3. The filter media arresting device of claim 2 wherein the filter openings are 2.5 to 4cm in length and 2.5 to 3mm in width.
4. The filter material intercepting apparatus of claim 1, wherein the filter panel is provided with a reinforcing flange around the filter panel.
5. The filter media arresting device of claim 1 wherein the filter material is a stainless steel plate of 1mm to 2mm thickness.
6. The movable filter plate type filter material intercepting device of claim 1, wherein the length of the filter plate is matched with the width of the water outlet of the filter tank, and the area of the filter plate covered by the filter plate is 5.5 to 7.5 percent of the area of the top of the filter tank.
7. The filter media arresting device of claim 1 wherein the floats are disposed on the underside of the filter media and are evenly spaced along the center line of the filter media in the length direction.
8. The filter media arresting device of claim 7 wherein the absolute value of the buoyancy is 80% to 90% of the absolute value of the weight on the filter media.
