Abstract

本发明设计的坯布竖直上浆辊，包括机架，其特征在于：竖直安装在机架上的两个浆辊，两个浆辊之间设有通过坯布的间隙；每个浆辊侧上方设有浆料罐，浆料从浆料罐的出料口浇淋浆辊。通过吸浆棉吸收储存浆料罐浇淋的浆料每当坯布经过浆辊时候，经过浆辊的辊压使得坯布上的浆液更加均匀，同时不断浇淋的浆料能够避免因重力造成不均匀的问题。

本发明属于纺织技术领域，具体涉及一种坯布上浆辊。
背景技术
上浆作为坯布加工中一种重要的加工工序，直接影响坯布加工出来的质量的好与坏。现有技术中，存在上浆不均，严重的甚至影响生产进度。现有技术中采用是竖直辊，由于重力作用会导致上浆不均。
发明内容
针对背景技术存在的问题，本发明的目的在于提供一种上浆均匀的坯布竖直上浆辊。
为达到上述目的，本发明设计的坯布竖直上浆辊，包括机架，其特征在于：竖直安装在机架上的两个浆辊，两个浆辊之间设有通过坯布的间隙；每个浆辊侧上方设有浆料罐，浆料从浆料罐的出料口浇淋浆辊。
优选的，所述机架置于回收桶中。回收桶将浆料回收利用。
优选的，所述浆辊外壁包覆一层吸浆棉。
本发明的有益效果是：通过吸浆棉吸收储存浆料罐浇淋的浆料每当坯布经过浆辊时候，经过浆辊的辊压使得坯布上的浆液更加均匀，同时不断浇淋的浆料能够避免因重力造成不均匀的问题。
