All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention. It should be noted that the embodiments and features of the embodiments in the present application may be arbitrarily combined with each other without conflict.
The inventor designs an assembled wall body, wherein folded edges are arranged at two sides of a veneer, and the veneer is bent according to the actual installation size, so that the joint space between two adjacent veneers is effectively controlled, and meanwhile, the damage of burrs, turned edges, tearing and the like to the edges of the veneer is avoided; utilize first fossil fragments, second fossil fragments, connect the adhesive connection between fossil fragments and the decorative board, effectively avoid the destruction to the decorative cover.
The assembled wall structure provided by the invention is explained in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural view showing a specific example of the fabricated wall structure of the present invention, and referring to fig. 1, the fabricated wall structure includes N groups of wall units 1 and N +1 pairs of connecting keels 2, where N is a natural number greater than or equal to 1. The two ends of the N groups of wall units 1 are sequentially connected through a pair of connecting keels 2, namely, the adjacent wall units 1 are connected through a pair of connecting keels 2, and the wall units 1 and structures of other walls or columns are also connected through a pair of connecting keels 2.
Specifically, the wall unit 1 comprises a first veneer 11, a second veneer 12, a first keel 13, a second keel 14 and a sound insulation material 15, wherein the first keel 13 is fixedly connected with the middle of a first side face of the sound insulation material 15, and the second keel 14 is fixedly connected with the middle of a second side face of the sound insulation material 15; the middle part of the first veneer 11 is fixedly connected with the first keel 13, and the middle part of the second veneer 12 is fixedly connected with the second keel 14. In order not to damage the decorative layer of the veneer, the first veneer 11 and the first keel 13 are fixedly connected through an adhesive, and the second veneer 12 and the second keel 14 are also fixedly connected through an adhesive.
In addition, the wall element 1 comprises connecting elements 18 for connecting the sound-insulating material 15 to the first keel 13 and/or the second keel 14. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, the first keel 13 and the second keel 14 are respectively positioned at opposite sides of the sound insulation material 15, and the connecting piece 18 penetrates the sound insulation material 15 to fixedly connect the sound insulation material 15 with the first keel 13 and the second keel 14.
In the invention, the two ends of the first veneer 11 are provided with first folding edges 110, the two ends of the second veneer 12 are provided with second folding edges 120, and the first folding edges 110 and the second folding edges 120 are both fixedly connected with the connecting keel 2. The first folded edge 110 and the second folded edge 120 are both 90-degree folded edges, and in the actual installation process, the first folded edges 110 of the first veneers 11 of the adjacent wall units 1 are in contact with each other, and the second folded edges 120 of the second veneers 12 of the adjacent wall units 1 are in contact with each other. Specifically, the bending positions of the first folding edge 110 and the second folding edge 120 can be selected according to actual installation size requirements, so that the joint distance between adjacent veneers can be adjusted, and the influence on the stability and the appearance of the wall body due to overlarge gaps between the adjacent veneers caused by installation errors of the wall body is avoided.
In a typical embodiment, sound absorption materials 16 and/or heat preservation materials are arranged between the first keel 13 and the connecting keel 2 and between the second keel 14 and the connecting keel 2, so as to enhance the sound insulation and heat preservation effects of the wall. In the embodiment shown in fig. 1, a cavity 17 is arranged between the sound-absorbing material 16 and/or the heat-insulating material and the sound-insulating material 15, so that the sound-absorbing, sound-insulating and heat-insulating effects of the wall are further improved.
In the assembled wall structure of the present invention, the first keel 13 is a U-shaped keel, a C-shaped keel or an H-shaped keel, and the second keel 14 is a U-shaped keel, a C-shaped keel or an H-shaped keel. Suitably, the connecting keel 2 may be a U-shaped keel or an H-shaped keel or an omega-shaped keel.

When the panel is installed, the bottom plate of the connecting keel 2 is fixedly connected with the sound insulation material 15, and the connecting keel 2 is also fixedly connected with the first veneer 13 and the second veneer 14 through the adhesive.
The width of the first veneer 11 and the width of the second veneer 12 are equal to the width of the sound insulation material 15 in order to facilitate installation, ensure installation effect and ensure sound insulation effect of the wall body.
Finally, it should be noted that the wall units 1 and the connecting keels 2 mentioned in the present disclosure are only split and combined for convenience of describing the specific structure and composition of the assembled wall, and do not necessarily mean that the assembled wall structure must be assembled separately by first combining several wall units 1, and then connecting and fixing the adjacent wall units 1 by using the connecting keels 2 during actual installation. In the actual construction process of the assembly type wall structure in the disclosure, the first keel 13, the second keel 14, the connecting keel 2, the sound insulation material 15, the connecting piece 18, the first veneer 11, the second veneer 12, the sound absorption material 16, the binder and the like can be installed one by one according to any installation sequence which is convenient to install and can be realized, so that the assembly type wall structure in the disclosure is finally formed.
