Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of textile dyeing, in particular to a dyeing method of a terylene sun-shading fabric.
Background
The polyester sun-shading fabric comprises 100% of polyester fiber, and has the advantages of good setting performance, sun shading and ventilation, high strength, good wear resistance, good flame retardant effect and high light fastness. For dyeing of the terylene sun-shading fabric, a high-temperature high-pressure overflow dyeing method is generally adopted at present. The dyeing method has long process flow and large water consumption. Dyeing 1 ton of cloth with this dyeing method requires at least 10-15 tons of water, consumes a lot of energy and water, and poses serious environmental problems. In order to solve the problem of water consumption in polyester dyeing, researchers develop a supercritical carbon dioxide dyeing technology, which is an anhydrous dyeing technology, but the technology needs to depend on special equipment, so that the equipment investment is large, and the technology is difficult to popularize.
Based on the problems, the applicant develops a little water dyeing method for the terylene sun-shading fabric, and the method realizes the little water dyeing of the terylene sun-shading fabric through the processes of immersion pressing, pre-drying and baking. By the process for dyeing, the water consumption of 1 ton of fabric is about 0.5-1 ton, which is far lower than that of the traditional dyeing method. The used equipment is the existing equipment of a factory, and only needs to be slightly modified, so that the investment is low, and the popularization is easy.

FIG. 1 is a dyeing process diagram of the terylene sun-shading fabric.
Detailed Description
The following detailed description of specific embodiments of the present invention is provided to illustrate and explain the present invention and to be understood not to limit the present invention.
The invention provides a little water dyeing method of a terylene sun-shading fabric, which comprises the following steps:
step (1) dye liquor preparation: uniformly mixing 10g/L of dye, 20g/L-80g/L of adhesive, 5 g/L-20 g/L of anti-migration agent and 10g/L of wetting agent at normal temperature;
step (2) dyeing: soaking the terylene sun-shading fabric into a dye solution, and soaking and rolling the terylene sun-shading fabric once, wherein the rolling residual rate is 80-100%; the sufficient liquid carrying rate of the terylene sun-shading fabric can be ensured, so that the terylene sun-shading fabric is fully padded, and the dyeing is uniform;
pre-baking: pre-drying the dyed terylene sun-shading fabric in an oven at the pre-drying temperature of 110-;
baking in the step (4): and (3) baking the terylene sun-shading fabric at the normal pressure by a setting machine at the baking temperature of 170-190 ℃ for 3-6 min.
In the step (1), the adhesive comprises 50-60% of epoxy resin by mass, 6-10% of polyamide by mass, 5-10% of reactive diluent by mass, 6% of polyethylene micro-powder wax by mass, 5% of heat stabilizer by mass, 4% of coupling agent by mass and 5% of filler by mass.
In the step (1), the anti-migration agent comprises 50-70% by mass of acrylic polymer, 5-15% by mass of surfactant and 30-40% by mass of water.
In the step (1), the wetting agent comprises 5-10% by mass of polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, 45-55% by mass of 1-decanol and 35-50% by mass of water. The wetting agent is contacted with the surface of the terylene sun-shading fabric, the oleophylic chain segment is adsorbed on the surface of the terylene sun-shading fabric, and the hydrophilic group extends outwards into water. The contact between water and the base material is changed into the contact between water and hydrophilic groups of the wetting agent, so that a sandwich structure with the wetting agent as a middle layer is formed, the water phase is easier to spread, and the aim of wetting the terylene sun-shading fabric is fulfilled. The polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate is used as a solubilizer and can increase the solubility of the 1-decanol in water. The 1-decanol is a main action component of the wetting agent and can promote the wetting of other various auxiliary agents on the terylene sun-shading fabric.
In the step (2), the speed of front and rear driving rollers of the padding finishing machine is 50-80m/min, and the pressure of the pressing roller is 2-4 kg.
In the step (3), the pre-drying temperature is 110-. If the pre-drying temperature is too low, the terylene sun-shading fabric has more moisture, and the terylene sun-shading fabric can cause migration in the baking process to cause uneven dyeing; if the pre-drying temperature is too high, energy is easily wasted; the pre-drying temperature of the invention is 110-.
In the step (4), the baking temperature is 170-190 ℃, and the baking time is 3-4 min. If the baking temperature is too low, the dye can not color; if the baking temperature is too high, dye sublimation can be caused, and the fabric is easy to shrink due to heating; the baking temperature of the invention is 170-190 ℃, the color fastness of the terylene sun-shading fabric is good, and the light fastness is high.
1) Compared with the conventional polyester high-temperature high-pressure dyeing method, the dyeing method disclosed by the invention is simple in process flow, reduces the production cost and the sewage discharge, and has a great application prospect in the field of clean production. 2) According to the invention, the reasonable dyeing formula is used for dyeing the terylene, the fixation of the dye and the fabric is increased by the adhesive and the anti-migration agent, and the obtained fabric has the advantages of uniform dyeing, good color fastness and high light fastness.
The polyester sun-shading fabric obtained by the invention has dry and wet rubbing fastness and washing fastness reaching 4-5 grades, light fastness reaching more than 6 grades and apparent depth K/S value reaching 15.66.
