 to form a lower cap assembly. The locking member 30 is fitted in a correct position by placing the lower end of the spring in the lower spring receiving groove of the lower cover and the upper end of the spring in the upper spring receiving groove of the lower cover, aligning the stopper 33 of the locking member 30 longitudinally with the longitudinal restriction wall 14 of the lower cover 11, and then contacting the stopper 34 of the locking member 30 with the lateral restriction wall 15 of the lower cover 11.
The upper lid 12 is then depressed into the lower lid assembly to form the housing 10.
The physical key 20 is inserted into the housing 10. The round hole 23 provided in the insertion portion 22 is hooked into the hook 38 of the lock part 30, the physical key 20 is firmly locked, and when the release button 31 is pressed, the hook 38 of the lock part 30 is separated from the round hole 23 of the physical key 20, and the physical key 20 can be pulled out.
In one embodiment, the housing 10 includes an upper cover 12 and a lower cover 11, as shown in fig. 11-12, the upper cover 12 and the lower cover 11 are combined to form a sealed cavity. By way of example, the key assembly 100 may further include an electronic key system disposed in the sealed cavity. The electronic key system may comprise known circuit means for wireless communication and information verification with a communication means on the motor vehicle.
In one example, the housing 10 may include a physical key receiving cavity separated from the sealed cavity for receiving the insertion portion 22 of the physical key 20, and the resilient portion 40 may be disposed adjacent to the physical key 20 to save internal space of the key assembly 100. As shown in fig. 11, the physical key 20 is accommodated in the housing 10.
As an example, one of the round hole 23 of the physical key 20 and the hook 38 of the locking member 30 is formed with an engagement hole or an engagement groove, and the other is formed with a projection matching the shape of the engagement hole or the engagement groove. In the example of fig. 4-5, the engagement hole is formed at the round hole 23 of the physical key 20, and the projection is formed at the hook 38 of the locking part 30. However, this is not essential, and for example, the engagement hole may be formed at the hook 38 of the lock member 30, while the protrusion is formed at the circular hole 23 of the physical key 20.
Also shown in fig. 8 is a diaphragm 41, which diaphragm 41 is disposed between the upper cover 12 and the lower cover 11.
Fig. 9 shows a perspective view of a physical key 20 according to an embodiment of the present invention, and as shown in fig. 9, the physical key 20 includes a grip portion 21, an insertion portion 22, and a circular hole 23 provided at a distal end portion of the insertion portion 22.
In fig. 10, a lateral stop wall 15 is shown for lateral engagement with the backstop 34. Also shown in fig. 10 is a longitudinal stop wall 14 for longitudinally engaging the backstop 33.
In the example shown in fig. 10, the housing 10 further comprises an opening 17, the opening 17 being provided in a side wall of the housing 10, the release button 31 being able to enter the housing 10 through the opening 17.
Although the present invention has been described in connection with the accompanying drawings, the embodiments disclosed in the drawings are intended to be illustrative of preferred embodiments of the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the invention. The dimensional proportions in the figures are merely schematic and are not to be understood as limiting the invention.
Although a few embodiments of the present general inventive concept have been shown and described, it would be appreciated by those skilled in the art that changes may be made in these embodiments without departing from the principles and spirit of the general inventive concept, the scope of which is defined in the claims and their equivalents.
