Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of road construction engineering machinery, and particularly relates to a hierarchical counterweight block fastening device and a crane.
Background
The crawler crane is an important classification of hoisting machinery, has the advantages of high hoisting performance, on-load walking, adaptability to complex environment and the like, and plays an important role in infrastructure construction, wind power construction, nuclear power construction, petrochemical construction and the like.
The counterweight blocks are used as an important component of the crawler crane, the number of the counterweight blocks needs to be adjusted according to different hoisting conditions, and the installation and fastening convenience and reliability of the counterweight blocks have important influence on the service efficiency of the crawler crane. The fastening structure used at present for realizing the grading purpose consists of a plurality of U-shaped bolts, a plurality of fastening baffle plates and related nut washers. After the balance weight blocks are stacked and installed in place, the U-shaped bolts are hung on the inner sides of the lifting lugs of the balance weight blocks, and the fastening pull plates and the nut washers are assembled to complete assembly.
As shown in fig. 1, an assembling method and process of a fastening device of a counterweight block is as follows: after the balance weights are stacked, taking the fully-distributed balance weight mounting balance weight fastening device as an example: the U-shaped bolt 1, the fastening stop 4, the nut 3 and the washer are sequentially installed according to the installation steps of FIG. 1. Firstly, mounting the U-shaped bolt 1 in the mounting step 1 tightly against the inner side of the counterweight block, and screwing the fastening stop block 4, the nut 3 and the washer; secondly, installing the U-shaped bolt 1 in the step 2 close to the outer side of the counterweight block, and screwing the fastening stop block 4, the nut 3 and the washer; and finally, mounting the U-shaped bolt 1 in the mounting step 3 close to the outer side of the counterweight block, inserting and fixing the pin shaft 5 and the clamp 2 in the mounting step 4, and screwing the nut 3 and the washer. And determining the number of the configured U-shaped bolts 1 according to the number of the configured balance weights.
The above structure and assembly process show that the disadvantages are shown in the following aspects:
1. the bolt connection mode is inconvenient to disassemble and assemble, and the disassembling and assembling efficiency is low, particularly because the ① fastening mode has the condition of double-layer bolts shown in detail A in figure 1, the nut is more difficult to disassemble at the moment, and ② the tray shown in detail C in figure 1 and the counterweight block are connected by the pin shaft and the clamp, so that the space is limited, and the clamp is difficult to disassemble.
2. The U-shaped bolts and the baffle are in tangent connection with each other by curved surfaces and are in curved surface connection between the double-layer bolts, so that the reliability is low.
3. In the transportation, fastener and balancing weight must be placed alone, inconvenient management, and U type bolt is less, and the commonality is low.
In view of the above, in order to connect and fix the counterweight blocks more conveniently and reliably, a new technical scheme is needed.

Further, the one end of round pin axle is equipped with spacing boss, and the other end is equipped with the checkpost pinhole, the diameter of spacing boss is greater than the diameter of otic placode pinhole is in order to form axial positioning, detachably is equipped with the checkpost round pin in the checkpost pinhole in order to form axial positioning.
Further, the connecting piece is a plate-shaped structural body.
The invention also provides a crane which comprises a plurality of balance weights, wherein two adjacent balance weights are connected through a fastening device, and the fastening device is the stepped balance weight fastening device.
Further, on the same counterweight, the first ear plate is located above the second ear plate.
Furthermore, the center distance of the lug plate pin holes on the first lug plate and the second lug plate on the same balance weight is equal to the center distance of the two connecting piece pin holes on the connecting piece.
Furthermore, the crane also comprises a counterweight tray, the counterweight is arranged on the counterweight tray, and the lowermost counterweight is connected with the counterweight tray through the grading counterweight fastening device.
Further, the crane is a crawler crane.

Detailed Description
The invention is further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
As shown in fig. 5 to 7, the crane of the present invention is preferably a crawler crane, which includes a counterweight tray 6, a counterweight 8, and a connecting chain 7. Balance weight tray 6 locates the fuselage rear side of hoist, and the random body removes and removes, and balance weight tray 6 links to each other with the fuselage through connecting link 7 in order to improve the steadiness. The number of the balance weight 8 is plural, and the balance weight trays 6 are stacked in order from low to high. The upper and lower balance weights 8 are positioned and stacked through a positioning structure.
The bottommost balance weight 8 and the balance weight tray 6 as well as the upper and lower adjacent balance weights 8 are connected through the grading balance weight fastening device 100, so that convenient and detachable installation is realized.
The first ear plate 13 and the second ear plate 12 of the stepped counterweight fastening device 100 are fixedly arranged on the same side surface of the counterweight 8. First otic placode 13 and second otic placode 12 all are equipped with the plate body 14 that two intervals set up, guarantee the stability when being connected with connecting piece 9 through round pin axle 10 in proper order. Two plate bodies 14 are respectively provided with an ear plate pin hole, and the two ear plate pin holes are coaxially aligned, so that the pin shaft 10 can penetrate through the two ear plate pin holes to achieve the connection purpose. The ends of the connecting element 9 are placed in the space between the two plates 14 and then connected by means of the pin 10.
As shown in fig. 8, when connecting, in a plurality of balance weights 8 stacked in the vertical direction, a first ear plate 13 on the lower balance weight 8 is connected with a second ear plate 12 on the adjacent balance weight 8 above through a connecting piece 9 and a pin 10, and the fixed connection of all balance weights 8 can be realized by adopting the same principle. The connection of the counterweight tray 6 to the bottommost counterweight 8 can be accomplished in the same manner.
Two ends or positions close to the two ends of the connecting piece 9 in the staged counterweight fastening device 100 are respectively provided with a connecting piece pin hole for connecting with the corresponding lug plate pin holes. In one embodiment, the connecting member 9 is a plate-shaped structure, so that the space between two plate bodies 14 located at the same fixed position can be reduced, thereby reducing the axial dimension.
In one embodiment, the pin 10 is axially restrained after being inserted into the lug plate pin hole and the connector pin hole in order to improve the connection. Therefore, one end of the pin shaft 10 is provided with a limiting boss, the diameter of the limiting boss is larger than that of the lug plate pin hole, so that the limitation of the pin shaft 10 on the outer side of one plate body 14 is realized, the other end of the pin shaft 10 is provided with a clamp pin hole, and a clamp pin 11 is detachably arranged in the clamp pin hole so that the limitation of the pin shaft 10 on the outer side of the other plate body 14 is realized.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 5, the first ear plate 13 is positioned above the second ear plate 12 on the counterweight 8, which allows for a shorter attachment length.
As shown in fig. 9, when the balance weight 8 is not connected, the connecting member 9 may be connected to the first and second ear plates 13 and 12 of the same balance weight 8 in order to fix the connecting member 9. Therefore, for the first ear plate 13 and the second ear plate 12 on the same counterweight 8, the center distance of the ear plate pin holes is the same as the center distance of the two connecting piece pin holes on the connecting piece 9, so as to realize the fixing purpose of the connecting piece 9 when the counterweight 8 is not connected.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and it should be noted that, for those skilled in the art, several modifications and variations can be made without departing from the technical principle of the present invention, and these modifications and variations should also be regarded as the protection scope of the present invention.
