s1: fixing a first keel 11 and a second keel 12 at preset positions, wherein the first keel 11 and the second keel are oppositely or oppositely arranged in the direction at a preset interval;
s2: fixing the third keel 13 and the fourth keel 14 at preset positions, and arranging a first sound absorption material 21 between the first keel 11 and the third keel 13 for sound absorption treatment of one side of the wall; a second sound-absorbing material 22 is arranged between the second keel 12 and the fourth keel 14 and is used for sound absorption treatment on the other side of the wall;
s3: placing the sound insulation material 3 between the first keel 11 and the second keel 12 and between the third keel 13 and the fourth keel 14, then fixedly connecting the first keel 11, the sound insulation material 3 and the second keel 12 by adopting a first connecting piece 41, and fixedly connecting the third keel 13, the sound insulation material 3 and the fourth keel 14 by adopting a second connecting piece 42;
s4: the two ends of the first veneer 51 are respectively fixedly connected with the first keel 11 and the third keel 13, and the two ends of the second veneer 52 are respectively fixedly connected with the second keel 12 and the fourth keel 14.
The steps S2 to S4 are a process of connecting wall modules, and if the width of a wall is less than or equal to the width of a veneer, only one wall module needs to be installed according to the process, where the first keel 11 and the second keel 12 are fixed as one end of the wall, and the third keel 13 and the fourth keel 14 are fixed as the other end of the wall.
If the width of the wall to be installed is far larger than that of the veneer, a plurality of wall modules need to be connected in sequence. At this time, the wall body installation method further includes:
s5: and repeating the steps S2-S4 for N times to finish the wall installation, wherein N is an integer more than or equal to 1.
In the wall body installation method, in order to prevent the undesirable phenomena of tearing, deckle edges, curling and the like from occurring at the edge of the veneer in the installation process, the veneer is subjected to edge folding treatment. In a specific embodiment, step S4 specifically includes the following steps:
s41: according to the preset size, a first folding edge 511 and a second folding edge 512 are respectively bent at two ends of the first veneer 51, and a third folding edge 521 and a fourth folding edge 522 are respectively bent at two ends of the second veneer 52;
s42: fixedly connecting the first folded edge 511 with the first keel 11, and fixedly connecting the second folded edge 512 with the third keel 13; the third folded edge 521 is fixedly connected with the second keel 12, and the fourth folded edge 522 is fixedly connected with the fourth keel 14.
The width of the first folded edge 511 is greater than or equal to the thickness of the first keel 11, and the width of the second folded edge 512 is greater than or equal to the thickness of the third keel 13. The thickness of the keel herein refers to the dimension of the keel in the other direction than the length and width directions thereof, and as shown in fig. 2, refers to the dimension of the keel in the thickness direction of the wall. In this embodiment, for convenience of installation, the types and specifications of the first keel 11, the second keel 12, the third keel 13 and the fourth keel 14 are the same, and flanged U-shaped keels of the same specification are adopted. Specifically, the thickness of the first veneer 51 is smaller than the U-shaped width of the U-shaped keel, and the thickness of the second veneer 52 is also smaller than the U-shaped width of the U-shaped keel, so as to ensure that a certain cavity gap is left between the veneers and the keel after the adjacent veneers (between the adjacent first veneer 51 or between the adjacent second veneer 52) are installed, so as to fill the adhesive.
In the method, the thickness of the first sound absorption material 21 is smaller than or equal to that of the first keel 11, and the thickness of the second sound absorption material 22 is smaller than or equal to that of the second keel 12, so that cavities with certain widths are formed between the first sound absorption material 21 and the sound insulation material 3, and between the second sound absorption material 22 and the sound insulation material 3, and the sound insulation and heat preservation effects of the wall module are further improved.
Further, in order to ensure the structural strength and stability of the wall module, in step S1, a fifth keel 15 is further disposed between the first keel 11 and the third keel 13, and the first keel 11, the fifth keel 15 and the third keel 13 are all disposed thereon; suitably, in step S2, a sixth keel 16 is further disposed between the second keel 12 and the fourth keel 14, and the second keel 12, the sixth keel 16 and the fourth keel 14 are all disposed thereon. Illustratively, the fifth keel 15 and the sixth keel 16 may also be flanged U-shaped keels of the same size as the first keel 11.
Suitably, step S3 further includes: and the fifth keel 15, the sound insulation material 3 and the sixth keel 16 are fixedly connected by a third connecting piece 43. Further, step S3 further includes: the first veneer 51 is fixedly connected with the fifth keel 15, and the second veneer 52 is fixedly connected with the sixth keel 16.
In order not to damage the decorative surface of the veneer, in the invention, the first veneer 51 is connected with the first keel 11 and the third keel 13 by filling adhesive, and the second veneer 52 is connected with the second keel 12 and the fourth keel 14 by filling adhesive. Therefore, step S3 may further include: and the adhesive 6 is filled between the fifth keel 15 and the first veneer 51 and between the sixth keel 16 and the second veneer 52.
In the specific implementation process, when the wall body is installed, the bottom of the wall body is tightly spliced with the ground, an operation space with a preset height is reserved at the top, for example, a gap with the height of 2cm is reserved, and the operation space can be used for filling adhesive between the veneer and the keel for connection. Specifically, after the first veneer 51 or the second veneer 52 is placed at a predetermined position, an external supporting mechanism is used for supporting and fixing, then a predetermined amount of adhesive is sequentially filled between the first veneer 51 and the first keel 11, the fifth keel 15 and the third keel 13 or between the second veneer 52 and the second keel 12, the sixth keel 16 and the fourth keel 14, after the predetermined time is waited for, and after the adhesive is fully solidified, the external supporting mechanism can be removed, and the installation and the fixation of the wall body or the wall body module are completed.
In order to ensure seamless splicing between adjacent decorative panels on the same side of the wall body, the width of the sound insulation material 3 is smaller than or equal to the width of the first decorative panel 51 or the second decorative panel 52.
In the embodiment shown in fig. 2, the wall is a wall structure with a constant width, so that the distance between the first and second runners 11, 12 is equal to the distance between the third and fourth runners 13, 14. The third keel 13 is flush with the first keel 11, and the fourth keel 14 is flush with the second keel 12; and the spacing between the third runner 13 and the first runner 11 is equal to the spacing between the fourth runner 14 and the second runner 12. In the present embodiment, therefore, the width of the first facing sheet 51 is equal to the width of the second facing sheet 6.
In other embodiments, the wall module may be configured to have a non-constant thickness according to actual installation requirements, for example, the distance between the third keel 13 and the fourth keel 14 is greater than or less than the distance between the first keel 11 and the second keel 12, or the distance between the first keel 11 and the third keel 13 is greater than or less than the distance between the second keel 12 and the fourth keel 14; the third keel 13 and the fourth keel 14 can be arranged in a staggered manner according to requirements, that is, a protruding or predetermined-angle concave structure is arranged at a predetermined position of the wall. In such a structure, the width of the first veneer 51 is different from the width of the second veneer 52, and the specific width thereof can be selectively set according to actual conditions.
The above-described aspects may be implemented individually or in various combinations, and such variations are within the scope of the present invention.
