A preparation method of a novel polyaspartic ester seam beautifying agent is characterized by comprising a component A and a component B, wherein polyaspartic ester is used as a main raw material of the component A, and hexamethylene diisocyanate based polyisocyanate (HDI trimer) curing agent and aliphatic/aromatic isocyanate prepolymer curing agent are used as main raw materials of the component B.
