Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of coatings, and particularly relates to a water-based pigment-sealing white primer coating and a preparation method thereof. Because acid substances, pigments and the like represented by tannic acid in the materials have strong hydrophilicity and color and float on the surface of a paint film along with moisture in the drying process of the paint film, the metal oxide zinc oxide is introduced into a formula system, and the acid substances are locked in the bottom layer paint film by utilizing the mechanism of acid-base reaction, so that the defect of color change of the water-based paint film is thoroughly overcome. In addition, the zinc salt generated by the reaction is stable and has low solubility, can stably exist in an aqueous system and has no influence on the final white primer coating film. Therefore, the water-based pigment-sealing white primer has the advantages of good pigment-sealing effect, no need of using a transparent sealing primer, simplified decoration process and better coating effect.

In recent years, the water-based paint industry has been rapidly developed. The proportion of the water-based paint in the paint is increasing, and manufacturers and users can also see the environmental protection characteristic of the water-based paint. (3) The water-based pigment-sealing white primer provided by the invention has the advantages that the increase of the pigment-preventing effect can reduce the common bottom sealing process in the water-based wood paint, the water-based pigment-sealing white primer is changed, and the paint film effect and the pigment-preventing effect are better.
(4) The preparation method of the water-based pigment-sealing white primer provided by the invention has the characteristics of simple process, low production cost and suitability for large-scale production.
